Eric came to see the ac with a great attitude very charming person, easy to talk and explained in details how to fixed. I was ready to go but I was not comfortable with a down payment. It's a costly repair and we knew it. In the end after a debate with our selfs. We decided that this was the right place to go. I had Eric from Air Done Right air conditioning come to my house to service my air conditioner. Also, asked him to see if he could fix the condensation drain line that came loose from the winds. Eric is a dedicated and experienced technician. Eric explained in detail why not to fix the drain line. He did not want to put nails in my roof tiles and crack them. Good news, my air conditioner looks good. Eric is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Eric always provides exceptional customer service. Eric gives me maintenance tips for performance and longevity. Air Done Right cares about its customers proven by the quality of their work. This is contrast to the previous experience with another company.

I’ve used them in the past and they kept my old system up and running as long as possible. But it needed replaced they worked with me and got it replaced. Charly and Raul were amazing they know their stuff and how to work with mobile homes. For the first time in weeks everyone slept comfortably in a nice cool house. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent warranty service provided to fix a malfunctioning heating unit. Hensley, the service tech, identified failure within minutes of arrival. He expeditiously completed the repair, and together with his supervisor Nick’s assistance earned an outstanding rating for customer satisfaction.

I called Air Done Right in the evening on Saturday. Their technician Eric came to my home the next morning (Sunday) at 8:00am. Eric was polite and professional. He assessed the problem quickly and repaired my AC system on the spot. I was expecting a total system replacement, but the repair was under $500. I whole heartedly recommend Air Done Right, and I will use them for all of my AC needs in the future.

Nick and Hayden were awesome they came to my house after a different company attempted to scam me saying I needed two new air conditioning units. Nick and Hayden. Came in and diagnosed it was a clogged drain and fixed it quickly. The are trust worthy and I will be calling them back again. Thanks guys for saving me from that company.

Air Done Right was referred by my next door neighbor. She was very pleased with their work and customer service. Our a/c broke down during the red alert high temp. Our home warranty tech couldn't come out until the eigth day even though we had an emergency situation. After 2 days without air we called Air Done Right on Saturday. Eric came by on Sunday. The broken condenser could not be replaced because parts were no longer made. So we had the HVAC unit replaced. Eric said the new unit will be replaced the next day due to the emergency. Techs were great very professional, experienced and friendly. They came at 3 pm and finished at 9pm. They did a great job at clean up. We and our doggies were so happy to have air after 3 hot days. Customer service at the office was helpful, prompt and efficient. They responded to all questions and requests with no hesitation.

Matt was just here for my annual AC checkup and maintenance. I appreciate that he always does a great job. He is prompt, courteous, friendly, thorough, and explains everything to me.

Air Done Right - couldn’t say it any better!

Eric came out and gave us a second opinion, he replaced our leaky valve and helped refill our freeon. Not only that but he also cleaned thoroughly our HVAC. He was meticulous in his approach which was greatly appreciated. We’ve used about 5 providers through our Homeowner’s warranty and we reached out to Air Done Right on our own, I’m so happy we did! Eric blew the other providers out of the water and I’ll be calling Air Done Right for any future HVAC needs. If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to correctly diagnose your issue and properly take care of your system, give Air Done Right a call.

Matt came out today to clean our dryer vent and I’m honestly so grateful he did. He found a metal mesh installed on the roof vent that should never have been there and explained that it can trap lint and become a serious fire hazard. He removed it and made sure everything was properly cleaned and flowing the way it should.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. You can tell he actually cares about safety, not just getting in and out quickly.

If you’re even slightly unsure about your dryer vent, especially roof vents, I highly recommend Matt. This is the kind of service that can genuinely prevent a house fire.

I called Air Done Right for some issues I had with 2 of my AC units in the roof and a swamp cooler in my garage, just for being on the phone with owner Mark I realized right away that the great reviews this company shows everywhere is well deserved, Mark was very knowledgeable and concerned about the issues I had and asked me questions the other companies I called previously didn't ask and he sent 2 technicians right way to do a diagnostic of all systems and by the end of that day all issues were solved and so far they seem to be running way better than before they broke, that's the reason I took a little time off my busy schedule to write this review; I highly recommend this AC company if you want somebody to come over your residence with high values like honesty, trustworthy and hardworking mentality as a badge of honor; keep it up Air Done Right!!!!!

Matt is great. Friendly & professional. He does great work! He makes you feel very at ease. You would make a mistake if you did not hire Air Done Right. Best in town. We have seven 7 systems.

We called for a second opinion on our AC and they sent out a tech named Jonathan. He was courteous, keep me well informed and worked efficiently. They gave me a time frame of 11am -1pm, they texted me at 10:55am that they were on their way, AMAZING! Then I received a call from Jill in the office to make sure I received the text. Awesome customer service!

The guys that came out from Evolve to perform my duct cleaning were extremely professional and thorough. Anthony was very respectful of my home and took care to ensure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They used plastic to cover all of my surfaces in my kitchen as well as my furniture while they were performing the duct cleaning. The results are outstanding! We bought our home 3 years ago and have never had the ducts cleaned. Goodness knows when they were cleaned before that, or if they were clean before that. There's a definite difference in the air quality. Thank you so much to Mark and his team at Evolve.
