I am a satisfied customer since 2017. The Cooling company is always on time and the technicians are very knowledgeable so they can explain whatever issue there is and the solution. Equally important is that there is always somebody available to answer your call, day or night holiday or weekend. I would recommend this company to everybody.

Had my winter check on my AC unit and Edgar the service tech is great. He asked me if I had any questions, he showed me pictures from his iPad showing me the condition of my unit. Explained the photos he is very knowledgeable and friendly, professional and I always appreciate that. I even got a text message when he was on his way . I highly recommend this company !

Just wanted to add to my previous review—this time for the air duct cleaning service we received from Cyrus and Isaiah. They were extremely thorough and professional, and also just genuinely nice people. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful tips, and were very honest throughout the process.

Their attention to detail and friendly approach made the experience just as great as when we had our AC/HVAC unit replaced. It’s clear that The Cooling Company has a solid team, and Cyrus and Isaiah are truly valuable members of it. Highly recommend them for any service!

I have been a customer of the Cooling Company for over 7 years. They have done my service twice a year and very recently I purchased a new Lennox Air Conditioner and Furnace. From the friendly office staff to the very helpful Manager and the installers, this company is Great! They are so professional and knowledgeable, they could not have made the process more easy. Their prices are fair and the installers were long time employees and their expertise was evident. They also cleaned up from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

#14 almost hit me today driving and not paying attention in the van !! Please drive better

I work at a commercial property that formally used KoldAir. They have caused more problems than they ever got close to fixing. Ducting was poorly repaired, leaving holes large enough to stick your hand through... one “new” AC was clearly damaged after installation... one repaired unit had ducting directing conditioned air into the attic space versus the room it is suppose to be cooling. God only knows how much it will cost to repair all the mistakes and sheer carelessness KoldAir left us with. HVAC is highly dependent on efficiency, and any lower price they may quote you, with survey be eaten up by higher energy costs and repairing unprofessional work provided. Thankfully our new HVAC contractor seems to care about following the code/law and the service they provide to their customers. I would highly recommend NOT using this company for any level of service.

4 attempts in a week...over 48 hour period ~ 36 of them were made worse. 90+ degrees inside! "guessed wrong" about the compressor fluid charge? apparently the calculations are harder when it is hot. what? was I supposed to do the math? early on, the 1st tech opted for $6 fix (motor run capacitor) but so much more was wrong. days later same problem - no blower fan. 3 techs installed new equipment (blower fan and compressor/fan assembly) but that only worked for one hour before transforming into a heater...so...no KoldAir (the irony)

need yet another visit. yo. bring metal tape, mastic and can-do (eventually) attitude to seal the coil you nelegted the past 4 calls. incomplete. inept.
