I just wanted to give Elite Air Conditioning And Heating LLC the amazing review they deserve. They are honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you ever have any a/c or heating issues, call them first!!! Not only did Clark show up when they said he would, he was pleasant and explained everything to us. (Which I truly appreciate) He got our a/c back to running in no time. I can not thank you guys enough!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

I needed a couple small plumbing jobs taken care of. I found an ad for Elite in a local magazine. I called and a real person answered the phone. I explained what I wanted done. The person I spoke with said he would have a plumber come to my house to provide an estimate for the job. Leo arrive in a timely fashion and gave me an estimate. The estimate was acceptable and Leo completed the jobs. Besides being very personable, Leo did a professional and efficient job. I recommend Elite for any plumbing project.

Shann was really good, didn’t want to hear about my problems. I really want to see what I’m getting for my payment today, so I can file it. Couldn’t fix my problem- think it’s the value for irrigation. Thanks Chris

‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨DO NOT SCHEDULE READ THIS FIRST‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️ITS BEEN 23 DAYS AND NOTHING FROM ELITE. MAYBE MY COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL PROMT A RESPONSE. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE. 22 days now and no repair to our door and still no smoke detector to replace the one they broke. People you need to think hard before you let them into your home. They took a lot of money from me and won’t own up to their damages. SHAME ON ELITE. OK, 20 days and still no replacement smoke detector and no working screen door. If they come in your home and damage anything don’t hold your breath waiting for a repair. They charged me 8k+ and won’t make good on things they came into my home and damaged. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED VETERAN ON A LIMITED INCOME………ANOTHER DAY GOES BY! ANOTHER DAY GOES BY! ANOTHER DAY GOES BY! ELITE DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND THEY ARE NOT MAKING GOOD ON REPAIRS. GREAT WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED GULF WAR VETERAN OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER. THANKS ELITE! We’ve been doing business with Elite for about 8 years with no problems. We had our attic heating and air conditioning ductwork replaced and one of their installers ran into our sliding screen door damaging it beyond repair and another worker dropped and broke our smoke detector.
The two problems I have with this are they ordered us a new smoke detector rather than just buying us a replacement the same day from any local retailer. So 8 days on and still no smoke detector.
They bought us a new screen door but they don’t know how to install it so again, 8 days later and we have a lovely door that will not slide back and forth so we can’t use it.
Really, 8 days and counting. I just don’t get it….

UPDATE
Ok, it’s been two weeks now and on Friday (Nov 7th) two men showed up (not professional door installers) and “rigged” the door to slide back and forth. However it’s not the right door and creepy crawlies can get past it so we still can’t use the door. Still no word from Elite as to what’s going on with the door or when it might get fixed.
Also our safety is not a concern because it’s been two weeks since they broke our smoke detector and no word what they are doing about that. I’m a disabled gulf war veteran and the extra time I would get from that detector might make the difference about me getting out of the house.
Well, there you go, just my two cents and another $8K for ductwork.
You DON’T always get what you pay for.

Just wanted to thank Alan and everyone at Elite for my new split system AC unit. It quit on a Monday morning and after talking to Alan his installers were back at 9:00 am Tuesday. What a GREAT bunch of guys, can't express how PERFECT the whole experience went and it works GREAT!! I would highly recommend Elite to anyone needing any of the services they provide! THANKS AGAIN!

Richard Mollinedo was amazing! He arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue with our AC right away. Within just 15 minutes, the cold air was back and our system was up and running perfectly. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding — he went above and beyond, even sharing helpful tips on how to maintain our AC unit.

We have used Elite for several years for our summer and winter tuneups but no longer have any faith in this company.

Approximately May 2024, during our spring tune up, we were told that one of our air conditioning units was not performing well and it was likely to stop working completely. If we replaced the AC unit only, it would not give us the full warranty, but, if we chose to replace the furnace at the same time it would give us the full warranty. We were offered interest free terms, so we went ahead with the replacement.

At the Fall 2025 tune up we were told that our duct work needed a lot of work and in addition our 2nd system now should be replaced. This time we became suspicious as it sounded very much like the previous report. We did what we should have the last time and got a second opinion from two different companies.

