Terrence came out and performed a thorough check of our AC units. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable of our old and newer units. He made no pressure recommendations of ways to increase the efficiency and longevity of our units. He was patient and kind with my dogs. Overall, 5 stars!

Isaac Gonzales was quick, very professional and very knowledgeable about all our plumbing and the job we needed.

I’m a young homeowner here in Las Vegas and I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I had today. I woke up with no cold air andI pick up the phone and call Legacy. Technician came out. He looked at the issue and Addressed the following, he said there was an oil leak and the system may have blown, and I believe them then he went with the option of instead of fixing it or repairing it that it would be worth it or worthwhile to go ahead and replace the whole system’s unit And I gave him the benefit of the doubt I thought about it really deeply at that moment and was considering the proposal because I am that type of person that doesn’t like to struggle with something that keeps going bad every few months. he gave me a quote. It was about 14,090 and I considered it and I sat here in my house thinking I was gonna go with getting a new system so I call another HVAC technician just in case because I also wanted to get an opinion of somebody else literally took him 10 minutes to fix the issue something Mr. Dave didn’t wanna do and it disgusts That there is a company out here instead of finding the solution or doing the work and being honest. Such a disgusting feeling that there are people out here willing to put you in debt over something so easy and simple. I really hope nobody uses this Disgusting company. The second tech Only charge me $120 From 14,000 legacy wanted to charge me.

Steve Fendrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He has cleaned our home filters 2x while no other guys have. Every 6 mos I get a maintenance from Legacy but the guys they send are more sales guys, but when they send out Steve F., I know the maintenance would be done with precision and cleanliness. Highly recommend only this tech.

MJ was excellent. Very professional, polite, and personable. He performed a safety inspection and he provided quotes for the specific issues that I need fixed. All was completed in a very timely manner.

Outstanding experience. Got an EV charger for a fraction of the price compared to the other quotes I received Armando was the technician, and I couldn’t thank him enough for how fast and efficient he got the work done. He also was patient enough to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again, in fact, I signed up for the membership.

Jose was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We had some concerns about our plumbing and he was able to put our minds at ease. Highly recommend this company, everyone I communicated with was nice and professional.

I contacted Legacy around 7pm on a Thursday evening for a tripped breaker, and they were out to my home within 45 minutes. Darmon was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help resolve some faulty wiring in my home done by the builder. Great service - I highly recommend using Legacy!

Ivan was the best. He went over everything with me and made me feel at ease about my air conditioner. With the hot months upon us I don’t want anything to go wrong. He is very knowledgeable at what he does. He has a great attitude and was easy to talk to. He showed up on time and I wasn’t stuck at home all day waiting. I highly recommend Legacy Air.

My service technician was Rick Wilmert. Rick was fantastic. He thoroughly inspected my AC unit and pointed out the problems I had with my unit. He was very clear and explained things in a way that I could comprehend them. He did outstanding work; it was very professional, compassionate and he was extremely courteous to my family. Not only was Rick's work superior, but you could tell he really cared about his customers.Best of all at hey, make sure my AC was working before you left what’s Bette than that?. So if you are in need of AC repair, Rick is definitely the person to ask for.

Great experience! We were able to get a next day appointment. Aaren was able to come earlier than scheduled (with a 30 min heads up), gave a fair quote (EV car outlet), and installed same day.

Timothy did a thorough job with the AC inspection. He also took time to let me know what he was doing as he went through the process, as well as, sent an email with pictures of the job performed. He explained and reminded me to sign up for either the annual or monthly warranty program Legacy offers. Thank you very much for a job well done!
