We’ve been using Aloha for a few years and are never disappointed! Everyone we talk to is very professional and nice. Carlos answered the phone for us this morning while we voiced our concerns for our air and passed our message along. Mike gave us a call a few minutes after that, and told us that someone would be with us within the hour. In this heat, that’s a miracle. Devin is the tech that has helped us everytime. he is very nice and professional. he explains things, in a way that we can actually understand what’s going on with our air and gets us fixed up everytime. he even showed us how to save money by joining the service club membership! it’s definitely worth it, especially since we are using it in a big commercial building for work. thank you guys again, and a big shout out to devin for spending the day getting us all fixed up and ready to tackle this heat wave next week!

For the last 7 years, I have had Aloha Air service my air conditioners. The technicians have been polite and they strive to do the best job possible. I would be lost without them !

Wow! An honest business in Las Vegas! Got referred to Mario at Aloha Air Conditioning by some friends and they did NOT disappoint! Came out on Father’s Day weekend and quickly diagnosed the issue at my rental property with the air conditioner and quoted me a price LESS THAN HALF of what my regular A/C repair guy/rip off artist had quoted me! So glad to have found these guys! They also got the job done quick so my tenants were not inconvenienced much at all. Will use them moving forward on all my rental units with no hesitation!!!

I needed a refrigerant recharge after a leak in my A/C unit. Seth from Aloha Air Conditioning came out and did an incredible job in getting my upstairs A/C running cool again. Seth was very informative and helpful, and Mario was very helpful in getting someone out to my home ASAP. I definitely recommend Aloha Air conditioning!

Aloha Air once again provided exceptional service. Twice over a 4 year span my AC has went out from the Vegas heat and twice my warranty company assigned someone else to my work order. Twice those other companies couldn't come out the same day. Twice, I called Aloha Air and both times they came out the same day and got the air blowing cold again.... My technician Chance was friendly, informative, and respectful. Explained the situation and resolved the issue. The employees truly embody the Aloha spirit. I can't express how great Aloha Air is besides stating, they have earned my AC & HVAC loyalty. This means I will have to do extra work and submit for reimbursements with my home warranty since Aloha Air isn't in their vendor list but it is well worth it.🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿

The folks at Aloha Air gave us fantastic service! Our upstairs air conditioner went out sometime during the night between the 3rd and 4th of July. The fan on the outside unit stopped spinning. Mario was on the phone with me 20 minutes after I put in a request for Aloha to call me back, that was at 7:40 in the morning. Mario had a technician come out to the house between 9:00 and 10:00. The young man that came out to the house was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and very polite. He replaced the fan motor in the unit, and we had air back on upstairs by 11:00. Absolutely fantastic service at a reasonable price! We would recommend Aloha Air to an any of our friends or family members who are having problems with their air conditioning. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

Jonathan did a great job checking our 2 heating units and working until a problem was fixed. Aloha's prices are so reasonable and the employees are competent and very nice, the best all the way around!

I have been a customer of Aloha for many years. Their service has always been excellent and their employees are well-qualified. A few years ago they resolved a very tricky problem i had with my A/C. They are very accommodating when scheduling an appt. I highly recommend Aloha.

We’ve been with Aloha for over 15 years. They are the best! Jonathan did a great job! Mario, and Chance really know what they’re doing for a business! I would recommend them to anybody. And actually did today, to one of my neighbors as she was walking down the street looking at their truck!
We have them out twice a year. In winter for maintenance and in summer for maintenance, preventative is the way to go!

Aloha Air responds promptly for repairs. The prices are reasonable and the workers are competent. We've used them for our family home and rental properties too. I recommend their maintenance program too, especially for rentals, to keep equipment in the best shape.

Airtech by far is the BEST company I have worked with for both my commercial properties and my home. They are honest and they do a very clean and thorough job. I have quoted other companies and Airtech is always extremely competitive with their pricing for both Heating and A/C. Everyone who I recommended Airtech to, have all been extremely satisfied with their timeliness, the work performed , the time to finish the work, their pricing, and their knowledge of systems. They take pride in their work and are the best in a field of many companies.

Ben and Miles are AMAZING. Not only did they get my air conditioner up and running, they were affordable for my strict budget.
What I liked about them also is that they were both patient and kind with my millions of questions. I have no idea what makes my air conditioner work or not work, and they explained to me what they were doing every step of the way.

On the hottest day in 80 years, my thermostat decided to power off, killing my AC. I found Air Tech with a quick google search and saw nothing but awesome reviews. I called around 3pm and Ben answered right away. I explained the issue and he tried to help me over the phone first. In all my years, I've never had anybody try to help me over the phone first for free. When nothing worked, he said he'll try to send one of his guys since he's not available. About 10 minutes later, he called back to say that since all of his guys are not able to make it to my location, he'll come himself. Come to find out, he was preparing to take his family out to dinner for his 10 year anniversary when I called. He literally dropped what he was doing, left his family to wait, just to come and help me.

He rushed over and got to my house in 30 minutes. He found that I had no power running to my AC. He went back and forth to my breaker box and attic, checked with his meter to determine that I had power coming out of my breaker, but no power from the wires at the AC. Very weird. At this point, I think a lot of technicians would've stopped and said to call an Electrician. But it was already 5pm and knowing there will be no electricians that'll come out, he decided to bypass the bad wire and got my AC running again for temporary. He then recommended an Electrician that he trusts. The electrician did come out the next day and determined I had a bad light switch that the AC power connected to. Here's the next best thing. Since the electrician personally knew Ben, he called Ben when he was getting an AC error code and sure enough, Ben walked him through it. If it was a typical electrician, he would've left and said I needed an AC guy to fix the error code. Ben helped the Electrician determine it was a bad 24V fuse.

If it wasn't for Ben and his Electrician recommendation, I would've probably ended up spending at least 2 days at a hotel and way more money out of pocket.

Ben is like that uncle or best friend that'll go out of their way to help you. Thank you Ben for saving the day!

Great locally owned HVAC company. . Responded quickly , courteous, &professional . Stand up owner who Didn't try to upsell or tack on anything additional . He provided an quick impromptu educational lesson on my a/c units & how keep them properly maintained for long term usage. Reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again and again.
