I would like to give a shout out to Chad Scott of BEST Heating and Air Conditioning. He preformed a heating system service for me in November and warned me that my igniter was failing. I didn’t believe it was that bad and declined having it replaced. This morning I woke up to no heat. Thankfully Chad was able to replace the igniter for me first thing this morning and didn’t even say I told you so… Chad also remembered to put the insulation back over my attic access panel the guys that supposedly do things the Right Way didn’t most of the time!

Scheduled a Water heater trouble shooting service,and Diego was here within the hour.He was so very professional, explained everything in detail.Diego was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.Highly recommend Best Air and Plumbing,and will absolutely use them in the future .

Patrick Horejs was absolutely wonderful and professional. He explained everything regarding what went wrong with my tankless water heater and how to take care of my now functioning unit. He is the best that Best could have sent. Thank you!

Corey showed up right on time and was very professional and personable while taking care of our maintenance needs. He come out to terminate our gas fireplace, and graciously took care of a water leak he noticed on our outdoor spigot.

With the level of service and customer care that Corey provided, I would highly recommend Best Air Conditioning/Plumbing repair to anyone.

EXCELLENT service and they responded immediately. Kevin came yesterday. He did a complete walk through and also provide me with a free estimate and payment options.

Today, Patrick came to install my water system. He was amazing. He did a fantastic job. Patrick explained everything clearly and showed me how to maintain my water system before he left.

I got a free whole house inspection after an HVAC install last year. Kerry Buckmaster was the technician that was sent out and was very knowledgeable. My house is about 30 years old so he let us know of a few things that would be worth replacing before they fail. I also messaged the front office to get a copy of the permit and inspection report of the HVAC install. They got it to me within 24 hours. It has been great doing business with them!

Brandi, the dispatcher, was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the scheduling process. She communicated clearly, followed up when she said she would, and made coordinating the service easy. It’s rare to get this level of organization and courtesy, and it made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Thank you, Brandi, for the excellent support.

Best really is great. Needed a complete repipe and sewer replacement. They made it as least painful as possible. Patrick their repipe specialists was amazing. He was awesome thru out the process. He went above and beyond and helped with everything I needed. They're fortunate to have tech like him. Over all it went very well for such a nightmare to have to go through. Would recommend them to everyone.

Very impressed with Patrick. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond in his service today. Michael and Tyler came out on Friday and discovered my issue needed Patrick's particular expertise. They were also very helpful and made sure to show me the issues. Would definitely recommend this company.

Replace old heater to a new one, Patrick the technician did a very quality job by himself, friendly guy, he works hard fast and accurate, he makes sure that his job is perfectly done. We need more workers like him 100% recommendations.

Thank you David, Patrick, Eric, and Nicholas with Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair. They were all punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with their work of installing a carbon filtration system, changed out 17 angle stops, pressure regulator valve, and washer box with valve.

Tyler was great. He was sent out to do a plumbing inspection. Apparently, it's part of some package I have with Best. He found multiple issues that I would've never found. It's all good preventative maintenance stuff. I'm not excited about laying out the money to fix the stuff, but I know long-term. It's gonna help me a lot. Obviously, the free home inspection is a way For best to come out and potentially find problems so they can generate income, but I'm cool with that to me. It's a win-win situation.

Meech and Luis were remarkable! They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and to clean up after they were done. They paid attention to detail and truly cared about their work, my home, and my well-being. Truly unique and marvelous experience!

I was very pleased with Best’s response to my Plumbing issue. I had a leak in my garage ceiling that was dripping. And they were able to come out very quickly.

Patrick did an amazing job with the repair. He kept me informed every step of the way, and was really helpful in answering questions!

I cannot recommend this company enough. Jeremy came out and walked me through his diagnosing process. Before he even opened our unit, he said I bet this is the problem based on the sound he heard and sure enough that was exactly it. He explained why it was making that sound and at no point did he attempt to upsell me or give me a vague “you need XYZ.” It was all explained thoroughly. He took the time to call and check that our unit was still in warranty. And he got our furnace back up and running again. It’s a breath of fresh air to have an honest technician who clearly has our best interest in mind. Jeremy, you have earned customers for which ever company you work at for life! Thank you!

Best installed an evaporator cooler for my A/C. Labor was $1,500. Took two men, 4 1/2 hours. Had to remove framing around attic access. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out today for company to come back out and put back the framing. Appointment was 4-8 pm. At 8:05 PM I called and spoke with someone who called the manager and he explained to his rep that they won't get through with their current job until sometime around 9:00 PM. My wife and I went to bed because we had to get up at 4:30 am for work. Received a call from their tech, Julio, at around 9pm stating that he was on his way. I told Julio not to come because we were already in bed. Needless to say, I'm not happy. This was my wife's and my wedding anniversary. We're very disappointed.

Worth noting,right after they did their diagnosis, their company ambassador Jeremy asked me to leave his company a review, on his phone, when they hadn't even done the work yet? Since then, I've received numerous requests to leave them a review, and they haven't even finished the job!

Update: A few things have happened since I wrote my last review for Best several weeks ago when I left a well deserved one star rating. As previously noted, the company Best scheduled me a follow-up visit after installing my evaporator cooler to reinstall the framing around the attic entrance. It was a 4-8:00 pm follow-up visit. At 8:05 pm, I called them and asked that they not show up because I had to go to bed. I got a call at 9 pm from Best, in a deep sleep, stating they were on their way. I told the service tech not to come, that I was asleep. Sever weeks later, I decided to reattach the framing myself. When I couldn't find a missing piece of trim, I began fishing for it in the attic insulation. The trim was hiding under the insulation. I also found the support beam that is used to hold up the evaporator coil. It was hiding under the insulation. I called Best and they scheduled to have someone come out and reinstall the support beam. At the conclusion of their visit, I asked if they would send someone out to add some blow-in insulation in the places that had been disturbed during the initial install. They came out today. Their technician Luis did a great job. His sidekick (who I don't remember his name) did a great job setting up and cleaning up. While I do recommend this company, now, I'm writing this review as a help to you. If you hire Best, for anything, make sure you watch them closely. It was human nature for them to not to put back the very crucial support beam back, which would have been a serious concern if I hadn't caught it. They also had the cap to my vent pipe installed on the wrong pipe. Again, this also would have been a serious issue if I hadn't caught it.
This company charges a premium price for their work. You're just going to have to watch them like a hawk. The silver lining in all of this is that at least they will come back and make any necessary corrections that one might discover after the fact. Good job, Luis! You did a great job making it right on behalf of your company!

Update: would you believe it? Best had to come to my house for a 5th time for the same issue. The evaporator they installed only worked with master bedroom thermostat! It was turned off at the thermostat, but came on when master-bedroom thermostat was on. Jeremy said the damper wire was bad and he had is replaced for no charge.

Kerry came out for an inspection of my water treatment system and water heater I had them install two years ago. I am so appreciative of the information and quality of service him and BEST have been providing the last couple years! Thanks again and I will be calling you if I have any further issues!
