I am beyond satisfied with Buenos Aires Air Conditioning!! my AC unit broke in one of the hottest days in vegas, around 5pm (end of office hours) and I was really impressed with the staff who answered my call. She was very understanding about my situation and helped me to schedule the technician the same day.

She mentioned, he will go after his appointment with another client (8-10pm). We got disconnected during the our phone call and she called me back me. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name.

(My husband called a different AC company that charged $99 dollars just to diagnose the problem and they scheduled us until the next day 8-12pm.They didn't see the emergency my family was.)

The technician called to let me know he was on his way. After his eval he clearly and patiently explained the problem. What blown me away was, he brought 2 portable AC units so we can use them until he fixed our AC.

I can't thanks Carlos and his staff enough. I highly recommend his company Buenos Aires AC. Not just for their outstanding customer service but also for their reasonable and affordable prices!

Based on input from my rat exterminators, I decided I needed to replace all my ductwork, which was leaking and old and just laying on the lower attic rafters rather than hanging from the top rafters. Buenos Aires ripped out all my old ductwork and replaced it with new. They doubly sealed all the joints correctly and built me a new plenum. They added proper flue vents because the old ones were installed incorrectly and were vented into the attic rather than through the roof to the outside. They did a minor amount of damage to my ceiling in one place but sent out a drywaller/painter who professionally fixed that spot. I definitely notice a difference in air flow now and am very happy to have professionally installed ductwork. After the job, the rat exterminators claimed that my ductwork now looks excellent to them, based on their many years of work in attics.

I had the best experience with the young man that came out to repair my AC. Very professional, well educated, beautiful work. If I ever had issues again with my AC, I will definitely call this company back and request the technician that came out…

Buenos Aires Air Conditioning & Heating provides highly professional, dependable and responsible service. We called them when our AC system stopped working.They showed us photo and video evidence that our whole house AC system needed replacing and we appreciated that. After replacing the system, they really honored their warranty. They responded to calls promptly and made sure they rectified any issues that surfaced immediately at no cost to us. They hold themselves to a high standard of service and we highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with the customer service provided by BAAC&H. We had a situation with the unit and they quickly responded and took care of the issue. The unit is working great but their customer service is even better. Totally recommend them, quality and peace of mind 👍🏼🙏🏼

Got a full install and they were on time and easy to work with. I got an estimate Next day they completed the work. My old unit went out. They also went out of their way to bring me portable AC units till my system was installed. I will refer them to everybody I know. Thank you so much

I been shopping different companies to replace my existing but most of them have bad reviews except Buenos Aires. So I took my chance and schedule an appointment.. I got a next day appointment and the technician arrived on time. We let Alejandro (the technician) to donhis job and waited for the findings. I will say he was very honest cuz he talked to us that iur furnace was in great condition and clean. Our HVAC was running good with a concern that no need immediate repair.
My current membership I had, told me that my furnace was super dirty and needs to be clean right away and a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed which will cost us close to $3K. Mynhusband felt that they were scamming us and decided to get a second opinion.

I wish I could rate this company higher than 5, they were very responsive, professional, knowable, and FAST. After having another company fail twice to diagnose and fix my heating system (5 days without heat in the middle of winter) I scoured google for recommendations. Thankfully they all pointed to this company which at the time had 408 reviews and 4.8 stars. I called the company and the woman who answered was kind and respectful, got all my info and having me with a same day appointment all after 3 minutes of conversation. Steven the technician, showed promptly for the appointment and had the issue diagnosed within 5 minutes of being here. His work was diligent finding a secondary issue and fixing that as well which I’d gone unresolved would have created structural issues with our ceiling. I’m extremely happy with everything and everyone on this company and will only use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. I Will work man this company to everybody I know that owns a home. The employee was great helpful knowledgeable with all my knees from my home Repairs. Especially when my water heater and my AC HVAC system replacement. Exceptional communication.

I have received at least 3 texts messages from this company saying i can get 0% financing for 36 months but when I call about, its not available. Enough was enough, I went with a company that doesn't lie.

UPDATE: Don't use a truthful review as a way to pitch your business. This offer had been texted 3 times as late as last week. Its a classic bait and switch. Not a company that can be trusted.

This is the absolute worst company in Las Vegas. Stay as far away from them as possible. Six years ago I bought a whole new system for $16,000 with the maintenance, parts and warranty program. For a period of 10 years, they have been Doing the maintenance and servicing my units for six years until something serious needed to be fixed and now they are saying that I have not even the maintenance program Let alone the warranty. I have every single piece of paperwork that they come in service my house twice a year and check the list on their paperwork for the program, they are actually the ones that reach out to me twice a year to do the service. This is the problem with companies they never want To honor what they sell, especially if something serious comes up. The owner called me back with an attitude and practically was telling me I don’t have any of the warranties or service programs. Now like the new age world I am going to have to resort to my huge social media following

Found them using Google Maps search. The reviews were good enough for me to use them to do annual AC maintenance. Scheduling the visits was a breeze, especially working with a property management company. They showed up when they promised. They also provided details and a pic for their tech. Work was completed on time. Their post-work report was thorough with pictures and a detailed report. I definitely recommend this company.

This is the best HVAC company in all of Las Vegas. Their technician Jovvanie is the most knowledgeable HVAC tech I have ever met. I will only ever use these guys moving forward for my air conditioning needs and recommend them to everyone I know.

Buenos Aires is on top of their game!!!! I called them Saturday, late afternoon, and gave them all of my information. Then they come at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning to inspect the air conditioner and to see exactly what it will need. I am very impressed with this company.
