He accompanied his findings with photographs of the examined items and the corresponding systems identification codes and origins. It is uncommon for technicians to take the time to engage with customers, providing explanations beyond their bill after the fact. For these reasons, we have consistently preferred One Hour over other businesses and intend to continue using their services throughout the life of our unit.

Amazing work by One Hour to clean our dryer vent which exits on the roof. They performed the service completely and produced a ton of lint. This is something I will never neglect again! Highly recommend!

Your technician was very thorough as well taking the time to explain every step of the procedure to me. If there was a 10 for job accomplished I would readily award him with it. There was no out of pocket cost, I paid nothing.

Kenneth Miller and Israel were amazing! They took the time to explain everything through and provided us with options. They were honest and took pictures of the repairs required.

Steve and Josue came to do fall maintenance on my older AC/heating unit. They were both very professional and took great care to make sure everything was running like it should. They explained everything of concern and I felt fully informed. I definitely recommend One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating for any maintenance needs!

We signing up with thier program where they come out and check the system out twice a year and bill you monthly we had it for some time. The last visit we were told of some issues (mostly prevented maintenance), we chose to decline the recommendations. A few days later we receive a follow up call, that turned into a bulling tactic of the trying to up sale us.
First off there has not been an issue with our system so for them to make it as if it would be the end of the world for us to not follow thier direction was bad.
The bottom line is, it is our decision. Your rude tactics lead to this review and you loss a customer. I can only hope others have a better experience. Sure there is 2 sides of the story (somethings have been left out, to not totally trash them)Word of mouth goes a long way.

The crew was great. All were diligent, respectful, and cleaned up before leaving. The company came with great recommendations from neighbors. I felt pricing was high, but needed service quickly as our 30 year old system died when it was 108 outside. Normally would have gotten 3 estimates, but went with a higher efficiency system and a company with great references, reliability, warranties, and service. They completed everything in about 6 hours. 5 ton Bryant a/c split system and furnace.

Absolutely appalled by the gross misrepresentation and sloppy work by One Hour. They installed $40k worth of units over 30 days ago and did not complete installation. There has been a hole in my ceiling for over a month plus photos show the dirt and fingerprints they left to damage my home. I have called and emailed weekly since the completion of the job and no one returns calls or does anything! I will be filing a fraud complaint with Amex as this business takes advantage of consumers. So disgusted!

Really enjoyed both Alex and Steve’s help, they came over to our house to verify our A/C was fixable. After we had gotten another recommendation from another well known company to replace our whole A/C and they said it was unfixable. Steve’s years of experience made us feel better about the situation and Alex was helpful in assisting to come out and fix the A/C and now it’s working again!. Will happily recommend these two individuals to friends going forward :)

James came out to inspect my brother's heater as it was not cycling correctly but when he arrived, the house was warm. He said to keep an eye on the thermostat as far as the set vs ambient temperatures and to call back if further problems. He was on thime and very professional.

Jamie was great. He was on time, very courteous, and very thorough. He did a great job explaining what he found on my heating system and gave me some suggestions on how to make it last longer. Will definitely use again.

Julian was very efficient and knowledgeable with his quick diagnostic on my old A/C unit. He was very thorough in letting me know what all of my options were. I was so pleased to have my unit fixed that day! Great customer service and I will definitely be reaching out if need be.

From beginning to end this company was amazing! Full transparency on fees and services, no run around. Oscar and Julie from the call centers and our tech David came through for us on a Saturday evening and were amazing. Oscar and Julie were professional and empathetic. David did an amazing job by being honest about our older unit and took care of us with no problem. Thank you guys! Our new go to for all HVAC needs.

Alexis was a superb serviceman! He was timely, he explained his process, he showed us photos and statistics of where our system currently is, he made appropriate recommendations for our maintenance, and above all he was friendly and professional. I will now be contacting him directly for our HVAC needs as I was highly pleased with his service.

I signed up for One Hour A/C and Heating’s maintenance plan to get my air conditioner and heater ready for the upcoming season. I also had some concerns about my ductwork since the airflow in my house wasn’t even from room to room.

Samuel Yockey came out to inspect my heater, and he was great! He showed up right on time, and I even got a text alert letting me know he was on his way. He really knew his stuff and explained that my heating unit is in great shape and ready for winter.

He also went up to the attic, took pictures of my ductwork, and showed me exactly why the air wasn’t flowing evenly. Turns out, the builder didn’t complete the ductwork in a way that balances airflow properly. Samuel walked me through several options to fix it and gave me different price points, which I really appreciated.

Overall, Samuel was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I hope he’s the one who handles my future checkups! I definitely recommend signing up for One Hour’s maintenance plan—it’s an easy way to keep your system running efficiently and avoid expensive repairs later on.

Blocks my driveway so I cant pull in while working down the street in someone else's home.
If the techs can't follow the law how are they going to follow building codes?

Our new home was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke by the previous owners. The smell was so bad it was unlivable.
The treatment of our air duct system and the fogging they did made a world of difference.

First off, I HATE writing bad reviews. However, I believe that fair, unbiased reviewing is the best way that consumers can get an honest consumer assessment of a business. I myself have been a small business owner. That being said, my experience with this company should be made known. I called them out to get an ESTIMATE on an A/C system on a house that I'm planning to buy. That was on last Monday. The technician who came out was thorough, and his points were proved through another estimate. STILL, I needed this estimate as well to turn into the seller. Today is Thursday. After several calls, emails, etc. I'm still waiting on the estimate.This lack of professionalism could affect my dealing with the seller of this property. From day one, they've had incorrect information on the account. It's a shame that the office and management are in such disarray, especially with a great technician like Jorge. At this point, I probably wouldn't hire these people unless GOD came down and recommended them.

Today’s heater service was done by Jaime—100% professional and exceptionally skilled and efficient. I would not consider a different service provider.
