Great experience from start to finish. These guys are great! Priced right, great financing, quality units. FAST....we were without A/C for ONE day. They had everything in stock.The units, the stands, the ducting.

I think Elite is the best! My Mom used Elite and I never had to worry about anything,. My Mom was 92 and the company treated her like a family member. She told all her friends about them and now I do too!

We had a whole new HVAC installed.

This company, Elite, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning....came out short notice. Richard was very professional and handled everything that I needed. My AC went out, they were just very helpful, professional, and sympathetic to my situation, and I really appreciate it. I had to have my AC and heating unit completely replaced.

I had a great experience. He came out, took the time to properly check everything, and gave me a straight, honest answer about what was going on. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell me on parts or services I didn’t need. No pressure, just clear, straightforward advice.

It’s hard to find honest service these days, and this was exactly that. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and budget. I would absolutely call him again and recommend him to anyone needing AC work.

First of all Leo is the best honest and professional. I needed my pipes to be replaced I was concerned due to just purchasing the home and they fixed and repaired made my house look like it was never touched. Just beyond pleased with the service.

I have been using this company for years and have always been happy with the job and cost.
The issue I had this time is that they now charge a 3% fee for using your debit card. Luckily, I asked if they have a military discount. The technician said "yes" and gave me a discount of 3%. He called it a wash.
I called Elite Plumbing out for a leaking faucet and to change out 4 faucets. They charged $1,000.00. I supplied the 4 faucets.

Called them this am, sent Mark out who was here before noon and quickly diagnosed problem, fixed and inc. a maintenance check up and new something or other (forgot name of it). Again, didn;t charge extra for that.
Previously, in April, another company added that on to the maintenance bill so I ended up paying $100 more to them..makes you wonder who's padding the bill but I'm more than happy with Mark and Air Done Right. Thanks guys!

1st off this house is 30 miles outside of town!!! Naturally there’s no good time to looses ac- in fact August is probably the worst time to looses it! Understand that for them to be willing to go there and go same day is just Amazing!!! Second the technician Mark was awesome communicative and thorough- got the system up and running and made my day!! I would use them again and again!!! I highly recommend!!! They followed up next day even—- hands down great customer care- I’d give 100 stars if I could!! Just an update—- it’s now Heat season again and Mark went to bat for my mom and made his way up to her house again!! He was so gracious!! I scheduled to also have the two units at my own house serviced and he sent his
Son Nick- total sweetheart!! I will continue to use them in our businesses and all of our families homes!! I support all family owned and operated businesses!! Thanks again!

Eric arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He did wear a mask and shoe covers in my house, which was great. I needed to call Air Done to figure out why my AC is not shutting off. I have American Home Shield but there contractor was booked and unavailable for immediate response. So my friend recommended Air done. Erick gave me options and was able to turn off the constantly running unit. I will see about my home warranty contractor and go from there. But definitely if the problem isn't resolved or covered by warranty, I will call Erick back to fix it. Air Done is reasonably priced and works immediately for a response to your problematic unit. Thanks for honesty and professional work.

Wonderful customer service!!! Not only are they quick, but they get the job done and done right.

My wife called after 5pm (they take calls 24 hrs a day) and booked an appointment for the next day.

Mark was on time and was able to fix the issue at a reasonable price.

This company is professional, knowledgeable and honest. He had all the tools to diagnose and had the parts in his truck to fix the issue immediately.

I totally believe in supporting local but not blindly. This local company is the real deal!!!!

Mark and this company are amazing ! They really stepped up and helped me. Mark went up on the roof and did everything he could to save my old unit, then had me scheduled for a new unit the next day. I am so appreciative to them. Thank you soooo much Air Done Right !!!

Update: Installers were here early with bright happy smiles on their faces. They got the install complete promptly and efficiently and didn't leave before assuring that both the heating and cooling systems were working, also showing me how to use the new thermostat.

Nick was exceptional! He was early, thorough and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, spoke with our home warranty company and did the repair quickly. After 2 1/2 days in the house at 86 degrees, the house cooled down slowly and steadily. Nothing is worse that no a/c during the heat wave we had/still are having here in Las Vegas. Air Done Right lived up to our expectations and actually surpassed them.

I appreciate the speedy work and reasonable prices from Air Done Right. James came to my condo early, told me he wanted come back first thing in the morning because he was concern of the wind and being on the roof. He not only did the diagnostic right away but he fix it the same day. I really appreciate the quick help and customer service from James. Would highly recommend!

So I just have to start off by saying I never really post reviews, I think I have done a total of 5 ever. I thought people needed to know what kind of company this is and how they gave us such a wonderful experience. Our air stopped working on Monday, but Tuesday we had called 4 different HVAC companies out here comparing prices and diagnosing what was wrong. 2 of the 4 companies charged us an estimate fee. Air done right was not one of those companies. They sent us Eric E. (who in my opinion was a God send) he came right over during the time they quoted us and was very kind and respectful. You could tell right off the bat he was an honest person and he was there to actually help us and not empty our pockets fixing stuff. From the 4 HVAC companies that came over we got quoted from $38,000-$14,000. Air done right was the most reasonable company by far. We ended up not needing to fully replace everything right now, and I owe that all to Eric E. who went above and beyond doing everything in his power to help us. He really saved us, big time! I can tell you right now Air done right now has a forever new customer, and I will forever keep recommending you to everyone I know. People deserve honesty and great customer service and that is exactly what we got. Thank you Air done right and especially thank you Eric E.

Our AC broke right as the summer was beginning and of course as any local Las vegan, we panicked and wanted someone to determine what was going and resolve the issue asap. My husband spoke to 3 different agencies and we found that air done right was honest, transparent, and very fair in their pricing. they responded, were able to diagnose, and repair same day. Everything was brand new from top to bottom that they replaced, the workers were respectful, and we are so thankful and will recommend to anyone we know who needs assistance.
