I called and Spenser come out and helped to access the problem and replaced the part. He was quick and professional. Was honest about the problem just being one part and not the whole unit. I appreciate companies like this! Will use them again.

I called around 11am this morning and the woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. I wish I’d gotten her name. She told me she could have someone out by 3:00, and would update me if needed. Everyone says this, few actually do update you. But she called me at like 2:30 and let me know the tech was a bit behind because of his last call and would probably be closer to 4:30. I’m home, so definitely not a big deal.
I got a call from Spencer at 3:30 that he was on his way! Me and my dogs were pretty stoked to have cold air. As soon as he got here, he patiently put up with my dogs interrogation, which is much appreciated, and immediately got to work.
Within about an hour, we had cold air again!
Spencer was really awesome, was quick and efficient, professional, and even gave my giant German Shepherd loves while being yelled at by him.
They even gave us a veterans discount, which is always greatly appreciated!
I would recommend this company to any and every one! We’ll be lifelong customers!

I just had a great experience with Patriot. Ray, the technician, was careful and determined to properly diagnose the AC issue. The following day, the 3-man installation team worked extremely hard, not to mention smoothly and cooperatively, to install a new system.
All the while, dealing with Ana on the phone made the entire process as easy as possible. She is very patient and explains payments clearly. Prices are fair and competitive.
It should give you peace of mind to have a "go-to" maintenance provider, whether it be for your car, plumbing or general handyman work. Patriot is my go-to HVAC provider now. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Patriot Air! My air conditioning quit working on a hot Sunday evening. Patriot Air took my call late on a Sunday and had my service call scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Spencer, the technician who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful! He carefully listened and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The transaction was extremely straight forward and fair. Spencer answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me on my unit and associated best practices. I can't recommend Patriot Air enough and will continue to utilize them for all my HVAC needs!

Great service by Patriot Air Conditioning! Spencer and Austin were professional and hard working. If I had my own business, I would hire them. Jason, one of the two owner-operators, came by to check on everything and inspect. He's down to earth! And a good boss according to Spencer and Austin. Talked to/texted with Steve prior to set my air cond. work up. He was down to earth and professional to deal with. Anna was courteous and professional with the message she left for me. All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! I searched for a down to earth, veteran owned, small air conditioning business and decided on them - I don't think I went wrong! Their growing, but still have the small-town, small business soul - something Ithink is crucial. As a "DIY guy" and aircraft mechanic, I kind of troubleshot my issue and knew my compressor was bad... but without time and experience, considering the brazing of copper lines and refrigerant stuff, I knew this was best left to someone else right now. They checked over everything and came to the same conclusion I had. Patriot Air Conditioning are now MY pros and will call them if I need anything else! I believe that they won't try to upsell you a new whole unit, unless you it actually makes sense for you to get one. Like me, almost all of them are military veterans and you will have that sense of comraderi if you talk with them. Thank you Jason, Steve, Spencer, Austin, and Anna!

Really happy with these guys. We just bought our house in August and knew we had to get someone out to look at the HVAC. Justice came out for the maintenance and did a solid job.

At the end he mentions the furnace up in the attic. I was kind of expecting this since our home inspector already called it out during the inspection. But honestly, what I liked was he didn't try to push anything on me. He just went through the different options - we could keep what we have and just know it's getting older and won't be as efficient, or we could look at replacing it. No pressure at all.

We ended up going with replacing both the AC and furnace because I figured it made sense long term, and I didn't want to deal with a system that's working overtime just to barely keep the house cool. But that was totally our choice. I really appreciated that they just gave us the info and let us decide. Too many companies try to scare you into buying the most expensive thing.

Installation went really smooth. They were quick, professional, kept everything clean. Both units plus a better filter came to about $12K which seemed reasonable to me.

Just nice to find a company that doesn't try to rip you off and actually lets you make your own decisions.

They did an excellent job installing a new AC (heat pump). Our condo is south facing on the 31st floor about 18 years old . Not an easy install but Spencer and his team went above and beyond. It is a big investment and my satisfaction was the number one concern. Excellent service and support.
