I had hot air blowing from my ac unit in my casita. DMS quickly diagnosed my burnt out compressor and showed me what was wrong, how it should be fixed and how much it would cost. They were transparent, polite and efficient and reasonably priced. They cleaned up and I was surprised that they even called me back to ensure I was still satisfied with their service.

It was a last minute emergency at my moms house, we decided to call DMS HVAC based on their response time. They came out the same day provided a diagnosis to replace the compressor, the price was very reasonable considering that they provided the diagnosis. if i’m able to leave a negative review i would , no one here wants to help even after they admit they gave us the wrong machine. The techs don’t help solve any problems if anything it made it worse for our customers.
