I just had my annual heating units inspected and all went well. Technician (Justin Chavez) arrived on schedule. He was friendly, thorough and explained everything. Thanks for making it easy.

Justin with The Cooling Company performed the six-month maintenance inspection on both my roof units. As always, punctual, professional and reflect the expertise I expected. I will continue to see them every six months and have recommended the company to family and friends.

Very professional. Great quote. Excellent central unit. The next day I had AC and heat. They even gave me a vase of flowers. They went out of their way to please.

Isaiah was knowledgeable, courteous and professional explaining in easy to understand terms. I would like if he is the technician to service air conditioner.

Another sterling review of The Cooling Company. This time it was my pleasure to have Justin Chavez provide the maintenance. Justin was very personable and explained the whole process. If you ever wonder where all the good people have gone, it appears that The Cooling Company has hired them all.

Once again, I’m reviewing The Cooling Company. I have done so for years because I have used them for years. The excellent service was this time provided by Ayad Hussein who was very competent, very friendly and a master ladder handler.

I never tire of writing good reviews of The Cooling Company. It was again my pleasure to have Ayad Hussein provide the maintenance. He continues to provide very competent and friendly service. The Cooling Company and Ayad are the best.

I hired The Cooling Company to come fixed my air condition unit.
They came out on time as possible. The technician Justin was very professional and polite. What I had hope would be a small job ended up being a bigger problem. They order the new job and returned the following day and fixed my system. The second day tecnician Ayacd came also and hleped. He too was very profession and polite. I will hire this company if needed.

Justin was my technician today. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do and if there were any problems.Justin was easy to talk to and talked about a commitment to replace our air conditioner. We will probably be found this in the spring. All in all I would request to have Justin the next time we have our routine check. He is a really great person.

Justin was very professional, kind, and respectful when opening doors, walking in the home with shoe covers, and when carrying ladder in and out. He was knowledgeable and explained and educated me on the processes and services he was doing. I really enjoyed the interaction he made with me. Thank you for assisting with my heating system maintenance!

My business unit A/C shut down from yesterday. Justin(technician)came on Sunday and explained everything to easy way to understand.
It was very nice to work someone has manner and patience.

The unit was not cooling; forecast was for the 90's. Not a good combination. First bid I got seemed high. I called the Cooling company. Ayad came down the next day, took the time to inspect the whole system and determine the problem. While here, he provided me with as fixed price bid which was considerably lower than the competition. The company installed the new part the very next day. The warmer weather is here and the AC is working!

In addition to the above, the company included a 1 year maintenance contract. Fantastic.

Ayad was awesome as usual as he has been on one of the heater tune ups. This time he recommended new ac units since they are 17 years old. For two new ac units the price was out of my ballpark but he managed to help me out with a discount that I could live with. he also explained how the new ac will work more energy efficient and how they are installed
So pretty happy with the outcome and cannot wait till they are put in Thanks Ayad

Justin came to service my Lennox Unit and help diagnose issues with my S30 iComfort Thermostat and hub.
Well, if there were more than 5 stars I would give them.
He was extremely knowledgeable and beyond competent. Took care of and solved all issues.
In addition to the above he was polite and very professional. A credit to your Company.
I very rarely leave reviews but this situation required one. Thank you Justin.

The Cooling Company was amazing to work with. They have great customer service and are very responsive when I called. Their technician did a great job and was very professional, thorough and identified an issue with my system that would cause it to go out over the summer if not repaired. A/C Tune-Ups from The Cooling Company are always on my list of things to do before the heat of the summer arrives!!

Edgar was very courteous and knowledgable. He took a lot of pics from within our attic to show me how everything looks. He even took a video so I could see the unit is working properly. I really appreciate the extra mile he went.

Justin was polite and detail oriented. He took his time to diagnose the system and was able to address the issue for us. The only issue I encountered was for some reason they got my last name totally wrong. I reached out to them via Yelp. I'm sure on my Yelp profile my last name isn't Chan. I corrected the last on Justin's pad after he finished the job. But when they reached out to me to do this review, they still address me as Jeff Chan. Perhaps a little more care in data-entry? It does not affect the overall satisfaction with the service. It is more of an annoyance.

We searched and talked to other company’s and this one was the easiest and fastest. They gave us an extra 10 years of warranty because they decided to be nice. Ramoncito or Rey was really easy to work with and helped us get approved for finance. No other company did this with us, Thanks. Our Ac was setup the very next day we signed the paperwork

Had a few other companies before finding the Cooling Company for our A/C and Heating tune ups and we have found that The Cooling Company is very good and reliable. They just installed my 2 new systems and they did a great job. They tried to keep things as neat and clean as possible and took extra time vacuuming and cleaning after the install was completed. They had both units up and running in a few hours and everything seems to be going well. Very good company!! UPDATE: 10-19-23, Justin was in to check the units for the heating season and as usual the technicians are great and he was great and explained everything very well.

I have 10 HVAC units at my 50,000sqft manufacturing facility. We constantly need service in the summertime being as hot as it is in Vegas. I have worked with multiple HVAC companies over the past 15 years, some have been good some have been very bad. The cooling company has been BY FAR THE BEST COMPANY I've had come out to my facility. I couldn't have asked for a better technician that came out to my shop. Danny is the man!!!!! Very professional, very respectful, very thorough he really knows his stuff. Thank you cooling company!!!
