Unreal service. Lance is the most honest technician I've ever worked with. I had a company come out who tried to charge me $400 for something Lance did for a fraction of the cost. Works amazing. I'm so happy I told the first company no and called Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. I've gone through a few of these companies here in Vegas and this is first to not take advantage of 107 degrees and a broken AC unit.

A/C stopped working, so I called these guys. They are phenomenal! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no appointment, but because of my desperate situation in this heat, they were able to work me into their schedule. They even provided me tips if I have issues in the future. I will only be calling these guys from now on. Lance runs an honest business, and has great guys working with him. I wish I could give them something higher than 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Excellent service and unbeatable prices! Lance was amazing very professional and on time. He diagnosed and fixed our AC in less than a hour. I highly recommend this company. I will be telling everyone to use this company. Five stars across the board.

Exceptional service at an unbeatable price. We had two old ac units that needed to be replaced. We got several quotes and nobody even came close to Absolute Air Conditioning. The units were ordered and installed quickly. Lance and his crew worked extremely hard to be certain our new units were installed to our satisfaction. Lance even came back the next day to verify that the systems were working properly. We were so impressed with this company we asked that they replace our water heater. Again, the service was beyond expectation.

I was originally very happy with their service. The technician was prompt and polite. I needed my AC inspected and they were able to come right away. But they didn't check the filter, which I would have thought is standard. I called repeatedly to have them come back out, but after they no showed for the 2nd time I gave up.

They were incredibly helpful with fixing my air conditioning. They came the same day I called them and were very nice and very informative. Mark was the technician that came out, and Lance also came to bring a part. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and were very reasonable with pricing. I 10/10 recommend them.

I was very lucky Lance came out to service my unit. My AC unit lost power in the middle of the night and Lance was here the very next day. Right on time, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The reviews about him on here ARE REAL! He is a terrific guy and very helpful. Extremely affordable and honest. Saved his number for all of my future HVAC needs!!

I’m VERYYYY pleased with this company, I’m surprised they don’t have more reviews.. around 10pm tonight my father in laws AC went out! I called SO many HVAC companies that claim they were 24 hours & they didn’t answer. OR , by the time they called back Lance had contacted me back & had an HVAC tech out!! Mind you this is after hours & had a tech out less than an hour. Will definitely recommend them & save their number in my phone for future issues.
Lance was professional who called me back quickly and scheduled with us.. he came around 10ishpm, & fixed the issue same day in like 30mins; bless you! 🥹💕 luckily it was only a part that needed to be replaced!!

My a/c unit was not working properly, so I called my Home Warranty company. Leaks of freon are not covered. After doing my homework, I found that Amana a/c units have an excellent warranty and reputation. Absolute had what I wanted. Lance is honest, trustworthy and has great customer service. He cares about veterans and seniors. Small business, but a good company. If you have cooling and heating problems, I would definitely recommend Absolute A/C Heating for your HVAC solutions.

I've used Absolute on numerous occasions to service both of my rooftop AC units and they have never let me down. When the time came to replace one of those units, they acted fast and had it changed out in half a day. Would highly recommend!

My AC went out and I called my home warranty company and they couldn't come out for 5 days. My friend highly recommended Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. I figured I'd try them as I didn't want to wait 5 days. Lance and his team came out the same day. Even though they had to order the part, it was taken care of before my home warranty company could even take a look at it. Lance went above and beyond making sure it was done correctly! I would highly recommend them!

This probably one of the last honest companies left in Vegas. I would highly recommend Lance and his crew to anyone needing repairs on their ac. I had multiple big name companies show up and just try to sell me a whole new ac unit stating that mine was unrepairable. Lance came over and showed me exactly what was wrong with my ac, and exactly what needs to be repaired and why. Instead of trying to sell me a while new system he offered to repair it to factory specs for a quarter of the price of the other companies. I ultimately decided to just replace the system and start new, and still paid a COUPLE THOUSANDS of dollars less that what was quoted from anyone else. Just call and set an appointment with Lance; I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Lance saved us SO much money. Our downstairs AC went out and we called out another company who basically said we had to completely replace the unit and it would cost $11k (it would be too expensive to fix the original unit).

My nephew's AC had just gone out and he gave me Lance's info because of the awesome job he did for them and I figured it would be good to get a second opinion.

I'm so glad I did because Lance quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our unit for $3k. If I do my math right, that's $8,000 less than what the first company tried to charge me.

It's a breath of fresh air (pun intended) to find an honest, skilled and reliable company to fix my AC / heating issues who won't just try to sell me what I don't need in an effort to make a quick buck. Thank you Lance. You're awesome.

Lance was very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable with our York units. He replaced 4 of my A/C units with heat pumps. Did a very clean install of the new equipment. Put plastic down on floors each day and was very respectful of our house and very clean. You wont be disappointed.

Lance is a great guy, truly honest and professional man. Our ac went out 3 days ago and we called the contractor(legacy air 👎)that originally installed the unit and had done maintenance on it. We had an appointment for an emergency call out over the 4th of July weekend to be told we had an appointment on Monday for service and they were a no-show only to receive a text that they had to bump us to the next week sometime. Legacy air was very unprofessional, so I found Lance and said he would get right on it. He came over and serviced our ac unit and didn't even want to charge us. He is first class and he has earned our business and respect. Thanks Lance.

I recently contacted lance for some air conditioning work. He arrived and carried out a detailed inspection. We agreed 9n further work. He returned the following week and completed all work. I later hired him to remove and insta a new upgraded water heater. Over all my years of home ownership I have received better service, timely response or workmanship. Super happy with the prompt and friendly service we got from Absolute air conditioning. We have older units and our heat went out on us right after Christmas. They were able to come out right away and diagnose the problem and fix everything within an hour or so. I will definitely be calling again if anything else comes up!! 🙌🏼

Lance was excellent. He truly cares about his customers and is so friendly and professional. He came out several times at all hours into the night to make sure my AC was working properly. Follows through with things and ensures the job is done correctly. Doesn’t over charge crazy like a lot of other companies in Vegas and is an honest hard working respectful man. I’d recommend him to anyone needing AC repair.

I had Lance install two Bosch 18seer2 units about a year ago and waited to write a review and I will say I am glad I went with him over other companies. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and informative about different options in the HVAC industry. His prices are very competitive and is very upfront with the entire process. I would definitely recommend this company, A++.

Lance is by far the Best. I had 6 different vendors come to my house and they all were trying to rip me off. Lances crew was extremely professional!!! There were some things I noticed at 1:00 am. I called
