All I asked for was no BS, upfront price and a hot crew.... Kidding on the last one, sort of. It seems more difficult to find honest companies these days who don't just want all of our pennies, but BEST IS one of the good ones still out there!!
I didn't even mention their speed, which was 🤌

EXCEPTIONAL. BEST Air Conditioning is BY FAR the best company I have hired in a very long time. Steve Freidell was immensely helpful and professional, replying to my phone calls and text messaged within minutes. The technicians, Christian and Fabian, were highly skilled and efficient. Also, their prices were extremely competitive with other companies. I am so relieved that I hired BEST Air Conditioning because as a Las Vegas homeowner, l know the value of a trustworthy A/C unit. All around, I am one pleasantly happy and chilled customer. Do yourself a favor and hire this company.

I just want to start off by saying thy Sam is the BEST when it comes to customer service. She truly helped me from the moment my install started until the city inspection was complete. Highly recommend this company.

Ricardo Dominguez, my Technician was absolutely the Best and I am MORE than SATISFIED. He inspected my unit, explained in detail my options for fixing it, how much it would cost and he had ALL the necessary parts and tools to do the repairs immediately. He was neat, clean and didn't talk down to me but WITH me. This Technician is a valuable asset to your Company and I will recommend him to anyone without Hesitation.

I called Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair at 3pm and scheduled an appointment for between 4-8pm that same day. At 4:10pm I received a text canceling my appointment due to a “emergency call.” I also had an emergency — water was actively leaking inside my walls — and I had been waiting for over an hour expecting help to arrive. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another plumber while the damage got worse. Emergencies happen, but a professional company should have backup coverage or a plan in place so customers aren’t abandoned in the middle of their own crisis. This was completely unprofessional and shows they cannot be relied on when it matters most.

I want to recognize the Andre' for providing excellent customer service. Even though my appointment was canceled, he was polite, professional, and very apologetic about the inconvenience. He showed showed genuine concern, and even tried to help me rebook for the next day, so I could still get the service I needed. His professionalism and care stood out, and he was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. You should have him reach out to clients when there are any issues, instead of sending a text message.

Best in the business. These guys were everything from professional to dedicated and getting the job done. The plumber Morgen was very polite and professional. His Work was super clean and looked great.
Jun is the man when it comes to HVAC. He even sourced a very hard to find item for my old furnace. He made it operate efficiently and I would definitely recommend The company if you want the best in the valley hands down.

Lenny and Demetrius did a great job installing my new furnace and AC. They were professional, efficient and personable. I particularly appreciate their explanation of what they were doing and instructions on dealing with the new equipment.

Very nice young man who took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The existing plumbing is very old and some of the piping is now obsolete. He did a good job with what he had to work with and kept the cost down as much as possible and for that I am very grateful. I will definitely be using this company for any future problems.

All of the men were very polite and courteous. They texted before they arrived and arrived on time. They covered all of my flooring and wore shoe covers whenever inside. The guys worked hard, I could tell it was not an easy job but they endured with it until the end. Work was completed in one day for both upstairs and downstairs furnaces. They really did a great job!

Jeremy was an an amazing Technician. Made me feel better about my purchase of going with best air-conditioning plumbing repair. I highly recommend him to anybody. He will take very good care of you and make sure that you’re a happy customer with a good product. I unfortunately used another company after best for a different air-conditioning unit and they are awful so I’m very happy to be going back to best where I feel like they are giving me a great product and a really good warranty for labor and parts.

The 2 technician that repaired our HVAC issue were absolutely outstanding. They were very prompt technician. Chad was the best. He was very informative, knowledgeable and honest about everything that needed to be done. The next crew that came in from their establishment was awesome as well. They worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work they done on our home thank you all so very much. I needed a repipe for my whole house which really stressed me out. Patrick showed up and instantly put me at ease. He walked through everything in a way I could understand and was respectful and kind! Definitely would recommend Best and Patrick to anyone!!!!!

First encounter with Best Air was Curt, the tech who came out and quoted us the 2 complete replacements of our a/c split systems, was very professional which helped in our decision (price too) on going with this company. They literally came out the next day and replaced the 2 outdoor and attic units within 6 hrs. Thanks to the installers Brendan, Lenny, Christian, Brian, and Ernie. They all work together, like a well oiled machine. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing or a/c work.
