The service representative, Jeremy Rojas was friendly, prompt, respectful of our house and time, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a no B.S. inspection and addressed our concerns with no up selling. He took detailed pictures and explained all the systems in detail.
Everything was easy, from scheduling, getting a quick appointment within a day, calling when he was on the way, and checking to make sure he had the right parts before arriving, made the usually painful experience with AC repair an easy and positive experience.
I would 100% recommend BEST Air-conditioning and plumbing and definitely will call them again next time due to the positive experience with the technician, Jeremy!

Luis came 2 days later to install my new coils for my HVAC unit and was also extremely professional and efficient. He diligently worked on my unit, checked my thermostat and confirmed the temperature read in all rooms afterwards.

BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair has always been so friendly and reliable, with the most affordable pricing. They had previously replaced our water heater a while back, and Zach did such a great job that we had to go to them for our dripping bathtub spout. Tyler was super informative and thorough during the initial inspection, offering to check our other bathrooms to ensure that there aren't any parts that can potentially cause major damage to the house since it's over 30 years old. They were able to schedule their team to come the next day to complete the job. Patrick was very knowledgable and did such an amazing job replacing our bathtub valve, the hardware, and sink faucet. It was long overdue, and we love how it turned out. Thank you all so much! Such a great company with great professionals that put their clients first. Highly recommended.

The unit cooling my second floor was blowing inconsistently cool then warm air. Thought possibly the unit was shot and looking at coming out of pocket for a new unit. The crew at Aloha showed up timely, went to work asking me questions and then I left them alone to work. They figured out the problem...a bad capacitor. Parts and labor very reasonable compared to the alternative. They guys left me a detailed invoice with warranty. I like working with these guys, they know their stuff and have already referred them to a business associate which they were able to resolve at a descent price. Go Aloha!

They were very professional, kind, and efficient. They were also able to change my filters for me. We already had some purchased but our vent is so high so they kindly did it for us. Definitely recommend and they’ll be our go to.
