They say: Life is all about the breath you take and with that AIR you breathe, a non negotiable should be AIR that is clean and healthy, in order to enjoy it. Our entire family respiratory health, especially our 1yr old, was diminishing and we couldn’t figure out “Why”… Ben and his team at Airtech came to our home and restored “Life” into our air with the outstanding re insulation and care service they provided to our home. We could instantly see and feel a difference. They weren’t/aren’t salesman like all the others that we had come inspect the issue. Ben was straight up and very reasonably priced for the 2 out 10 above and beyond service they provided. If you like preventative maintenance to prevent things, good customer service, and/or for a repair to not take 3+ tries, Liberty is not for you.
I would give zero stars if I could.

I don’t know how well Liberty AC technicians perform on the job but I do know how well one of them drives. This Technician drove in the emergency lane to pass three cars on the I-215 and then tailgated several others as he weaved in and out of traffic. I bet if he doesn’t care about other people’s lives on the freeway he doesn’t care how well he fixes your AC.

You will feel good about their service. They are quick, friendly, trust worthy, and reasonable. My heater stopped working again after two days later, but they come out again found the problem easily and replaced the part free of charge because the owner said they should have done it right on the first time. You won't find this type service on HVAC companies in Vegas.

I live out of state. In 2013, I bought four HVAC units from Liberty for my investment property in Las Vegas. A week ago, after getting all my units serviced, the technician mentioned that since the units are of different ages, I was like, wait! What??? I bought them all at the same time! He was like, well, one is from 2013, another from 2012, and the others from 2011. And that is that! Liberty is a professional fraudster.

Owner has a significant ego and attitude problem. Did some work for him in the past and he threw a fit because we require customers with no account to pay in advance for the work to be performed. Complete hot head.

Fellows came within time window and got right to work in my attic. Luckily, everything was ok this year and I look forward to a long relationship with this honest and reliable company.

Called with an A/C issue at 10:35am .... Got an actual person on the phone and Jessica was super friendly and helpful.

Technician showed up in the window (12-4) 2:45pm. Told Shawn the issue and he had the capacitor replaced and a/c running in 15 minutes.

He did say this was simple but I'm so happy to have cold air!!!! It's the middle of summer.

I called Vegas Knight & Day Heating & Cooling this morning and spoke with Jesika—super helpful and professional. She quickly arranged for Aron to come out, and he was here within a few hours. He diagnosed and fixed my A/C issue in no time. Exceptional service, fast response, and top-quality work. 5-star experience all around. Highly recommended!

I called to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to
Listen to a recording or speak to a robot.
Jessica the office manager was very professional and pleasant to talk with, she suggested a summer maintenance she said she had a tech in the area and could have him there within a few hours. I received email and txt updates with the technicians name and picture.
I received a txt when Shawn was on his way which was less than an hour.
Wow what a great guy Shawn was, his customer service skills were over the top, definitely a 5 star 🌟 experience. He was polite and very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain what he was doing, when finished he explained that all the readings were good , electrical and capacitor were good, tightened up fan, and cleaned coils, asked if I had any questions for him. The AC was very noisy on start up and now you can hardly tell it’s turning on.

Quick, fast, friendly, honest service. Allen got the job done. Jessica R. has great customer service. They offer texting and also provide a picture and updates on the tech location when their heading your way.

I have had Vegas Knight and Day Heating and Cooling service my air conditioners, fans, and heaters for a few years now. Aaron H. has been our technician. He is extremely knowledgeable. He has fixed all issues completely the first time. Vegas Knight and Day is very honest and has great pricing.

Our technician Aaron was great. Very courteous, worked efficiently, and wasn't pushy about his recommendations with our system. I'm looking forward to having this company back out for our summer tune up in May.
