I am not one to write too many reviews and only do when I feel truly compelled and that is the case here. It was 112 degrees out when I was at home with three kids and three dogs when our AC went out. I called and spoke to the office dispatcher (April was her name I think?) She was so polite, understanding and promised me I’d be receiving a call back shortly. Well she kept her promise and I received a call back in a short while later from Brad (in under 30min). Brad was great. He was extremely helpful, nice, asked some questions about our system and what was going on and took time to explain things to me in regards to common AC unit issues. I can only imagine every single AC company city wide had to be slammed on this excessively hot July day. I called a handful of other companies prior who were all booked several days out. Sahara Air was probably the sixth company I called and in it was in the early evening. Not only did I promptly get a call back from Brad as promised by the dispatcher, but they also were able to get a tech out here the next morning. Paying overtime to employees is costly for a company but I bet they did it to make sure their customers were being taken care of. Other companies I had called were telling me it would be at least 2 to 3 DAYS before a tech could even look at it. Well Sahara Air pulled through for us and the very next morning not even 12 hours later Jeremey R. our service tech was at our house. Jermey was our hero!!! He was honest, quick and respectful in explaining things thoroughly and in detail to me at a safe social distance (due to Covid-19). He explained the issue, asked how I wanted to proceed and then had to leave to go get some parts and larger fuses that were needed. He quickly came back with the parts and promptly got the job done. Honest, efficient, prompt and friendly. That was 100% my experience with Sahara Air, from start to finish. I was so impressed I signed up for their club membership where our unit will be serviced twice a year so we never have to be uncomfortable as we were without AC that day. Thank you Brad, Jeremey R. & Sahara Air! You have a customer for life and will be highly recommended by me!

I’m so pleased with Sahara air. They really are a pleasure to work with. I wish we didn’t have to go through what we did and spend the amount we had to However, We had a complete nightmare with our heating and cooling ducts since buying a home that the builder did a terrible job installing our duct work. Sahara didn’t charge for the estimate where another company did. The team of installers were so respectful and clean. I’m very glad we were referred to them by a neighbor.

Dave the tech came out and solved the problem with my furnace door. He was very knowledgeable and professional! He also did a through check of my system to make sure it was running properly. Brenda who arranged the appointment was top notch as well! I'm really glad that I was referred to see them! Five stars all the way. Keep up the great work!

Before Sahara, I had never had any warranty that was as good as the paper it was written on. Sahara responds quickly when I have issues, does the job right, goes the extra mile to make sure I don't have problems down the line, and most importantly to me--honors their warranties. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I contacted Sahara to install my Nest Hello doorbell. They were able to get me in the next business day and I received a call when he was about 45 min away. He showed up on time and was very professional and polite. The doorbell was installed and tested. I will definitely be contacting Sahara again.

Jerrod, Matt and James from Sahara Air were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, and worked very hard under extreme conditions.

But most importantly, they were honest and trustworthy. They got my A/C up and running right away and also installed two Nest Thermostats perfectly. I joined Sahara’s Maintenance Program based on their quality work.

I returned to Las Vegas from visiting my mother who recently had a stroke to discover my air conditioner at 91 degrees at 11pm. After staying up all night lowering it a degree at a time and allowing it to catch up I only got it down to 85. The next morning it started to climb again. Frankly, I just couldn't deal with it and bailed to a friends house. That night I played the same game with it.
The next morning I faced the problem and called the company that had been "caring" for these problems the last few years. Their response was they were too busy "and not available at this time."
I got extremely lucky and got in touch with Jamie at Sahara Air! She helped me work through the confusion with my warranty, and then sent Chris (within the hour!) who promptly diagnosed the problem, got the part I needed and was back within an hour with a helper (sorry I didn't catch his name) and fixed it!
Thank you all at Sahara Air for a much needed good night sleep before having to return to work today! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and helpful, caring attitude. GREAT JOB!

Sahara air takes care of the air conditioning at my home, with 3 units, my daughter’s home, and my parents Home. I was skeptical about buying their plan, but I’m so happy I did!! Twice a year I get a reminder for service and they respond immediately if there’s a problem. Their technicians are knowledgeable about their trade and have always been on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Sahara Air!

