Personable, timely, and helpful. We had new and updated lighting installed. Cuts are not always accurate though which requires extra time and expense to repair the drywall and paint. Lights are good quality and Sean is a nice guy who is easy to work with.

Technician had my water running nonstop for over 12 hours because there was a faulty overflow valve on the new unit and then argued with me about it when he came back out saying the unit was working properly as water poured out from under my house. He also left multiple screws on my garage floor. Right where I park my car. Luckily I found them before any of my cars tires were punctured.

We have just signed an agreement to have Urban Home Services install A new heat pump system in our condo. Andre and Raul were very professional in selling this project. Installation is to be started later today and I expect that it will be completed very quickly. So far everything is going great.

In a day the installation is complete and it is great to have heat again! Draw wall work will be done in the morning. All I can say is fine job. Well done!

I called Urbn Home Services on a Tuesday morning because of a leaking water heater that was not even 3 years old. Very nice Danielle answered the phone and she helped me set an appointment for someone from plumbing to come to my house. Maui arrived within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He took his time to assess the situation and came up with a couple of water heater solutions for our needs. Maui and his boss Ron also helped me with choosing an affordable payment option. I decided on a tankless water heater and also a water softening system. That same day, plumbing technician Jaime was sent to remove our leaky water heater and replace it with the tankless water heater. He also plugged in a temporary electrical cord just so that we could have hot, running water. The next day, Jaime returned to install the water softening system in our garage. Electric technician Sean also came to install a permanent covered electrical line from an outside outlet to our tankless water heater. Jaime and Sean were both very professional, nice, and highly skilled. Both of them even cleaned up after they were done. From start to finish, everything was taken care of within two days. I am very impressed with this company and their workers. I feel that they really care about the customer and not just how much money they can take. I am very satisfied with the services that were provided. Thank you so much Urbn Home Services. Job well done!

Called Urbn Home Services to get a second opinion after hearing I needed a whole new unit from a major company in the industry. Ended up only being a capacitor and a couple hundred dollars later it was back up and just like new. Industry honesty is so hard to come by now days. Tomas was my tech, very knowledgeable and paid attention to every detail of my kitchen sink installation. . . He had to remove the existing tile around the sink before dropping in the new one . . . Excellent service ! I highly recommend URBN for any plumbing upgrades in your home 👍

My A/C started blowing hot air over the weekend. I called URBN first thing Monday morning. They scheduled a tech to come out between 10a and 12p. The temp inside my house was almost 100 Degrees so I thought I was going to have to sweat it out for a few hours but A/C Tech Joseph showed up at 10am sharp. He was a very friendly guy. He asked a few questions about what was going on with my A/C unit then checked the thermostat out. I told him I had just replaced the thermostat so he made sure I had it wired correctly then he went on check the A/C unit on the roof. About 45 minutes later Joseph had my A/C blowing cold air again. I asked him about maintenance and cleaning and he said the unit was testing very good but recommended cleaning the internal coil and evaporator coils because they were pretty dirty. I knew the A/C unit had not be serviced in many years so I went ahead and had him clean them. I knew it would run better if it wasn't covered with dirt and dust. A/C Tech Joseph was very professional and overall I am very happy with URBN Home Services.

Toilet bolts were rusted and toilet tank was leaking. Sean was great! Came and fixed within 2 hours. 4 stars because I feel the job is overpriced, but I needed it fixed to prevent damage to the floor.

Had a leaking water heater on a Sunday of course. Chelsea who took my call was friendly and efficient. She scheduled me for first available. Maui arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and presented me with a few options. Work was done that day. Price seemed fair.

Brandon wright was a great plumber technician. He came in and explained everything that was right and everything that could possibly go wrong without pressuring me into buying anything. I felt like I was in control the entire time. Would definitely recommend to a friend
