Another fantastic experience with Rebel. We have been using them for almost 10 years. Tony did an excellent job today, was extremely thorough, very good at communicating the work he was performing, and everything was fixed swiftly. Highly recommend this company!

During my research to find a reliable plumbing/HVAC company to address maintenance needs in my condo, I was attracted to Rebel Refrig, AC and Plumbing due to their “one-stop shop”, and the positive reviews and comments they had already received. When I had a sudden leak that needed to be addressed, I spoke with Adam who was exceedingly helpful in setting up a prompt appointment and also addressing my questions related to longer-term service thru their membership program. Gordon, the plumber who fixed the leak, was very professional and skilled, offering details about the cause of the issue, the steps to be taken and associated costs to fix it, and other tips for preventative actions to reduce the likelihood of future issues. He was also very respectful of my home, wearing booties to access my condo and leaving a clean and spotless workspace when the task was completed. I appreciate the professionalism and reliable service provided by both of these representatives of Rebel, and plan to be a long-term customer based on these notable experiences.

Just a follow-up - Marcello and Jose from Rebel conducted the annual check of my a/c system, and provided excellent service -- they explained what was inspected, described potential issues to be on the lookout for in the the future, and gave me the confidence that my system is in shape for the hot season ahead. The peace of mind provided by these professionals is invaluable.

A follow-up (Fall 2025) to my original review - Tony W was the tech who conducted my annual fall inspection. In addition to performing a detailed review, he also educated me (in layman’s terms) about the operations of specific elements related to my heating system. I appreciated the extra time he took during the visit to convey this knowledge and useful information.

Harry showed up on time for our pre installation meeting. He went over the placement of the equipment and possible options. Looking forward to our installation of the new Aquasana whole home water system next week. Harry was very personable and eager to answer all of our questions. Definitely would recommend Rebel Refrigeration, A/C, &Plumbing.

Love having Rebel come to our home and business. We have a home and a business, and they have been excellent at both locations. Why choose a company that is a national chain? Shop local. If you have a problem, you can speak to the owner and he'll make it right. You won't have to go through some corporate office located in another state. We've had our AC/Heating system entirely replaced, gas hook ups, leaks fixed, and today, we had an emergency leak from our anti-siphon valve. Harry did an awesome job!

I just renewed my annual service contract with Rebel Refrigeration, AC and plumbing. And I would like to highly recommend them.
On all occasions when Rebel has inspected and serviced my home’s HVAC unit and plumbing systems, Rebel has been totally professional and very pleasant to work with.
So I am writing this positive review because I want other homeowners to be aware of Rebel as a good option for their home’s HVAC and plumbing-related needs. Most of us have had both good and bad experiences with companies in this business. Two days ago, I had the opportunity to meet the owner of Rebel, Joe Johnson, who came to my home to give me an estimate for installing a water softener system. I was impressed by his objectivity, professionalism and thoroughness. I was equally impressed with his employees.
I have been a homeowner in many cities in the US for more than 40 years. And I’ve also been a small business owner for most of my life. So, with this experience I can confidently say that not only is Rebel a first-class company, but in my opinion, honest and trustworthy, two qualities that are not always the case with companies in this business.
I thank Joe and the members of his company with whom I’ve interacted—their service technicians, Harry and Tony, and their home-office executives, Amanda and Michelle. They are all great.

This place has professional and knowledgeable staff. You feel comfortable talking to office personnel and their field technicians are very knowledgeable, clean and professional with outstanding customer service.
They are honest and will not try to oversell their product like some other companies “boy if I could tell ya” anyway thanks to them I had my a/c system backup and running in no time(on a weekend). This is a reliable place to call for your home ac and plumbing needs.

I never give reviews, but I felt this may save some other unsuspecting home owner from an expensive, cobbled plumbing job that looks more like a DIY than a professional job. This is the owner of Rebel’s response for covering the water line with $30 pipe insulation I suggested: “It is not at all the $20.00 cost for the insulation. It is the point,”. They refused even a dirt cheap remedy for their unprofessional job. 1st picture you see is a professional plumbing job at my office. 2nd two pictures are what Rebel did. They had to come out 3 times to correct Basic toilet installation, though installation instructions for the 3 toilets I had installed had clear instructions even I myself as a non-plumber could understand.

I have used Rebel for over 20 years and they have always been reliable and honest. They understand if you keep the customer happy the customer will keep coming back. Today Tony did a wonderful job explaining the problems and coming up with a solution that fit my budget.

I fully trust Rebel for transparency, dependability, and quality. They took care of me a few years ago when my AC went out during the summer, and I’m depending on them again to handle installing my new kitchen faucet, which Harry, their tech, is taking care of. He’s very professional, a great communicator, and dependable. When you’re searching for assistance with your AC or plumbing, trust Rebel.

Called them earlier today due to my water heater leaking, noticed it has seeped through the walls into my condo. They were super fast and helpful! Got everything taken care of in about 3-1/2 hours from the time I placed the call! I'll be having them come back out soon to help replace a shower valve.

Rebel is the best HVAC and plumbing outfit in Las Vegas. I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed with their service. On the last visit their technician, Harry, managed to pinpoint a mystery water leak that had evaded both a remediation service and a leak detector company. Rebel rocks!

Update: January 2026 - On New Year's Day I found water leaking out of the water meter box on the sidewalk in front of my home. Taking the cover off I discovered that the meter box was completely full of water and overflowing on to the street. I shut the water valve off and called Rebel Plumbing & HVAC. Once again their technician, Harry (who is one of the nicest people you will ever meet) came out, tested for leaks, and determined that the water main was broken at some point between the sidewalk and the house. That’s the bad news, the good news is that Rebel will start trenching tomorrow and should have the job completed by the end of the day.
