my ac completely stopped working when it was 110 degrees out side. Chris came out with in 2 hours of calling pacific west and had my ac cooling the house with in 45 min. of arrival. thank you for the quick response and repair definitely my go to guy for any future ac needs

The technician was super polite and professional. We had two other technicians from two different companies come to our home before him and they couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Our heat pump is fixed and running so well now. We would definitely recommend Pacific West to anyone!

Must say one of the best AC company I had ran into they inspect your entire system, and let you know what you need. My ac broke down and had another company come and check it out and said it was one problem. But than Pacific West company came in and checked my whole system and notice that my furnace was the cause for taking out my AC. If you want someone honest and reliable and will tell the whole problem, that you might have with your unit I definitely recommend.

Called Chris up about the old system that had been a problem and losing freon. Chris came out and got it working. He warned me this would not last long and suggested maybe a new AC.

I had to call Chris again to come out and relooked at the system again.
He got it running again and lasted another two weeks.

Called him again he was right there and I said we are replacing the whole unit.

Date was set and Chris and his team was here at the time and installed the new system. The new system is running a prefect. I am staying cool and very happy with Chis and the install team. Chtiss ensure the old unit was removed from the property.

Through all of this I was so impressed at the Professional of Chris. Was not pressure to have the new system. He was willing to do what ever to support me.

I will use Chris again and would recommend him and his company.

Called PW after my AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Chris came out that night after what I'm sure was a busy day with how hot it has been. Was able to locate the issue causing my 20 year old AC to not have power and had the issue resolved within an hour or so. His work is very clean! He improved the original air handler cooling line run. So much better. He recognized the original installation of the air handling ducting was less than optimal. Chris was absolutely outstanding! If you want honest and true recommendations Pacific West is the only option. There was up front pricing and no gimmicks or hidden fees, everything that was discussed was in the estimate and a very detailed notes section explaining the exact issues with our unit. Our homes unit was making a strange noise inside and he quickly found the cause to be a damper that was completely normal, during his investigation he noticed the compressor was making a loud noise upon startup and found it to be faulty. He investigated every part to be sure the compressor was the issue. He researched our warranty for us and retrieved the parts and replaced it same week! He walked me through the entire process and explained each step he was on during the repair. If you ever need any A/C repairs done look no further, Pacific West is 100% the company to assist you. Pacific West went above and beyond the typical repair company, they will have your back. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the job!

My A/C went out and Chris from Pacific West came to my house after hours to come and diagnose my problem . He was ridiculously thorough in narrowing down my issue and even went into my attic to clean and service my furnace/heat exchanger. He gave me estimates on site and gave me plenty of purchasing options to fit our budget with the goal of getting our A/C back up and running ASAP. Once my wife and I decided which option was best for us, he was back at my house in 2 days with a new Condenser and Furnace (entire swap from old to new) and it only took him and his crew 4 hours to remove, install and cleanup and had my house FREEZING COLD before lunch time ! They were all super courteous, respectful and most of all clean and organized . I have told all of my friends about Pacific West A/C and how well they have treated my family and want everyone to know that this is a top notch business and we couldn't be happier with having them in our home that day !
