Very thankful for Caribbean Heating and Cooling. My HVAC system has been out for the last 6 months so I looked them up and saw that they had all five star reviews so I contacted them and Romer got back to me right away scheduling an appointment for the very next day and then installment the very next day. I couldn't be any happier with the the process and the efficiency of all the hard work that all the guys put into getting the job done. Thank you so much again

Highly recommend this company. My air-conditioning stopped working and it was under warranty, but the company that installed it could not make it out, Caribean came out the same day, had it going, was able to order the parts under the warranty and install what was needed. They also found me a replacement swamp cooler for the garage, separate issue. That was beautifuly installed yesterday. They took the time to find one that would perfectly fit in the space the old one one. Good guys!

When my AC broke down in the middle of the summer heat, Romer was truly a lifesaver. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond what I ever expected. His empathy for the situation I was in was genuine, and you can tell right away that he truly cares about helping people-not just doing a job.

Caribbean Heating and Cooling did a great job upgrading both of my HVAC systems. They installed a high-efficiency filter (MERV 14, I believe) along with UV lights on each system, and everything was explained clearly and completed neatly. The work was professional, the install looks clean, and they left the area tidy afterward. I also appreciated that they made sure both systems were running properly before they wrapped up. Highly recommend if you want better air quality and a straightforward, reliable install. Great people, on time, reliable, and very easy to work with, would highly recommend.

We were especially nervous because this type of project costs thousands of dollars and is a big long-term investment for our home. Caribbean Heating & Cooling came to the rescue. Their quote was straightforward, transparent, and approximately one-third of what the Costco-affiliated company quoted, and that’s with a name-brand Carrier system plus the city permit and inspection included. The value is incredible. They installed our new system about a month ago, and we couldn’t be happier! If you are searching for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional team, Caribbean is an excellent choice—truly the best of both worlds in quality and value. Due to heavy rain and wind, the pvc drainage pipe from the HVAC unit to the side of the house on the roof broke in two. They had an employee to my home rhe next day and it was fixed. Great/speedy customer service.

Had a energy efficient Amana AC unit installed....With a heat pump Furnace...In July of 2024 As of Feb 1st 2025.. Sky air still has not produced proper permits from Clark County saying work is approved...
