Great and honest company. They came to my home in Summerlin, as my tenant had stated that there may be an issue with the HVAC. Air Tech had informed me that the issue was extremely minor and not to worry- this company is honest and are solid people who do a great and quick job while being extremely honest. I just wanted to say the Owner Ben is not only amazing at what he does but he is the nicest and well educated man I have ever talked to. I have met a lot of people in my day but he is very special. When he left it just made me want to be a better person. Never thought you would get all that from getting your air fixed!!! lol. Great job and I would use his company any day!!

I was without air during June and July waiting on a scam warranty company to fix my AC. I was told to call Ben and he came that same day and installed my new system the very next. I couldn't be happier with my expierence. Ben and his crew were knowledgeable and super kind. He had VERY fair pricing and I didn't have to feel like I was being coerced into buying something I didn't need. By far the best HVAC company in Las Vegas. I should have called him weeks ago. Absolutely amazing company! Reliable and honest owner and technicians. I thought I had an issue with my HVAC… technician came out and told me there is nothing wrong and not to waste our money if there is nothing wrong. They are an honest company, not looking to make a quick dollar. Really seems like they value the customer relationship over the money, which is so refreshing to see. He took his time to show me how to correctly maintain the system at home time to time. 100% recommend Ben due to the high winds it destroyed my AC unit. He was able to stop by the same day, review the damages, and provided me a reasonable quote. A prior company via home warranty was charging me 4k more than Ben. He ensured everything was working and informed me of what to expect within the next couple of hours. He had previously installed another unit in my prior home and knew I needed to call him. Thank you Ben and Team!!!

These guys are the best! They came in and replaced both original house units for us with Trane A/C. So happy they were able to get it done before the heat hit here. So professional and friendly and they even swept up the floor before they left! Couldn’t ask for more.

Ben and his team are honest and up front and they work hard to make things right. I moved into a house last year - previous owner failed to mention there was active warranty on the HVAC unit - without transferring the warranty to me it was cut in half from 10 to 5 years. Just my luck - 5 years was late December 2024. Ben called the company, advocated on my behalf, and did what he could to help me get my heater up and running. Instead of paying $3500 for a new unit, Ben and his team were able to fix the unit for $650 and in just 48 hours. I was SO happy! Thank you again Ben & Air Tech Team! 10/10 recommend to all.

Ben and his crew are the best. Everyone we have had the pleasure of working with is friendly, compassionate, and professional. After receiving quotes from 3 different companies in the valley, someone finally recommended Airtech. They were the only company that offered me solutions and options to the issues I was having with my AC, instead of a generic sales pitch to replace the entire system. We did end up replacing everything eventually, but Ben and Airtech guided us on how to do that on a schedule that worked out for us and for a price that was thousands less than anyone else. It's so relieving to have an HVAC company that I can trust to give me straight answers with honest and up-front costs. I cannot recommend Airtech enough, and it's the only company I'll trust with any future HVAC work I need done.

Ben came out super professional and always timely, diagnosed the problem. We needed a whole new hvac system, within two days Ben had his team here and the new system in without a problem. I would highly recommend him, and am forever greatful! Thank you guys

Incredible install! we got several quotes for goodman and decided to go with a Trane. Excellent customer service and from start to finish was only about 5 hours complete! Ben is very courteous and has an outstanding crew. This was truly a professional install and the job was done right the first time and he does not leave until it is complete down to picking up afterwards. They are highly recommended!

Ben and his team were great! He was very responsive, picking up my call in the evening and coming to check on my system the following morning, which was much appreciated during the height of the summer. He was thorough in figuring out what the issue was and walked me through the steps to maintain my units so that I would not have the issue again. Very honest and friendly!

Very honest company, I told them I did not want to replace the unit and just the compressor, they did not push me they just gave me the options and let me decide for myself. Erlys was very professional and even showed me the process of him brazing in the new compressor.

Air Tech and Ben were terrific to work with! I called them and Ben showed up within 2 hours to look at our unit that was making noise in one of the bedrooms. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. It was a simple fix by cleaning out the filters on the units. I would highly recommend his services to anyone! Thanks again Air Tech!

I had a great experience with Ben !
My 40 year old roof top AC unit went out and Ben quickly came to assess it the same day it stopped working.
I've had 3 people here already all of them told me it'll take 2 weeks and I would not be able to survive in the vegas heat for that long. Was considering hotels until be came and replaced it within 24 hours after inspection and he actually had a better price than all of them.
Will definitely recommend to anyone!
