Jesus came out for my plumbing repair. Wow - he was super friendly, he did an expert job in 20 minutes~, and the pricing was very fair. First time using Elite - will always come back to this company now! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Elite! Prompt, honest, and professional service are essentially guaranteed with these guys. I've known for a long time that I needed a new furnace and AC. I went through another company about four years ago. The other company quoted me at a price that I simply could not pay at the time and offered financing that would have drowned me. I finally called Elite last week, bracing myself for the sticker shock. Elite beat the other company's quote by about $2,000. When you take into account how much prices have gone up since 2021, the value is incredible. Their financing options are also fantastic, especially compared to today's rates. Alan really knows his stuff! He was able to explain the ins and outs of different HVAC products. He knew which systems would be a good fit for the size of my house and which systems would be excessive. The technicians showed up exactly when they were scheduled, and were finished when they said they would be. My new system is quiet, the thermostat intuitive, and I can't wait to see what this newfound efficiency will do to my power bill.

I did not appreciate finding your worker Felipe in my. bathroom without asking if he could use it first. I was walking up my stairs and saw the door closed.
He saw me when he opened my bathroom door and said to me we are doing a system check which was a lie because my toliet seat was left up.
When I went upstairs to check on the status of my job I found one of your employees Alan sitting on my bedroom floor playing video games on his phone and was not wearing his work shirt but only a tee shirt.
What made me go upstairs was I could hear all 3 employees laugh really loud and obviously not doing their job.

Technician came out and stated the blower motor was out. $1400.00. The technician completed the work, but shortly after his departure, I noticed the system was NOT repaired. Technician came back to remediate the problem an hour later. The system was working at that point; however, stopped working within the next couple of hours. A different technician arrived and diagnosed the problem as “relay switch” and would let me know how much the following week. The next week I was informed an additional $175 to resolve the issue. I’m not an HVAC person, but this sounds slightly unethical at minimum. I called the office to let them know of my concerns. Never received a call back. This is the same company my HVAC system was purchased from. I do not recommend this company. Unethical practices and poor customer service.

Jesse showed up on time and immediately started reviewing my systems. Find a small problem and example what is was and how it happened. I have never explained in such detail. In the past other companies made me feel like they didn’t have time to explain.

Leo was amazing! Gave me some tips about my toilet and fixed my bathtub drain. Leo is my new plumber that I will also go to when I have plumbing issues! Thank you Leo!!

When’s the last time you had someone show up early? Woke up on today (a Saturday no less) to a flooded garage due to another water heater failure. We’ve moved here in ’89 and we have been replacing water heaters every 5 years ever since. We called Elite at 9 and here it is less than 5 hours later and we have hot water again. So good to be able to count on someone

Elite installed our current unit approximately 11 years ago. We scheduled a winter tune up with Richard. All is good. Quick and painless. Thank you Richard and Elite.

They showed up and repaired it on time! But way way overpriced! Took about 3 minutes to diagnose that the capacitor was out and replaced a $12 capacitor in about 8 minutes and was charged $450! But I gave him a 3.5 star because they did show up and did do the work and they did tell me the price before they put the capacitor in, I think where I messed up was telling them that we had a wedding the next day and didn't have any choice because we could not get a capacitor that fit it here soon enough! Probably would not use them again

We had an excellent experience with Elite Plumbing again, our water heater was ready to be changed and Elite team made us happy one more time with their professionalism.

On March 13, 2025, Elite Heating & AC installed a new 5-ton HVAC unit on our roof. They also did some duct work for a total of $11.2K. That same day, they emailed proof of product registration with the manufacturer to us. The registration was necessary to start the 10-year warranty and showed the model and serial number.

