What an amazing air conditioner maintenance experience. The technician Mr. Jassen Montoya did such an amazing job. It was like sitting in a master class. He took time to share valuable information about my A/C unit. Jassen was quick, professional and knowledgeable. He truly represents Zen Aire's quality.

zen air is an amazing company. They have put in my complete air and heating system, but I had an issue as a senior with my dishwasher. I called up Zen. They had a technician come and fix my problem at a reasonable charge. I go to Zen for all my needs. I appreciate them and they’re honesty.

Honest techs. Owner was super knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't try to upsale me and gave me the facts. My unit has been working great ever since. These are the only people I recommend in the Vegas valley.

Needed a thermostat fixed. The repairs were quick and price was reasonable. A great experience from start to finish. I was also impressed with the staff's knowledge and customer service. An excellent experience all around! I would highly recommend their service.

In my experience bad communication with all the process with the insurance. They supposed to call me back to confirm date and time and when the unit will arrive, they never did until I called them they acted. The installation part and workability of the unit is good, the new unit runs. The price for 10" of copper $800? Then 500 for electrical work? Was just connecting the new unit. Line flashing for $500? Crazy charges.
During the installation the pavers around left with stains from the freeon.

ZenAire made me feel comfortable in my own home and took care of our issues, I was walked through the necessary steps and they showed me what preventative measures I can take for the future. Excellent installation by Carlos and Wilfredo. I highly recommend their work—they were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. Before leaving, Wilfredo took the time to walk me through everything that was completed and made sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely be calling this company again for any future needs.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They destroyed my whole unit to the point that another home warranty company wouldn’t even touch it and I had to pay for a whole new system, out of pocket. This is how they left my unit, on the roof- For a year, surely because they knew I wouldn’t see it. Dented, electrical completely exposed, etc. They also knocked my power out and blew the GFI in my house when they were doing the repairs. I paid $1400 to them in addition to whatever the home warranty covered.
