Carlos and his crew were amazing. They came the same day I called, and knew exactly what was wrong with our air conditioner. They doubled checked with us on everything when they were installing, and gave us updates on what they were working on next. They were five minutes early on the time they said and I love that. They were also very kind respectful people as well. After my air conditioner was installed the next day, Carlos gave me a call to double check that we were staying cool. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in town they were awesome, my family and I can’t thank them enough!

Wow what an amazing company and great value for an AC unit replacement. 6k-2k lower than the other quotes and I received an amazing unit. We even upgraded another 1/2 ton on the unit size. The owner is amazing and the service was outstanding. I called on Saturday, they installed on Monday.

Very fast service quick response time here at my house within 2hrs and also Scotty wow goes goes above and beyond very knowledgeable knew what the problem was right away. USA air was the third company we called. The other 2 companies both recommended to replace the unit. It was Bumble Breeze and I forgot the name of the other one.We were quoted $14k So We shopped around and called USA Air last night and made an appointment today at 7:00 am. We just wanted to get a quote for unit replacement because that’s what we were told. They sent out JR and he was on time. He immediately checked the unit and found out what was wrong with it and recommended to change the capacitor. It was changed and now our AC is working. It didn’t need a replacement. JR was very professional and knowledgeable , got the job done quick and saved us a lot of money. I’d highly highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you JR

Scammers.. the installed a compressor of 42btu and my system calls for 50btu.. but okay cool I called them because my unit had 1 yr warranty, 9 months in and they don’t want to repair their brazing where it leaked from. Don’t do business with this guys.. the tech came and left without saying anything. I left waiting for him thinking he was still here.. bad business don’t come here.. it’s scary times

We highly recommend USA Air Conditioning! Both Francisco Senior and Francisco Junior are incredible people who are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They helped me with air conditioning noise that I did not believe was fixable. We asked two other A/C company contractors and they weren’t able to help us but thankfully Junior had the knowledge and schooling to know what to do. We now no longer need to get a new system and our home is doing well. For plumbing, we highly recommend Armando due to his skill level.

Call them first please! They care and they back it up with action. Called the bigger companies and they kept telling me to replace the unit for $15k. Rolando went above and beyond and needs a raise. His team fixed my AC and did other repairs for a few hundred dollars. Very Thankful!

Francisco came right out and completed the maintenance on our three a/cs at our house. He was very professional and provided photos of all his work as it progressed. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful to me on some other work I needed done. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This company is the best is Vegas. Great service and a great price. Honest and hard working. Best quality and great service. Only use them for vegas AC and heating. Trustworthy work

I hired this AC company last year when I wanted to replace my old unit. The owner convinced me not to change it, saying they could fix it and give me a warranty. He blamed other companies for just trying to sell new units and made it sound like I was getting a better deal.
They charged me a big bill for the repair, but now—less than a year later—I'm having issues again. When I called them, they said it’s a "different issue" and not covered under their warranty, and then sent me another huge estimate!
It feels like a scam—they want to keep charging you every year for something that should’ve been handled properly the first time. I no longer trust this company. They are unreliable and not honest about their service or warranty.
Please be careful—hire a reputable company instead. I’m planning to file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) and the Better Business Bureau.

People go to Google reviews so they can discover something about a vendor. At one time, word of mouth served this role. I found out about USA Air Conditioning based on the recommendation of a peer at work during a conversation; his father metioned the honesty of the company.

The owner came out to my house and evaluated the situation. He informed me that a repair on the existing unit--over twenty-years old--might not be the best choice. Other options were communicated.

He quoted me a very fair deal on a complete system, and we agreed upon it with a handshake! Old school values and ethics still exist.

I am currently the owner of a quality installed HVAC system that will serve me well this summer.

Francisco Jr. is a great young man! Excellent service, prompt, professional and trustworthy. He came out to my home on three occasions and each time he provided excellent and prompt service. He serviced and moved my ac unit and placed it on a concrete pad. Later he installed, with his colleagues, my attic “air scrubber” for a “healthier home” and to help maintain my air ducts clean all year long. They were in and out. Excellent company due to their employees!

Jesus is a very nice professional man. Came in and fixed the drywall and the stucco that was damaged during the AC installation. Helps work is flawless and you can’t even tell where the damage was! Legacy always sends very nice/professional personnel to our house for our needs.

I had attic insulation installed by Nathan, Silvio, Ed, and Luke, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything. The team worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was done right. I can already feel a difference in my home’s temperature!

Jose was super professional and knowledgeable. We had a water heater leak and as this was a stressful situation for my family and myself, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions and concerns with such care. He went up and beyond to get my family back to having hot water. Thank you to Jose and Legacy.

The plumber that came was great and explained everything and I wish I could give him 5 stars. The only issue is the part required to fix it was around $100 and the total work was maybe 1hr and that's counting going to the store and getting the piece. Even if it was two hrs I don't understand why it would be over 1k price wise.

Part 2. I called them back because my water pressure still wasnt working well. They came out to rectify things and didnt charge me anything.

My technician was awesome. Steven listened to my concerns, checked everything, and performed tasks that previous techs had missed. I asked questions, and he answered and showed me everything I asked about. He did not rush, and was meticulous and thorough. I feel like my system - installed by Legacy last year - is working to its full capabilities.

I had a bathroom plumbing issue that antiquated. Rene Barraza works for Legacy Air and Plumbing. He was very professional and took the time I needed to explain what the problem was and how the best way to resolve my unique needs required by a contractor. Rene was able to fix the issue. Excellent work and fast. I could not be happier with his magnificent work and effort helping me.