August 14, 2025, we called Elite to let them know the new AC was no longer blowing cold air. They came out and said the coil and some other component needed to be replaced. This was very surprising for a 5-month-old HVAC unit. So, we waited for Elite to come back and replace the defective parts. After waiting a few days, we had to call Elite to ask when they were planning on getting the AC up and running. They said they were waiting for parts and would get back to us once they arrived. Two weeks later, we still hadn't heard from them, so we called again. We were told they had to check with the technician to see what was going on and would call back. Another 2 weeks went by, and no word from Elite, so we called again. This time we were told the parts arrived damaged and were bow placed on back order. We were surprised no one at Elite bothered to give us this update. When we spoke with the "service manager," he said he would look into everything and call us back on Monday. Monday came and went with no word from him. We called them again and again and were given the same run around each time. "We need to check with the manufacturer, or check with the technician, etc., and get back to you. We called again, and they said since the parts are taking so long, we've decided to replace the defective HVAC unit completely.
September 30, 2025, Elite came out and replaced the HVAC unit with a "new" unit. This time, we did not receive any proof of product registration. We did not know the model and serial number of the new unit they put on our roof, so, as it stands, it looks like we no longer have a 10-year warranty.
Tired of their games and bad customer service, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was what finally prompted them to come out and replace the unit. We asked for the proof of registration, and they said we needed to call them with any questions. We didn't have any questions. We were waiting for the product registration so we could be assured our new HVAC is under the promised 10-year warranty. This needs to be emailed to us and cannot be accomplished over the phone. To this day, Elite Heating & Air Conditioning has refused to send any documentation of our "new" HVAC unit. We have no model number, serial number, proof of product registration, or warranty.
We were without AC for over 6 weeks during the summer, which prevented us from listing the home for sale or from being able to rent it. Either way, Elite has cost us a lot of money and grief.

This company needs to better train their techs. To quote a whole new AC unit after it being 6 years old is bad. Had two other AC companies come out and look at it and one even mentioned this company suggesting a new AC unit after 6 years is insulting. Will not be using this company going forward.

Technician Jesse was prompt and courteous. He replaced my air filters (with my new filters) as part of the service. He took photos of my duct system and igniter plug to show existing wear and dust buildup that should need attention in the future. I'd highly recommend their service to others

I was given a $1600 repair estimate by a different plumbing company (not Elite) and made to wait several days while they had parts delivered…all while my shower head leaked constantly. They also told me I needed a new water softener and tried to sell me a $6,000 one. They ALSO said they’d need to open a wall to do the repair.

My realtor suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Elite plumbing to me. The plumber, Jesus, was able to complete the repair without opening a wall, did it the following day, tested my water softener and said it was fine, but needed salt added (which he kindly did for me after I bought more salt), all for under $500. I HIGHLY recommend this company, as they saved me from falling for the gouging of another predatory plumbing company.

I called this company Monday night with no air conditioning in my house service tech told a compositor was bad and compressor was getting hot.
I choose to replace both of the A/C units on my house.
Tech told me both units would arrive Tuesday between 2 and 4 pm
I got a call Tuesday at 1pm starting tech are on site and ready to install brand new A/C units.
Being from Las Vegas I would recommend this company quality TRAIN ac units where installed best of the best.

I called on a Saturday morning in the to schedule a quote at my house, the company sent someone over within 30 minutes. We scheduled to move forward with two brand new compressors for both A/C units. Same day job was scheduled and completed as promised. The absolute best service in the valley. The most amazing, clean, professional installation. Every single person I came across was kind, polite, honest and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for Elite for being people I can trust.

I have just had a full system HVAC replacement completed by Elite, I got quotes from 3 different companies and went with Elite. Alan, the Sales Representative was incredibly knowledgeable having first hand experience in the industry for years. He immediately noticed that my old HVAC unit had been plumbed in opposite, with a 3t unit for upstairs and a 3.5t for downstairs, due to my layout it should have been the opposite. He was the only one to notice this. During the sales discussion, I never once felt pressured and was expertly guided.
The installation was also great, Alan came by my property 3 times during install to ensure the team were doing a good job, which they were. I had minor damage to a door from getting a furnace in but that has already been planned for repair/replacement.
Investing +$20K is a big decision and they made me feel comfortable and also, their price was the best I was offered also. I highly recommend using Elite for any HVAC work. Very professional, job was done within good time and the cleanup afterwards was great.
