After a month with no Cold Air I was feeling really hopeless, I sent and the landlords took their time to call someone out. But finally I got Shawn Bolo who not only came in and asked me for all the details about my AC, but he also went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly in other areas and wasn't going to go out in a day like it did last time. I can't thank him enough for caring about me and my family, braving the 120° weather without air was tough but thanks to Shawn and LV heating and cooling I can feel better in my home and not stress about it.

I contacted Ramon, and he was very helpful. He sent his guy out and they took care of my problem quickly, and got my AC working again the same day. I highly recommend.

Our AC suddenly stopped working and they got Elvis out to check on it within about an hour. It needed some follow up and they gave us a portable AC unit overnight to get by with. We ended up needing to order a new blower motor and they even went out of their way to check the warranty status and save us some money. We ran into some issues with the supplier getting the part to us so they loaned us a second portable AC unit since it took longer than expected. They were super responsive to messages and calls and they never pressured us with upsells. When we finally got the part we needed we were charged exactly the quoted price. Very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend and use them again!

I was introduced to Ramon and his team through a mutual friend. He did a total rehab on a condo that I was selling and did an amazing job! Over exceeded my expectations and it led to me getting a full list offer for my property and set the high sale price for the community. Fast forward, the new buyers had an inspection done and the AC / Heat pump needed to be serviced. Once again, I called these guys and they had Elvis out there the next afternoon. Quickly and efficiently he trouble shot and determined the issue. Within 1hr, I was up and running like new. Elvis was professional, informative and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. Everyone at Las Vegas heating & cooling were friendly, patient and professional with my questions and concerns. Ron was a great help setting me up and headed in the right direction. The service technician, Elvis showed up early (Big deal to me) and clearly and patiently answered all my questions. Mr Ron followed up the next day with multiple quotes and options on a replacement system.
They were, by far, the most affordable. There are a few touch ups to attend to now, and I will be using Las Vegas heating and cooling for a complete heating and air conditioning system replacement. Wasn’t pleased, my problem still exists.. Didn’t really listen to my complaints about the heating system.made his own decision and let me with no hot water. Told me wasn’t shut off valve for ac to get hot water. Ac people said not true. Not very knowledgeable on my hot water radiator furnace. American Home Shield referred
