I am so thankful to finally have found a company that does not play games. They are in it for the long run. I’m saving on my energy bill with my new compressor and system. To be honest I did not believe them at first but since 2017 when I installed it I have saved on an average of 25%. Recently, I noticed it was hot in the house so I called And asked for Francisco. All I had to do was change my filters. He gave me some advice and did not even charge me for this simple fix to my issue. Companies like this are what America was built on. Highly recommend.

I rarely take the time to fill out reviews because you expect most companies to already be the best at their game. I have to say USA is hands down the very best! One day my ac went out and My neighbor told me who she uses, within a very short time the AC tech identified and solved the issue for one of my 6ac units for a very affordable price.

Few months later, a different unit went out, AGAIN USA magically appeared quickly and solved the issue. Again yesterday a new problem appeared in a different unit and I just have to tell EVERYONE I know how awesome they are at arriving soon, giving honest opinion and SUPER affordable rates. THANK YOU!!!

Francisco is an honest man, responds really quick and is very helpful. I had to install a new unit at my mother's house. USA Air did an amazing job installing new units and updating older systems when we did an extensive remodel on our house last year. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. Had ac/heating unit installed by Miguel, Yosie, and Andrew. They did an outstanding job on everything from taking out old unit to installing new one. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They also cleaned up after job was done. Ac/heating unit very affordable. Also, Francisco Jr. inspected unit, too. I also signed up for their air ducts/vents cleaning service. Not only do they brush and vacuum your vents but they also disinfect, sanitize, deodorize and soot seal your air duct system and clean the vent grills. Awesome job very good value. Big shout out to Mr. Carlos and Mr. Mike. You got an excellent awesome team!

As soon as I arrived home late from work, I quickly realized the A/C was not working. I had called USA Air Conditioning (who installed my HVAC unit) and they were able to send a tech out right away. Junior arrived and was able to repair it in a timely manner. He was also extremely courteous, professional, and responsive. I woke up to a house at 84 degrees. Francisco Garcia showed pretty quick when i called. I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to use my warranty for my AC but once he showed up he explained everything how everything worked with the warrenty and then he fixed my AC in under 30 minutes. Amazing and understanding company. The air conditioning completely stop blowing air. Called another company, they said we needed a new ac unit and was pretty pricey. Luis was amazing!! He was very understanding and patient regarding our situation. He was very professional and went above and beyond to get our hot water heater installed. Armando was very professional and installation was very quick. I would definitely refer this company and hope to use their services again.

I am extremely unsatisfied with this company, my a/c unit is not working after just one year of new compressor & technician came out to check today and told us himself the company didn’t put the right compressor and suddenly left! Didn’t tell us what to do next, what they can do just left. Spoke to owner himself and he was no help now wanting to charge us 10500 to fix our unit. House is currently 96 degrees & we have 5 kids & they did nothing to try and help us. Do not recommend!!!!

We normally never write reviews, but this company deserves our time so that many more of you needing emergency AC service could find someone reliable and trustworthy.

Our first experience working with the company was in August 2019 through a home warranty service call for a rental property. The company's responsiveness and ability to send a tech out on the same day was such a strong contrast to most similar companies out there. The AC unit issue was fixed quickly, and I saved the company's info into my cell phone.

Fast forward to two days ago, when we started having intermittent cooling failure on a hot Vegas summer night. I immediately texted Francisco, and he was so responsive and helpful, before coming out to the house just about 2 hours later.

The AC was working properly when he tested it, so he did some routine check-up and maintenance for us. Unfortunately, that night, we experienced the same issue.

He came out right away the next morning, and identified that it was a failing capacitor that needed to be replaced. Besides replacing the part, he took the time to write a little note on the unit for the repair work done, and spray and clean the coils! Without us asking, he credited the first day's service call charge to the second day's work. This is what amazing and professional service is! We told him that we'd always call him whenever we had to, and would refer him to anyone who would need AC or HVAC services.

I wish all repair companies would be as professional, punctual, helpful, and kind as this company! It might not be able to make a large near-term profit, but it will definitely do really well in the long run for repeat customers! Trust isn't something easy to build, but this company and its owners are doing it well!

I highly recommend this company! They are the most honest Air conditioning and plumbing company I have ever worked with. They really go the extra mile for their customers and do whatever they can to help. They also respond quickly, and they have very good knowledge and expertise. Their prices are very fair. The tech Noe came to fix my AC on an emergency call tonight and went above and beyond to get it done tonight instead of pushing it to the morning. Thank you!!!

I called them yesterday around 7pm for a non working AC unit, they were the only people who offered a same day service out of 5 others I contacted. Julian was my tech he was quick and friendly, a very nice guy. Although I paid them directly, they were the only who agreed on working with my home warranty to get approval before starting the job. Again Julian did the phone call and got it done with my home warranty, by 9pm my unit was back working.

The service provided has been excellent! I had an A/C emergency and the response time exceeded expectations. Julian diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was honest and very knowledgeable. I had an overall great experience and will use them in the future.

First off these guys deserve more than 5 stars. They quoted me a 3 1/2 ton ac Goodman unit install best price in town they’ll beat anyone. They showed up before there time and did an awesome outstanding work on installation and also went over on how the system works and my warranty information. They also kept me in the loop while I was at work on the progress and installation and these guys don’t mess around they had everything setup crane and all in the morning ready to work and they also came back to my place after work to make sure everything was working great. I will always be using there service for all my ac/heating needs. Number 1 best company in town

I was recommended USA Air by a friend, I wish I had known about them sooner. Our heater went out in the morning and they were able to send someone over that day to look at it. Julian was very professional and honest, two traits I greatly appreciate. He replaced a part on our heater, the whole interaction took less than an hour. Very very pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.
