What can I say. It is a disaster. They overloaded the system with what they now use for Freon. Electrically over charged the unit not to mention what my new A/C man found. The receipt they gave me is unreadable and so you know what happened (yep) the A/C overheated and stopped. The damage caused by this means I may now have to buy another unit. This is devastating for me .

A/C went out at midnight on Thursday. I called and left a message. Got a return call at 7:15 A.M. the next morning. Repair man Dusty came out at 1:00 P.M. Had everything up and running in 30 minutes. Burnt out wires and debree in the unit. Total cost $74.00. I'm HAPPY!

Incredible service. Phil is just an incredible individual, his company is family owned and operated. His company name say it all. Literally 5 minutes looking into our system Dan and Phil had it figured out and 3 minutes later it was running again.

Phil and Dave promptly arrived to my house to look at my lack of heating problem. They took the time to carefully inspect and diagnose the issue as well of other HVAC components (especially how the summer heat is quickly arriving). Phil explained my issue and recommended the proper remedy. The next day Phil and Dave arrived early to install the parts and had my system up and running.

Thank you for fixing our thermostat and not finding any “mysterious” problem. Thanks for being patient with replacing our thermostat when it was challenging. We have had several issues and we always have had to come out of pocket from our home Warranty and glad today was not one of those days!

They were sent from my home protection insurance to replace my water heater. They had to come back 3 additional times because after the installation of the water heater, the water pressure of both bathrooms and kitchen sink was very low. They came and fixed it. After they fixed that, I noticed that my kitchen and master bathrrom sink were leaking, I called them 30 minutes after they left. I finally got a hold of them, and had them come back to fix it. The technician had cracked my garbage disposal. After diacussing with Raven this matter, she sent them back to replace my garbage disposal. Arthur came back, very friendly and courteous, and replaced the garbage disposal free of charge after their manager had approves it since it was not crackes before they touched it. NOW, I got a bill saying that I had to pay the trade fee, evwn though I had spoken to the company whonhad agreed to replace it free of charge because they cracked it!!! Sneaky billing is NOT cool!!! Make sure u get your invoices and have them write a note, don't take verbal commitment sinece they will charge you behind your back!!!! Not using your services again!!!

Same day response to schedule an appointment for the gas furnace repair. Less than 24 hours for a technician to arrive at the property. The technician Antonio was fantastic and he did the repair on the spot. This experience was a very pleasant one and I will be recommending this company to anybody I know. Thank you!

After waiting for another company for days to install a new unit. Was driving by seen Expert Air installing an ac unit, stopped talked to a man and in less then an hour they were at my home and the next day had my new unit installed. They are very professional and always on time. Very friendly staff and always available. 10 years of service and I would recommend them they are the best...
