Jeff A. At this location has helped me out. I had a bad attitude when I first talked to this gent and he was awesome from start to finish. Very accommodating and kept a smile on my face. I would’ve had trouble doing the same for a customer.

Very Unprofessional, obnoxious, defiant, and condescending staff. Our Agency called yesterday to ask for a specific product and we gave detailed description of the only item needed, included specifications, quantity, and item code. The person who assisted us today, Leonard Torrejon, was not only rude and lacking of common sense but also needs to be trained intensively on Customer Service skills for which he is lacking of. He continued answering back demeaning comments and trying to have us purchase a total different item for the double of the price. We had to continue insisting over the same item description and price given yesterday over and over. He kept mocking us and that was to me totally unacceptable. We will refrain from ordering any other products from your business based on this ridiculous poor service experience. Treating the customers with less than respect it is not good practice for any business and it is very sad that we have people in front line positions with such low IQ.

Purchased two HVAC units and William delivered them to our house just before the scheduled 8:00 am delivery time. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you for the great service.

Being an owner of an HVAC company in Las Vegas comes with its challenges. But one thing Infinity Heating and Cooling doesn't have to worry about is being taken care of with great service by Leonard, Ivan, Jeff, Dan and Gavin. They all make sure orders are placed properly and filled in the right amount of time, that questions from my office/ technicians are answered with knowledge and confidence, deliveries are scheduled, and parts/equipment are inspected for damage before providing material to us. I would like to thank them all for the hard work they provide for us everyday! We are glad to have you and thank you all for helping Infinity Heating and Cooling reach the highs we are at!

Richard, our delivery driver for our equipment is such a pleasure to deal with. He is helpful and patient. He has always done his best to accommodate us with offloading equipment and space constraints at our shop. Thank you Richard for being so easy to work with. Way to go Ferguson for having such a great team member.

Very quick and efficient service! I called on Friday, Nov. 22 around lunchtime with heater issues, Travis had a new unit in my home 24 hours later! Technicians were very polite and respectful. NOW they want to charge $50.00 more than other companies to service my NEW 1 year old unit! There are a lot of a/c providers in the area. Larson is the only one I called! I messed up! Shop around if you want to save money!
I just talked to Travis about the cost of servicing almost double what other companies charge. He’s got my money and doesn’t really GIVE A DAMN who I get to tune it up! Very UNPROFFESSIONAL!

My AC had gone out, and was not covered by my home warranty. Larson Air was highly recommended to me. They were very professional and punctual. I was quoted a price for a new AC and the price never changed. They came exactly when they said they would, within an hour my home was cooling down.

One of our A/Cs was not blowing strong or cool for a while (1 month). When I called he was able to come to the home very quickly. Very nice and informative of his findings. Answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them for anyone as he was able to methodically diagnose it, with his obvious years of experience.
Granted like most A/C technicians you are paying more, than doing it yourself but sometimes it’s worth the peace of mind to get it done quickly and right.

Larson Air is the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest company I’ve worked with throughout my years managing properties here in Las Vegas. They have helped me on several occasions with AC troubles and are the only company I will call. Travis and his team are the best in the industry!

Travis arrived very fast, got here within an hour. He was very friendly and knew his craft extremely well. He told me what he was doing answered my questions and got my AC running quickly.He didn't try to up sell me anything, showed me the problem and how he fixed it. I will call Larson Air anytime I have an issue. I have used them 3 or 4 times in the 12 years I have been in Vegas.

Larson air took great care of us. He was so helpful and caring. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend using them for all and any air projects you need. We also signed up for the maintenance they provide a monthly charge for. Thank you Larson air we will be recommending you to all our family and friends.

I contacted Larson Air and talked with Travis. I told him that my furnish was only working intermittently and was not providing heat to the master bedroom. When Travis arrived, he diagnosed the problem and within an hour I had heat. Travis was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. I recommend Larson Air to anyone. I give them 5 stars.

Larson Air was highly recommended to me by a neighbor when my A/C unit stopped working.They stopped by that day and identified that the unit had numerous issues. We went ahead and purchased a new unit from them - painless and quick process. We were able to finance and Larson Air installed the new unit only 2 days later. Great crew, honest people, and did an awesome job with the install & new thermostat. We have cold air and peace of mind! Thank you!

I own a rental home in Centennial Hills and I use Larson Air for any HVAC issues that pop up. Travis is easy to work with and usually available right away for issues big or small. Also, I have shopped around and their pricing seems to be consistently at or below competitors even though their quality and quick-turnaround is first class. Definitely recommend Travis and his team!

I set up an appointment with Larson Air and was surprised to find that not only were they willing to travel out to where I'm located, but were also available the next morning. Travis came out and had the issues diagnosed within 20 minutes. Travis was very respectful and was willing to take the time to explain in detail the issues. I was recommended to replace the unit on the house, which didn't surpise me as the unit was quite old. When financing was unavailable, Travis was willing to work with me to come to a solution that worked for both of us. The team that came out to do the installation of the unit was very professional and had the installation done in a little over two hours. I was very impressed with how efficient the team worked. Overall, I would say that Larson Air has gained a new customer, as I will be calling them for all my future HVAC issues.
