Excellent service! Jakimis the best example of customer service and knowledge. He throughly explains what he is doing and how. He takes before and after pictures of what the issue is and the after pictures show the system repair functioning properly. He checks to ensure that all parts are functioning properly. To include checking the vents to ensure proper air/heat flow throughput my home. The cost? Nothing. I purchased the package for $149.00! No additional service fees!

Nick was fantastic and a very good sport having to get into a very small attic space to get a proper diagnosis. The company has been out twice (Dustin was here the first time) to make sure they got all the info they needed for a proper diagnosis.

The tech who completed this service call was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He explained every step along the way and our heat is properly working now. He also provided photos to show the details as steps were completed.

We had a whole new HVAC system install and they did it in a day. Left our home as clean as they found it and is returning tomorrow to blow in insulation and do any paint touch ups. They were amazing, can't recommend them high enough and they beat everyone's price.

Service was excellent, Ben arrived on time and analyzed the problem with our furnace in minutes. We had been told by another company that the repair would be almost $1,000.00, Ben discovered that the problem was simply a capacitor that had gone bad and was not allowing the blower fan to come on. This is a $10.00 part! Our overall cost was $75.00 as we had used our appliance insurance and that was their minimum charge. We were extreme impressed with the service and the integrity of our technician, Ben and the wisdom of the company for hiring competent and honest employees.

Stephen is very professional. He was able to find the issue immediately and took the necessary and appropriate solution. He was able to explain what happened and gave some advice in order to save money in terms of cooling and heating system at home. He reminded me to always ensure that filter is replaced regularly. Thank you so much.

Stephen the tech arrived earlier than expected was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Showed professionalism throughout the service. Explained his diagnosis clearly and the next step to repairing process. Got response from CHW to proceed with the repair and thankfully he had the part in his truck. We called our home warranty company this morning and less than 30 minutes we received a call from Pro Price Heating and Cooling. The best part is they were able to come out today! I know that’s not always possible, but in this case so appreciated since my parents are older.

Ruddy arrived on time and introduced himself. We showed him where the unit was. To his surprise the unit is up on the second story. It’s a pretty windy day. He went up and discovered the refrigerant was very low. He said the home warranty only covers $10 per pound and the price is $90 per pound and we needed three pounds. We had to do it. I asked if there was a leak and Ruddy said with his visual inspection he did not see one. After he added the refrigerant we felt coolness right away. He explained to us he didn’t see a leak but there could be a small one. He told us to monitor the temperature for the next 30 days and if it starts to get warm to call back.
I appreciate his honesty and hope that this takes care of us for the summer.

Isaiah of Pro Price Heating and Cooling LLC did a very good job repairing our broken furnace. Isaiah arrived on time. He used the shoe covers assuring my home stay’d clean. He was efficient getting to the cause of my issue and repaired it quickly. Thank you for the great work.

I am completely satisfied with the service. I was given a quick initial appointment and the tech was able to diagnose the problem. However they had to order the part which took about a week to arrive. When the tech came back he found the part did not fit. Due to a problem with finding the correct part they finally contacted me and were able to quickly fix the problem (valve). Even though it took 17 days to fix (difficulty in finding the correct part) I was satisfied with the service. The repair was covered by my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty.

We needed to get our heater looked at and Nick dropped by the same day. He was fast, efficient and gave us a good breakdown on what was going on. He also gave us some good options for things going forward to help with our systems. Very happy with the service!

Pro Price Heating and Cooling came out to take a look at my furnace due to no heat coming out.
Rudy is very professional, kind and explains everything while showing pictures of the work he needs to do and the aftermath of it. Unfortunately, the warranty didn’t cover what needed to be done but still had him do the work. I highly recommend the company and Rudy. Also, the girl that answers the phone is very helpful and kind. The price was ok but Rudy did try to speak to his manager to work with the price and I appreciate the effort.

Nick B, the HVAC technician arrived right on time for the appointment and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the heating unit. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the visit. I really appreciate the prompt service.

Greg H. came out to test our AC system and we discussed replacing it. He worked with the office to come up with a great price and the installation was able to be scheduled for the next day. Louis and his teammate did an excellent job of completely replacing an old Aquatherm HVAC system in one day. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They left our place cleaner than it was when they started. I highly recommend them.
