I was very disappointed this morning. Evolve sent their service person out quickly. He said the machine was not cooling but they couldn't work on it because another company had previously worked on it and put in a different coolant. That's a first for me. How can you not work on a machine that has been on by worked on by someone else?? And then they charged me a fee for telling me that. Its so very hot, have a little compassion. I never had a problem with them in the past.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and great to deal with. Mark is the best. Don’t waste your time calling other sources or contractors Evolve is a top professional who has done two complicated jobs over the last 6 months. I trust him and Evolve and am confident instead of hopeful when I call them.

Very knowledgeable, professional, knew what to recommend to enhance the performance of our home’s furnace. The owner was very kind and genuine, something you don’t see everyday these days. He and his technician were able to complete the job without fail in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this small business to my friends.

If you want a company that works FOR you with YOUR best interest in mind, call EVOLVE SERVICES. Mark has always been our best A/C repairman when I was in the restaurant business, and he and his constituents are just as great with residential as well.

They have always been on time and fairly priced, but even better is their quality of workmanship.

I would like to add that the office receptionists/workers are also very cordial and amiable. Means a lot in the business world because I've dealt with some very unpleasant receptionists over the years who stopped us from hiring a company.

Jill was especially endearing! She made my day better just having a laugh with me when we spoke.

We had a different company come out and tried to charge my elderly mother 14k for a whole new unit. I had Mike from Evolve come out and he fixed everything in 30 minutes for just a tune-up fee! Mike will from now on be my only A/C person! So professional, nice and HONEST! Thank you sooo much you guys are awesome!!!!

Our master bedroom air went out in the heat of the summer. Evolve's technician Diego cam out within 3 hours of our call. He was very friendly and fixed the problem within an hour.

Evolve came out to Pahrump and did a tune-up for me. Elvis was the fellow who came out, great guy and gave me a lot of very useful and clearly explained information that helped me understand how to proceed as far as future maintenance. HVAC technician was friendly and informative. Discussed with him my concerns over previous companies. He explained what he observed, service was thorough and left me feeling very good about choosing Evolve Air Conditioning to maintain my HVAC system.

This company came to my house with 2 "techs" that had no idea what they were talking about. I just replaced capacitor and they tried to sell me a knew one. I used my multi meter after they were done it was rated for 75+7.5 and it was at 74+7.5. More then sufficient,Dont waste your time. These guys didnt even have "epa" certifications! Couldnt even explain to me why I needed it or have basic knowledge or understanding of the refrigerant cycle. I dont do this for a living and knew more.

Stay far away.

I love this team. Working with them has historically been amazing. I would rate their work 5 stars HOWEVER... their recent switch to using an AI assistant for all communications has made it a nightmare to get a hold of them and be able to relay accurate information for what services are needed. If they ever ditch the AI system I'll rate them back to a 5 again, until then I'm done

These guys are absolutely the worst company in vegas. They are over priced considering the quality of work and the so called "tech's" they have no idea what they are doing! Will try to up-sale and try to make you purchase stuff you don't need.

Save yourself the trouble and go to professionals!
