hail and extreme wind wreaked havoc on my roof and gutters. the structure of my roof is complex due to some extensions made to the house. i had engaged two other roofing companies to handle the leaks but they failed. however, gary figured out the issue and resolved it. in addition, they assisted with insurance for my total roof replacement. benjamin brothers hvac employs full-time professionals, not temporary storm-chasing teams that disappear after the job. liam was patient with my repairs and dealing with insurance payments. i'll be the first to say, i'm quite particular, critical, and can be a demanding customer. despite this, gary did a fantastic job on our large, old house. on another note, my expansive backyard lacks access. this meant that damian had to remove and transport all the materials over the front of the house. even in sweltering heat, they never complained once. truly top-notch!

our heater was not working right. i called benjamin brothers heating & air conditioning. the technician came to our house. nicholas, our technician, checked everything and found out we needed a new thermostat. he replaced it. after that, he also found the fan motor needed to be changed, which was fixed the same day by gary, another technician. nicholas kept me updated during the whole repair process. great job!

My friend and I reached out to three different roofing companies in Las Vegas for quotes. The one that truly impressed us was one particular company, largely thanks to Nicholas. He called before he arrived, took the time to climb up on the roof, took a look around and provided a handwritten estimate that was clear and easy to understand. My elderly mother in Las Vegas recently had a new HVAC system installed with a digital thermostat. She wasn’t comfortable using the digital thermostat, so I requested that they replace it with a manual one, like she was used to. The technician, Brad, came out and tried to install a manual thermostat, but the one they brought didn’t work. Instead of leaving us confused, they kept the digital thermostat in place and explained everything clearly. When I asked if they could help find a manual thermostat, Brad understood exactly what was needed and why. Since their supplier didn’t have the right thermostat, Brad went the extra mile and picked one up locally, then arranged for a quick installation. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, even though it was a small job for them. The team made us feel like valued customers. I will definitely call them first for any future HVAC work.