Great company. Our A/C suddenly went out in 100+ degree weather. Called and they said they could come between 2 and 6. We were ok with that but then got a call that they were on their way and they were here at noon, only three hours after my initial call. The service tech, Chad, was very professional, diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, replaced a capacitor and we were up and running. You could not ask for better service. We signed up for their club service which is a good deal. Don’t hesitate to use them.

I needed to have routine maintenance done as I recently purchased a home and was recommended by a friend of mine who knows the owner and recently had work done. The technician I had was Robert and I was extremely happy with the service, especially in COVID times. He took every precaution to make sure I felt safe first off with mask, new gloves often, and boot covers when around my property or in. He went in extreme detail with aspects of my AC and furnace that I didn’t have knowledge of before at all and made it very simple to understand, for which I’m very grateful. I would highly recommend their services and if you have the opportunity to request anybody I would request Robert, however I’m sure all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I’ve been a customer since 2000! Always friendly, professional and efficient. James knows what he’s doing and does it well. Due to my first unit and Sahara’s maintenance of it, it out-lasted it’s life expectancy of 15 years. Now, 18 years later, I’ve had a completely new system installed this past week. Same excellent service!

Our technician Robert Hampton was exceptional! He was professional and quick to respond to our situation and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond to try and get our old A/C up and running so we could avoid buying a new unit. In the end it couldn’t be fixed but he spent all day working on it. There were very fair with what they charged for the effort and gave us a and competitive price on a new unit and installed it immediately. We are extremely satisfied with this company and Robert.

After a bad experience with a well known AC company, I decided to get second opinions. I came across Sahara Air on Google and gave them a call. I’m so thankful that I spoke to Brad that day. He spent over a half an hour talking to me on the phone about what could be wrong with my air conditioner and reassured me that they’d take care of it. The next day the tech came out and diagnosed the problem, gave us our options, and set up a time (less than 24 hours later) for the repair. Alex did an amazing job doing the repairs. Professional, thorough, and honest. From now on, I will recommend Sahara Air to anyone that will listen! Thank you Brad and Alex!

Jeremy did an amazing job. Very professional and thorough. Sahara Air seems to be about the most honest hvac company I've dealt with. They don't try and upsell or charge astronomical prices. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I've used Sahara AC for a couple of years now. I highly recommend this company. When my home warranty company informed me that it would be a week to 10 days before a service tech could be available to service my broken AC at the hottest time of the year, I called Sahara AC. I was informed that a technician was available and he amazingly arrived within 45 minutes of my call, quickly made the necessary repairs and the bill was absolutely reasonable. Since then, I am on their maintenance membership package and will be as long as I have an HVAC system to maintain!! Superb service, honest, and skilled techs, swift availability. Definite recommend! Wish I could say the same for the home warranty company!

About a month ago, I bought a smart thermostat but fell short on being able to finish the installation as my unit is on my roof and I'm afraid of heights. I called Sahara and they sent a tech out (I think his name was Alex?) And he had me up and running in less than an hour.

This last Saturday afternoon, I noticed that my unit was squeaking and by the evening, it had stopped blowing cold. I called at 10 am Sunday and by 11, Matt was at my door. By 11:20, he had the issue figured out and was able to get me a temporary solution until he could come back the next day with the proper part for a permanent fix.

Both of the techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was offered a price break on my second call, despite it being an emergency after-hours call just for being a repeat customer. On top of that, they offered a bi-yearly service package that comes with a deep discount on parts and service calls. By the time THAT discount was applied, I ended up paying less than $20 for two future maintenance appointments that would've usually run $170 by itself.

I am very satisfied with Sahara air conditioning and heating!
It was later in the day when I called and they had somebody nearby that was willing to come and take a look at it and make a diagnostic. They came and not only diagnosed what was wrong but took care of it 100%. My air conditioner was working again! I am so happy I called Sahara air conditioning and heating! I will always use them in the future!

Again a satisfied customer! The part I need to change before, I finally had replaced. We were all treated with respect and kindness and the job got done.
