Every member that I had the pleasure of coming in contact with was nothing but professional and a asset to the company. From the owner, to the installers, and the office personnel every staff member was cordial and polite. They arrived on time and made quick work of replacing both of my ancient units. After attempting to go through my home warranty company and dealing with subpar ac techs, Angel and his employees where a breath of fresh air in the trades. They where all willing to spend the time to answer any questions I had along the way.

Angel was referred to us through a family member when we mentioned that we were waiting 3 days for another company. He showed up at the time he said he would, was very polite and friendly. After doing a few tests and checking fuses, he found that the thermostat was faulty. Angel said that he had one in his vehicle, but also said that if we wanted to save some money we could buy one ourselves and install it. Since he was already there and the price was very reasonable we had him install the one that he had. He also walked us through how to program and set it.I highly recommend Atlantic Air for any a/c or heating service.

Angel, was the most honest HVAC technician ever! He came to our house after someone from another company tried to rip us off by recommending to replace parts that weren't bad. Angel tested the parts, determined that they were still good and then continued to discover what the real problem was. He found 2 cracks in our heat exchanger. I highly recommend him.

The HVAC technician, Angel, came right away when I called. Like on the day I called, within hours. Great service and prompt, good guys. Very friendly and helpful on the phone as well. Always pleasant, even when an AC situation in Vegas never is.
