The heater stopped working in my rental. Apparently the only problem was something needed to be tightened... Most repairmen would lie and make it a big deal, but not Timur. The most honest guy out there! I'm a customer for life!
Update! My other rental needed a whole unit and just to make sure I called others for estimates and again Timur's price was way lower and he took care of it within 24 hours!! Unbelievable! By far the best out there! Thank you Timur!!

NRS did an excellent job, at a fair price, installing the A/C in our casita. Everything was done on time and all areas were left totally clean. Vlad and Chris were very helpful in making sure everything came out right. We definitely will use NRS for our future A/C needs. We want to have a long relationship with NRS. By the way, they also did my next store neighbors A/C.

The company’s name is long, but the wait times are short and sweet with exceptional service. I searched for AC repair, and they had me at “Senior and Military discounts”. Tech was at my house less than 3 hours later. Tests revealed no refrigerated air in the system. After offering less expensive options, I chose a brand new system to replace the 28 years old model. Next day service got the job done with Quality Control inspection the day after. NRS is a “go to” success story!

What an incredible service! It was an urgent Sunday heat and our unit was not working! Vlad took care of our problem so quick and dispatched Chris immediately and had the matter diagnosed right away! And just like that, our problem got solved quickly.

We’ve been using Nevada Residential Services for years now. They have always taken great care of us. I noticed our upstairs AC wasn’t working Friday evening and they were out by 1:00 PM Saturday and had us back up and running within a couple of hours. I definitely recommend!

I had 5 different companies come out to give their opinions and an estimate. Most were around the same price, but one was crazy high.

This company was incredibly professional. Charlie came out evaluated the situation. Everything he said made sense he even thought about the placement and everything to make sure that there were no issues.

From the time that I called it was only 3 days and everything was installed perfectly on the same day within hours. The best part was the job was done super clean as you can tell by the photos.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do some type of air conditioner installation.

Charlie is the best!!! He serviced my daughter a few weeks ago and came to my house 2 days ago and was honest. Only needed to replace capacitor. I had Blue Apple out about 4 years ago and technician was here for a tuneup and came in after inspecting the first unit with an estimate of 4200.00 to get a perfectly operating unit to keep working. Well after telling him to put it back and leave this is the first time I had an issue. I highly recommend Nevada Residential and Charlie will be my choice of technicians.

HVAC went down and I requested several quotes. Nevada Residential came in with the best presentation, best equipment and best price for my needs. Equipment was in stock and both units were removed and new units installed same day. Install crew was highly trained, professional and fast. Area was cleaned after install. Wow!! Within a few hours of calling they had a technician at my house. I felt very comfortable with the technician, he was very knowledgeable about the unit, took pictures to show me the problem and was able to fix the issue immediately. He even went the extra mile to point out issues that were long standing to help prevent future problems. Highly recommend using!!!

This is the second time I've worked with Nevada Residential Services on inspecting & maintaining two HVAC systems in our new house; both times, Charlie went above & beyond to take care of our HVAC systems, he kept our house clean and we couldn't be happier. Charlie is an absolute professional and we'll certainly be calling him again for future maintenance & repairs. A special shout out to Vlad who also went above & beyond to take care of us from the office management side.

Service is great, William is really amazing, but I think they have gotten too big and started charging more and more. I was a repeat customer and the company charged me almost $600 to change the Contactor in my condensor, a $20-$30 part. I don't normally complain about expert service, but it's a quick job that shouldn't cost essentially $1000/hr. Understood that there should be an extra expense for the expert diagnosis. Maybe I'm wrong, but personally I think the company policy/pricing could use some adjustments

Had a split system installed in our garage and the tech, Charlie, was fast, efficient and knowledgeable! We also had the maintenance done on our HVAC system and Charlie explained everything so we could understand. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Would totally recommend.

I recently had my AC unit cleaned by Nevada Residential Services. The technician arrived within the scheduled time window and explained what would be done. The cleaning seemed thorough, and the unit has been running a bit smoother since. Pricing was about average for Las Vegas. Overall, it was a straightforward experience — nothing extraordinary, but the job got done as expected.

I normally do not write reviews, especially long ones, but this company really impressed me with their quality, workmanship, and customer care.
We had two 18-year-old HVAC York 4-ton units that were working but showing their age replaced in December due to concerns over the HVAC supply availability and the expected major costs increases for 2023 due to the new Federal regulations. After checking the reviews and costs of various manufacturers and installers we decided to go with Residential Services Air conditioning and heating. Spoke with Nikki who scheduled an on-site appointment. Tim and Lawrence came out and did an inspection to determine what would be needed. At this time, I asked if it would be possible to upgrade our system to two 5-ton units with a SEER rating of 16 or greater. They told me that it would be possible but extra ducting and a return would have to be added.
When I received the quote, I found it to be very reasonable when comparing to other estimates that I had received with lower priced equipment. We also discussed the NV energy rebate program (contractor only) and the various payment methods (cash, credit card, monthly installments).
Installation day was great, we previously cleared out the areas where they would be working. The crews came in with slip on booties, laid down plastic sheeting wherever they were working and went at it.
The entire job took one long day, but when they were done, the crews did a great job cleaning up as much of their work as they could ( working in the attic creates a lot of dust that you can’t control, but we had already scheduled to have our carpets cleaned anyway).
During the installation, the Senior technician Chris was constantly checking all of the work while I was photographing whatever I could.
Chris then walked me through everything that they did, showed me how to set up and use the smart thermostats that were included, and tested everything to make sure that they were in working order.
Turns out that one of the A/C units had a slight vibration when compared to the other unit. Found the problem, ordered the OEM factory parts, and installed them the following week. Fixed.
A few days later, Emilio, their handyman came out to repair all of the attic access drywall damage. This guy’s quality of work was more like that of a carpenter. Texture coating and color matched perfectly. Afterwards, Tim called to see if everything was working OK, that I was satisfied with the work, and to call them if I needed any follow up. He was especially remindful that I call them for a spring service appointment to make sure that the A/C units were working at their top efficiency.
It's been over a month now and the heating side seems to be working fine.
Over the years I have had to I have seen a lot of contractors on both sides of the spectrum and these guys are definitely on top of the game.

Once you the work was exceptional
While we were having this done, I asked if they did plumbing work
I had a leak in a wall having nothing to do with the hvac work

There plumber came to
Repaired the problem and their drywaller came out and finished the job
Everything went well
No worries

PRV (pressure reducing valve) Zurn 1" model# NR3XL -- small drip coming from the plastic cap on top. There were no visual issues and the PRV still looked like it was in new condition. Our tech Luis recommended not to repair, but to do a full replacement with the same exact Zurn brand and model#. The final price felt a bit high, but the work was preformed well. Luis was very knowledgeable and friendly.
