Look, I've dealt with my share of HVAC folks over the years, but Lance at Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating is honestly on another level.

Our AC was acting weird this month and not cooling like it should. We were stressing about how much a new system would cost (because isn't that always how these things go?). Lance came out the next day after I called and took his time checking everything.

After a thorough inspection, he said we only needed more refrigerant. No big sales pitch about replacing the whole system or adding expensive parts. He could have easily scared us into spending thousands, but he didn't.

He explained everything, topped off the refrigerant, and had our place cooling perfectly in no time. The bill was actually reasonable - I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn't one.

If you need AC work and are tired of feeling ripped off, Lance is your guy. Super knowledgeable without being condescending, shows up when he says he will, and just seems like a good human being who takes pride in honest work. That's pretty rare these days.

We will definitely be calling him again when winter rolls around to check our heating system!

No pun intended, but Lance was an Absolute life saver for me. High end luxury property, AC stopped working in a bedroom zone, and the originally company that installed and maintained the unit (Sierra Air) tried to tell me the furnace was broken and leaking and needed full replacement (5 years old) and that also caused a large condenser outside to go bad. They were quoting $10000
-18000 to replace everything. I was appalled.
I got a strong referral to Lance, who came out within 24 hours, and was able to repair everything and get the system back to normal for a fraction of the price. I was blown away by his honesty and the theft attempt by Sierra Air. Never again will I trust them.

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible the service was from Lance. Our AC died died just before the summer and man did we get the run around for the warranty work. Lance did everything he could before I getting me involved. Unfortunately the warranty never got honored but Lance still got us to the finish line with a new AC unit at an incredible price with a new warranty to help me sleep.

Lance went above and beyond time after time. I won’t be going with anyone else after what I just experienced during this replacement process.

My AC went out 7 years ago and they gave me the best price in town for a brand new unit. Then... Today my AC was not working well and I figured it was time for a service after 7 years... I messed up and honestly forgot and my AC would not get lower than 83 in the house when it was 107 outside. You should get it done every year... My bad... Well, I called Fransico and he was out here before the end of the day and my AC is working again! This team is awesome and I would always recommend them.

Our A/C want out on Fri and the A/C company we normally use we’re too busy to get to us for a few days. USA Air saved us! They came out same day that we called and we’re able to replace the furnace/coil that had gone bad so that we had working A/C again that evening. They were very responsive and professional. Reached out to Francisco because I had a leak from underneath my front door, the technician was sent out that same day. Once they determined the issue and discussed the price they were able to start my repairs the very next day.

When I originally called our connection wasn't good to the point I had to hang up. He called me back 2x the first time I wasn't available the second time he just happened to be in our area. He arrived within one hour diagnosed, and repaired the A/C. I like that he gave a free diagnostic and their customer service. Thank you for excellent customer service. It is rare these days! I highly recommend this company from my personal experience.

Our Family are so happy and very much impressed with both the company USA Air Conditioning and Mr. Carlos Franco for the integrity, SUPERIOR service and professionalism they displayed and in getting the job done fast and clean. They removed our old furnace, ducts and AC and replaced the whole system. By far they have the best price and top of the line products (TRANE) here in Vegas Valley. I have used the company a few times for my properties in Vegas. Francisco is always pleasant and friendly, and does a great job. Whenever I have called them for service they have always responded within 24 hours or less, even during extremely hot Vegas days. Highly recommended. 5 stars to Francisco and USA AC & Heating!

Showed up on a Friday for a request to fix the A/C. The repairman did not show up in the 4 hour window they provided and was late. When he showed up, he told us what was wrong with the A/C without even looking at it. He turned the a/c on then left and stated he needed to replace the entire unit and would submit a claim. So it’s 107 degrees outside we have one a/c that is not working. The repair guy did not give us any information was extremely rude and not professional. On Monday I called and the office had no idea my house was even serviced, kept stating they had to contact the repair guy. No claim was ever submitted and the office knew nothing about the request for repair from my home warranty. Two months ago this is the same company who I personally called to service my a/c for the season and they didn’t show up not once but twice, now they can’t find my invoice nor have they contact my home warranty about the cost of supposed repairs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, unorganized, and have no clue about how to do business. Trust me there are many a/c companies that can assist with an A/C, please save yourself the aggregation of this unprofessional company

Francisco Sr and his guys are incredible! He always responded to me via text or phone immediately. His guys were able to go out the very next day after I closed on my house to replace the coil for my a/c. They bought the parts immediately and showed up on time the next day, did the replacement, and texted me pictures since I wasn't in the area. They also did a very small repair for free as well. I couldn't recommend them more. If you are thinking of hiring them you should definitely contact them now! I will be reaching out to them for any future HVAC needs I have.

This company is awesome! Mike an his crew were scheduled to be here at 8am an showed up early to start preping. After a few hours they had it all done an working beautifully. I went an checked out the new ac on the roof an it was perfect. They also took the time to walk me through the new thermastat. Great job guys an thank you so much!
