I didn't get to catch the techs names on either day like an idiot, but they were both great, worked really fast and were super nice. We were the house with an ac that froze over and the cold air wasn't working on 9/30-10/1 up north if that helps give the right techs credit :)

Snow frosty did an amazing job on my unit! I called so many other companies and kept getting such high pricing, not only were they the cheapest, but they had the best warranty and did it the same day! Everyone from Mariel, Nancy and Daniel in the office were so helpful in getting this completed for me! I love Snow Frosty.

Had a great experience today, our house has been without ac for a week which needless to say out here in Vegas during the summer is torture! However within a couple hours they had my ac running ice cold air. Great customer service, the tech (I'm sorry can't remember his name) was very nice and helpful, would definitely recommend.

They called me 2-3 times as the day went on to give me a more specific time. Some services say between 3-6pm and you’re left to wonder. They said between 4-6 pm, but they called to let me know that could offer me either a specific 3:30 or 4 pm timeframe.
Service technician was very polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly! My AC was restored and working perfectly in under 45 minutes from the time they showed up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Customer service was A+

Both of the techs that showed up were very courteous and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up behind themselves, they spoke with professional mannerisms and kindness. They took time to explain the things that were completed. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Snow Frosty is a great company. They were able to have my AC fixed within the hour of calling them. From start to finish they were very professional. Eric my tech called before arriving and was very nice. Highly recommend especially in the Las Vegas heat when speedy service is greatly needed. Thanks again.

I have always gotten great service from Snow Frosty. This time I needed a complete HVAC replacement. From beginning to end, Juan was informative, professional and experienced. He inspected my old unit and determined the condenser was too rusted to repair (it was old and I knew this day was coming) and quoted the price to replace the entire unit. He returned early the next day and installed everything new. He also said he would return when the weather gets cold to make sure the heating system is working properly. Doesn’t get better than this. No hassle, no stress, great service, great price.

Every summer we have issues with our AC but this year has by far been the worst experience
with Snow Frosty.
A water pipe broke during their service and leaked all over my room closet and onto the
carpet. The dry wall and insulation are all soaked in water and at this point mold will be next
due to the fact that Daniel and his team are NOT TAKING ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR
THEIR WORK. Yes, accidents happen BUT TAKE ACCOUNT that your service has damaged
someone’s home. Daniel only wants to spray paint over the leaks but not take care of any dry
wall, insulation, and carpet water damages. Not only does he order his team to put a band-aid
on this situation but does not see it as an immediate action. It is Tuesday July 8th and the water
leak happened on July the 4th.
MY ROOM STINKS SO HOURRENDOUS THAT I CAN NOT SLEEP IN MY BEDROOM! The
smell from the carpet on the hallway is also creating a foul smell to the rest of my home. I HAVE
A 1 YEAR OLD AND TWO DOGS. They absolutely can not be dealing with this hazardous
damage. But does Daniel even care? Nope. He talks over you and is on the very defense of
this situation.
They spilled some type of blue glue onto my carpet of my room closet and some of my clothes.
I can not even believe that this company does note even care or even communicate with us.
I have a family and pets and this is how we are being left!!!
Do you want to live with this??

THANK YOU SNOW FROSTY & DANIEL & GABBY for getting my heater fixed pronto on a Saturday! Called Snow Frosty, talked to Daniel & he was able to get a very knowledgeable repairman out within an hour & a half. I was concerned about the repair because the heating system in my home is not your basic HVAC/furnace. But no problem, he figured it out, had another guy bring out the part he needed & I was back to having heat ASAP. Thank goodness, because wouldn't you know? This has been the coldest week here in Las Vegas. So thank you, thank you, thank you SNOW FROSTY!!!

This company is awesome. I had an A/C problem and called them around noon. They had technicians diagnosing the problem at 2:00pm. They performed thorough test and confirmed the problem was a failure of the compressor. By 4:30 I had a professionally prepared estimate for repair that included multiple options. No up-selling, just what was needed to restore service. I called the office and received a thorough explanation of the problem, options for repair, and pricing. I selected an option, approved the estimate, and two technicians completed the repair the next morning. They were very nice, polite, professional, and competent. My A/C was back up and running better than ever within 24 hours. Great job!!

They came immediately after being contacted. The AC Tech who came was clean, polite, and professional. We had our compressor changed and they finished the whole job in less then two hours. 5 star rating overall, no complaints

It was an absolute pleasure to meet & watch Angel install a new thermostat.
He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, personable, & really a super plus plus for Snow Frosty. This is a guy who is on his way up. We were really impressed with the fact that he wanted to be sure that my husband & myself could operate the thermostat as he instructed us. Great experience!!

We needed to replace our HVAC system. Our furnace was 35 yrs old and the a/c was replaced in 2004. We bought this place in 2024.
We got an UNBELIEVABLE GREAT PRICE ON A SPLIT UNIT system made here in the USA. Plus 10 yr warranty on parts, 5 yr warranty on labor and system. And 0% interest on 36 months approved credit.
But the real treasure is the family owned/operated company this place is. They were early on the job, cleaned up and followed thru the next day. They make you feel like you're part of their family. I am telling everyone I can about them. The best purchase we have made anywhere with anyone in the last 5 years and we're seniors!!

We decided to replace our air conditioning units because of age and efficiency. Sahara gave us the best price and the installation was done professionally and timely. Great follow up as well.

The company called in advance to let me know David was on his way. He was very knowledgeable about the Nest thermostats and had them both up and running in less than an hour. He even took the time to explain some of its features. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

I was traveling and my wife was home alone when the AC went out we called those guys with the difficult to spell name and they came out got the AC working and three hours later it went out again. Then tried to sell her the $12,000 system to replace it. She called Matt at Sahara, he came out and looked at the unit, showed where the first company did not install the part correctly, got my wife back her AC, and charged her $0, yes that is correct, no charge! He just asked that we remember him when it was time to replace. We remembered him today! Brand new AC, it has never worked this good, and perfect professional installers.

They will not only take care of usual maintenance, but they go beyond to address particular requests and challenges, such as I found in our new home. I was referred to Sahara Air by 4 people. They were quick, responsive, and had the air up and working on the same day - on a Friday Night. Jeremy was able to complete a job that 3 companies could not even diagnose and were even no shows after payment. I have had over 20 companies over the years and they all lied or just put a “band-Aid” on the system. It is a newer system yet we were having small issues that these Las Vegas companies turn into complex issues stating that you must replace the whole system again (even when it’s only 2 years old) Sahara Air does NOT lie and was upfront about the cost and time. courteous, explained thoroughly, and documented correctly so that we could get our money back from those that never showed. I’m very happy with their service and losing air in the summer time for that long can be dangerous. I have learned you get what you pay for. Thank you.

I would never call anyone else but them! Absolutely the best service but, most importantly, a very honest business that looks for ways to give you the best options and not just try to sell you a new unit. We use them for our condos that we rent out and our personal home, and we are completely satisfied with them.
