You really realize how much need AC when it goes out.. and it's 111 degrees in Las Vegas. I called in a panic, and Pablo was out within an hour! He diagnosed the issue, got the parts, and had me back in cooler temps within the afternoon. It's rare to experience such great service.. highly recommend !

We had an issue with our AC. Reached out to Dr. heat pump. They attended our residence right away. The service is fantastic pleasant people to deal with. Instead of trying to upsell a new air conditioner. They try to fix the issue at hand, but unfortunately, our air conditioners too far beyond repairs. Very honest didn’t try to upsell anything that we didn’t need and their price are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company

I have used Dr Heat Pump for all my HVAC needs in our condo. They have preformed routine maintenance, installed new thermostats and are currently installing new units replacing AC that’s 20 years old. They are always timely, communicate status, and work within my schedule. I would recommend.

Angel and his team came over to upgrade my thermostats to smart thermostats and also installed a whole house scent diffuser. They were prompt and answered any questions I had. They also recommended some leak detection prevention that will help protect our home from possible water damage. I would highly recommend Angel and his team for any HVAC needs. Highly recommended! Juan Carlos Nava arrived on time and was polite and respectful. Showed me what he was doing and talked me through it all. Kept his workspace clean and protected and cleaned up before he left. Signed up for a maintenance contract and am now able to receive a discount on repairs if and when needed. Excellent experience!

Special thanks to Franky and Carlos from the maintenance team! They were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. They wore shoe covers upon entering our condo and kept their work area clean and respectful throughout the visit. They quickly completed their diagnostics and confirmed our HVAC system was operating properly—all in about 45 minutes. Excellent service. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to friends and customers.

Detailed information and video of the issue was provided along with an explanation of services , parts and most importantly the purpose of the part so we simple folk can understand what needs to be done, instead of HVAC jargon not everyone understands. Will definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Enrique, this company, and his workers. My AC went out and he literally showed up 3 hours after I called him with the new unit and a crew of 6 ready to change it out! The workers were awesome! They all got immediately to work getting the old unit out and the new one in, in less than 3 hours! VERY HARD WORKERS! All of this with a quote much lower than Goettl. Thank you again guys!! Will deffinetely recommend to anyone else I come across that needs AC work!!

Quick and professional response by Enrique. I notified him about my heater going out and he was able to get me on the schedule immediately.
