Evolve Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand and walked me through my options without any pressure.

Rocco acted like a true professional. He was very considerate of the resident cats, and took pains to ensure the area around the unit was thoroughly cleaned up once he was done. I also give Rocco the highest ranking for his respectful attitude and courteous manner. Frankly, I would not allow any other company other than Zen Aire to take care of my HVAC equipment.

Second time needing them. Same great job as the prior incident. This time it was Jacob and his partner. They were on time, fast, and extremely professional. Found the problem fast and were gone within 30 minutes. Very same situation as I said last time except the had to replace a few wires. (this next part is from my last experience)…a/c unit went out during the weekend. I contacted my home warranty, and they contacted Zen Aire. Zen Aire followed up with me immediately to ask what was wrong, and then provided me with a service time and date. They followed up the phone call with a text message, and then called the following day to confirm the date again. Originally, they were going to come on Tuesday, but were able to come 1 day earlier. Eric and David arrived on time, immediately found the issue, fixed it, and also helped fix a small rattle I was having with my second a/c unit. Very professional, fast service and nice guys. And for those who are interested, yes, they showed up wearing masks. I would happily use them again!

Zen Aire is the best AC company in Las Vegas. When my AC went out my Warrantee company assigned Zen Aire to my work order. Soon I received a call from Christine at Zen Aire. She was AMAZING. She was so kind and compassionate. She went out of her way to help me and my mom get the air we so desperately needed. She made an appointment for the tech, Jassen, to visit our home. He was also FANTASTIC. He arrived on time with a huge smile and a determination to help us. He quickly assessed the situation and had it fixed in no time. His friendly and professional personality made a bad situation much more tolerable. I truly feel that together Christine and Jessen saved my mom's life. Had they not responded so quickly and had they not done such a wonderful job, my mom (due to her health issues) would have been transported to the hospital. After 24 years of using the same Warrantee company, this is the very first time I have felt the fees I pay them are worth it. If they continue to refer outstanding companies like Zen Aire I will continue to be a very loyal customer.

On time, reliable, quality work, have kept AC and heating performing perfectly over the years!!

In a week with temperatures at 110 Zen Aire and Andy came to the rescue in a speedy manner when our a/c was broke. Andy explained and showed us the issue and how he fixed it. He had the A/C up and running in 15 minutes. All who we encountered at Zen Aire have been so nice,quick and helpful. Thank you Zen Aire for coming to our rescue. I highly recommend them.

WOW!!!! I had Jacob out to my house yesterday and today, and I can't sing his praises enough! From the second he called me with his ETA, he was super kind and accommodating of my schedule, then when he arrived at my house was super respectful. He was also unbothered by and kind to my toddler daughter, who followed him around to see what he was up to. As someone who has worked in the HVAC industry for 10 years and has seen it all, I would hire Jacob in a split second and happily recommend Zen Aire. Thank you for the exceptional service and timely repair.

Amazing service! Didn’t just fill the refrigerant and call it a day like I’ve had done in the past. Found a part that needed replacing so I should be good for the rest of the summer now! If anything changes, I’ll be back to update, but at least for now everything is great and I only say that because of past experiences with other companies. Based on previous experiences, Jason and Zen Aire are out performing other cooling and heating companies!! Thanks for making sure we’re good to go BEFORE LEAVING!!

Friendly office staff, but the technician very unprofessional I dont believe they are in the service industry more in the car selling business. He rather push us to buy a new AC instead of fixing the problem. 1st technician sat on roof on his phone, 2nd technician didn't even go on the roof to check anything just to tell us instead of fixing we need a new AC, 3rd technician didn't even know he was coming

We got a phone call fo arrange the appointment in less than an hour after placing a claim with our warranty company and it was after business hours. Appointment was set for the next day. Trevor fixed my ac in less than 30 minutes and gave valuable recommendations for our units. Very pleased with this company and our technician Trevor!!

We haven’t been in Las Vegas long but have used 3 different HVAC companies in the three and a half yrs we have been here. Some were okay but Zen Aire stood out against the others. I was quite impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the two employees who came out. I wished I had found them earlier and would recommend them if you are looking for a company who will actually inspect your systems not just walk through the motions.

My air conditioning quit cooling during the night. Called as a new customer a little after 7 AM. When it was already 87 degrees inside our home and expected to be about 110 outside. Trevor was dispatched between 9 AM and 11 AM. Trevor called prior to coming. Upon his arrival he was very professional, polite and educational. Problem was identified estimate given and after locating part was completely fixed and operational by 1 PM. Zen-Aire has a customer for life! Great company and employees and did not take advantage of situation or pressure into a service agreement. Very reasonable compared to other companies I have dealt with within the last 8 years after relocating from Colorado.

Not only do they move at the speed of slow, it is almost like they are moving in reverse. Then because they don't make much off the home warranty, they gouge the homeowner for additional charges. They are adding another $800 on top of the bill. Good luck getting them on the phone or getting a return call.

Don’t use this company, have same problem with Ac pass 3 times and still don’t fix it . Never come as appointment time , always late more than 4 hours or just don’t show up. We wait for all day with not showing up and don’t even answer phones. Keep away from this company!!!

Andy was fantastic. Highly knowledgeable, very friendly and fast. He knew the problem immediately and I was up and running within an hour. I would definitely use them again and I would request Andy.

Zen Aire is a phenomenal company and ensured that my air conditioning unit was replaced and installed with a top of the line ac/heating unit in a timely manner. Trevor is absolutely amazing and did a great job with the installation. He is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job communicating as well as making sure everything is efficiently working. 10/10 would recommend to friends/family.

Been to my house 6 times over the course of 3 weeks to fix my heater. Different story every time they're here. Fix one part, now another needs to be fixed. Different tech comes says it needs to be replaced. Different tech comes and repairs a part. And then says wait there's another part to fix now. Just nothing but red flags and confusion from these people. Stay away. Would give 0 stars if I could, don't believe fake ratings and reviews.

I wish I could rate this company and tech higher than 5 stars. Amazing service, thourogh, compassionate. They were sent by our home warranty company but these are people I would reach out to on my own. Ac had been out 3 days. They squeezed us in on a Saturday out of the pure kindness of the lady on the booking end. I think she sensed my stress after having so many things go wrong this month, the ac was the cherry on top. I cannot thank them enough for getting the job done. Not to mention our tech was so polite and knowledgeable. It was end of day and I know he was tired but he still made it happen.

I've been waiting for a call all day, from Zen especially Christina, who I spoke to this morning and said she would be calling me back, never happened. They tried calling my husband, He was on his way to Vegas. Dropped call, through the mountains.
I was at home, but at my neighbors, nobody called me to tell me they were sending a service guy out. So, now I have to wait till Thursday, not too cool Christina ! You didn't talk to anybody and you went ahead and sent a service guy out here! Wasting time !
When they were putting the condenser last time, the wind was blowing and the guy burnt wiring inside the unit. Do better !
