Quick, friendly service on a Sunday after 5pm! Technician Antonio had my AC unit working with ice cold air in a few minutes. I've had 3 service calls in 5 years and trust Air Done Right to be fast, honest and fair. Recommended!

Nick was a respectful nice young man that fixed my issue in 10 min. Even found an incorrectly labeled breaker and labeled it for me. Thanks for fixing my A/C on the hottest week of the year. Will definitely use these guys again.

Eric was very clear and explained what was going on with my equipment. Was so nice to get a couple swamp coolers for the house until installation the next day. Installation was on time and very fast and efficient

Matt came by and was so helpful, patient and just cool to work with. Not sure if you can request techs but it’s certainly worth a shot. He made the entire experience very understandable and painless!

Eric E. was welcoming and, more importantly, insightful and informative relative to the A/C System at my home. Additionally, the options he provided were extremely helpful and showed his sensitivity to diverse budgets without sacrificing the integrity and soundness of the A/C process.

The service this company provided deserves 5 stars. I called this morning at 10am and by noon they were at the shop! Super honest with their pricing, which is a breath of fresh air - haha.

The ONLY reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the service tech who came in to do the repair had an attitude and apparently has something against Koreans? I am currently out of town so I asked my employee to call me so I could speak with him and when he saw my name on the phone he said: " here we go, what's her name? oh is she Korean? HERE WE GO!!" I'm sorry but since when does my ethnicity have anything to do with the conversation we are about to have? As the business owner, I just wanted to hear from the technician what work was done and what was wrong with my units.

Anyways, loved the company and the work they do. Definitely would use them again - maybe a different tech.

I have been with another big company here in Las Vegas for a few years and every time they made a maintenance call they tried to sell me something. And on top of that they always canceled and rescheduled my appointments which I made a couple of months in advance. Great way to treat a customer who has been loyal and has been in their company membership for a few years….NOT
I got the number of Air Done Right from a family member , I called them and they were awesome. From the telephone call, to scheduling an appointment the following week to James the technician who was on time, respectful, quickly explained everything he was going to do, serviced the heating unit and explained what he did. I give James 5 stars as well. There were no hidden fees and I asked about their membership program and happily joined it. A family owned and operated business that treats the customer like businesses used to many, many years ago, they matter and that goes a long way with me. Phyllis M.

Technician Nick was amazing with his comprehensive analysis of the entire A/C system. Very professional and highly knowledgeable. The visited my house the same day i called on one of the hottest days in Las Vegas. Definitely utlize Air Done Right for all your A/C needs

I put the request into the Thumbtack app Sunday evening and received a call within 10 minutes. I was shocked. I was able to schedule with them the next day in the morning. Nick was very knowledgeable and quickly explained my issue and options to make it better. I will very likely continue to use their services.

Brought our AC/Heater thru Air Done right last year and the guys who installed it were great but what ended up being why we love them is Matt he has done all the yearly maintenance and duct cleaning and he is awesome goes above and beyond every time. The reason we keep coming back Matt and the staff at Air Done Right.

Nick came out to help me with my air conditioner, specifically the thermostat! He was super pleasant and polite. He worked quickly and got everything working again! Follow your gut feeling if your AC repair person has given you a quote that doesn't sound quite right
Thankfully I called AIR DONE RIGHT for a 2nd opinion & plan on being a permanent customer.
Feel comfortable that they are honest, trustworthy & follow through with their time schedules.

My recent tech: Matt, was fast- efficient; [didn't let anything slow him down] & Polite .

Our AC units were due to be replaced as they have had repairs here and there over 20 years. We called Air Done Right because they were referred to us by a relative. Orlando gave us a VERY reasonable price on a new furnace and 2 new AC units. He also threw in a free air duct cleaning. For the total price that Orlando gave me, other companies have quoted me the same but for only 1 AC Unit. Orlando also had very good customer service.

On the day of install, Angel and Jose came out and did a great job. They had to access the attic and had to remove some trimming, however a few days later they had a handyman come out and fix the trimming for us.

The air duct cleaning was awesome too. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the tech’s name but he did a great job by himself and the air feels so much better. He removed all the air vent covers and dusted and cleaned all of them. He even changed 2 of my air filters since I had replacements. He also adjusted the vent covers so they would blow air more efficiently in the correct direction. I have had the air ducts cleaned before by another company, however I do not remember them wiping down all the vent covers.

I would definitely recommend Air Done Right and I am so happy they were able to complete the job quickly!