Both companies gave us the same report. The unit was working as it should and “DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED”. Both said the duct work need minor attention and we used one of the companies to do this. We won’t use Elite again . Many other better choices are available

Elite Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning came to my home in Henderson to inspect my heating and AC system. We discussed the situation and I came to the decision that being my system was 29 years old it was time for a new heating and air system. The problem, I was going out of town the next day for two months. This was 10am. By 2:00pm a crew was there and installed a new system that afternoon. The new system gave me the capability to control my heating and AC from my phone. Great feature to have when you travel as much as I do. It also gives Elite the ability to monitor my system to detect issues that need to be addressed by a professional. Good job Elite!

The plumber, Jesus, was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine the exact problem quickly. He was friendly and made appropriate recommendations. I will continue to use Elite for any future repairs! 😊

I would have given Elite HVAC a 5-STAR rating based on my initial interface with their Sr. Service Technician--Vince D. The Elite installers (team of 3) on the other hand were somewhat careless in dragging the new and old air ducts in and out of my house to/from the attic. Rather than protecting the corners of my white walls, they ignored using corner cones on the floor and clear sheet plastic taped on the upper wall corners. Hence, I had to pay to have these corners scrubbed clean the day after they left.

Last night the motor on my 10 year old unit went out. I called Elite to come and repair it. The young lady who answered the phone was so polite and was able to assign my problem to a tech right away. Within 45 minutes, Jairo G. Pulled up and had the part and everything he needed. It took about an hour to fix but what a difference that new motor made and what a great guy Jairo is! Great personality and didn't mess around getting it done.

I’ve been using Elite for years for my HVAC system, and this is the first time I’ve used them for plumbing. Shann was awesome! He replaced 4 toilets, made sure valves and all the parts were working (replaced a few that were failing), and found an unexpected leak under my kitchen sink while replacing the faucet and fixed it. Shann and Elite will definitely be my first call for my future plumbing needs.

Quick and professional service at a fair price! When our water heater started leaking the day before Thanksgiving we were in a panic. Elite Plumbing got someone out to us the same day. Shannon was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved our plumbing issues at a fair price. Our service guy was Vince and he was awesome. He was here on time and explained everything thoroughly step by step. He was very methodical and cleaned up his work area after he finished. Vince provided us with a detailed report that included before and after pictures of our serviced a/c unit. Vince’s customer service, expertise and rapport went above and beyond.

Very happy I went wth Elite. In spite of the sad news that I had to replace my system (it was the original system that was installed when the house was built in 1998), I was extremely pleased with their service! Vince my technician was great... took time to explain the issues, showed me photos of the problem areas, and explained options. The price was fair, and I had a new system installed the very next day. The installers took great care in protecting my floors and area that might be exposed to the dirt and dust during installation. And they were timely, communicative, and on time for both the initial visit and the install. I have no hesitation recommending Elite!

Leo came to our home today to fix an outdoor hose bib. Three hours after I called, Leo arrived. Great personality, gave us some great tips, and offered a quotation to fix another problem for another day. Very professional. 2nd time we've used them and we're more than happy with the work.

I purchased 2 three ton Trane units and 2 Trane furnaces about 3 years ago. Each unit has ran impeccably and I am very pleased with my purchase. I also have a maintenance agreement with Elete to check each unit per Winter and Summer to make sure they run efficiently. My service man arrived on time and was polite and helpful. I told him about any issues and he promptly began to check out my system. He was pretty quick and resolved the issue I was concerned about. It was a great service business and Elite will be back in the spring for my AC service!

Shannon was one of the best Providers that I ever hired. He was thorough, and very knowledgeable as he worked with expertise and quickly resolved my water issue. I will refer him to my family and friends.

Had my yearly maintenance on both air conditioner units, Chrissy was great! Friendly, professional and did a great job. I recommend Elite’s service very highly.

An Army showed up. The took out the old system, disposed of it, and installed the new system in 8 hours.

Simply amazing.

The team was polite, professional, and they worked clean. Oh yeah: and now I have a chance to battle our first Las Vegas summer with brand new tools. More energy efficient than the old kit as well.

Service is best in class, communication is great, and the price is right.
