I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Been going to Alpha for several years now to repair my old units. One finally took a dump completely, so I went to Alpha for the job. I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but cheaper doesn't always equate good customer service. And I knew using them in the past they were responsive and quick with my repairs. Recently the new unit stopped working. So I was super concerned. But they sent someone right out, he discovered it was a switch problem not caused by their install and replaced it at no cost. I highly recommend the team at Alpha. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Andrei came over on a Saturday and worked through the rain troubleshooting to figure out what we needed in order to repair our unit and avoid a complete replacement! He was able to fix what was necessary right then and there! We were so relieved and thankful for his awesome service and expertise! In just a couple hours, we had a more efficient unit than we did before! So glad we chose Alpha and Andrei was the one that came out!!

Great experience with this company. Our AC condenser was slowly dying this Summer and we contacted two different AC companies to try and fix it. One of them couldn't source the parts and the other told us we needed to expand our ventilation system and get better windows. We decided to wait until Winter to fix it but the system gave up the ghost before we made it.

We had no AC and it was still 90-100 degrees outside so we called Alpha Air. We called at 5 PM and they were out the next morning. They diagnosed the problem (internal short in the condenser) and gave us a good quote to replace the entire system (based off what we expected from our research on prices). They were able to source the equipment and replaced the entire system the following day. All told it was just under 48 hours from when we called to when we had a brand-new AC unit and furnace.

The system has been running great since and we haven't had any issues. They are even coming back out to do a free inspection to make sure everything is functioning as it should. I'm glad I found this company and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased Trane AC and furnace units for our home from Alpha Air and could not be a more satisfied customer. I obtained 3 quotes from different companies and Alpha Air was the best quote and value. The installation was done in one day, and the installation team covered all of our floors and did not scratch any of the floors, walls, or doors. First time using Alpha Air. Excellent customer service with quick response and kept me informed with the technician arrival. Max was on time, professional, and did a thorough job on the heater service, providing recommendations without trying to oversell!

When our AC went out in the middle of summer we called Alpha Air and Artur offered(without any insistence from me) a portable ac unit until they could get the new units installed. It was a life saver! Artur and his crew went to work within a few days and somehow in a single day managed to remove the 2(!) old broken down units and replaced them with new ones. With the exception of a couple of early glitches(which were immediately rectified by Alpha Air) the units have been blowing cold air for 4 years.

A year after we had the new units installed we had to call Artur again to move the compressor units(out on side of house) to make room for a pool. Again, Artur and crew worked very diligently to make it happen. I would recommend Alpha Air to anyone in need of reliable, competent ac service.

I saw many positive reviews on the NextDoor app from my area so this past summer when the A/C stopped working i called them. They came within 2 hours and replaced the fuse. I signed up for their maintenance plan and today Max came. He was a right on time, introduced himself and got to work. He let me know the condition of the equipment. Happy I chose Alpha Air.

Alpha Air was so amazing to work with. We called several air conditioning companies to help us. Many said that they were 24/7, but they did not answer their phones on a weekend. Alpha Air came out to see us on a hot Sunday afternoon when the temperature was over 115 degrees. We had to replace the air conditioner. Alpha Air came out at the promised time, did an excellent job making sure that our air conditioner worked. They lent us a portable air conditioner while we had to wait for the air conditioner to be delivered. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an air conditioner in the Las Vegas area.

What an amazing company with great communication services for their clients. They constantly kept me informed as to when my service date was, when the technician was approaching, and were perfectly crystal clear when it came time for any needed repairs with upfront invoices and cost showing what work needed to be done and getting my permission before doing the work. There was nothing I could say but great things about this company who did a wonderful job on my air-conditioning system and were so honest and truthful.

Alpha Air installed our HVAC system in 2021. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Price was very reasonable. Since then they’ve come back annually at the start of summer and winter to make sure the system is functioning properly. Our included service recently expired so we signed up for a new service agreement because we can’t imagine having any other company work on our system. They are really trustworthy and communicative. We had a fantastic experience with Alpha Plumbing from start to finish. Armen came out for the service appointment and immediately impressed us with how swiftly and professionally he assessed the situation. Not only did he address the issue at hand, but he also caught that two hoses were not up to code—something we had no idea about. That level of attention to detail truly earned our trust.

We received a new water heater through our home warranty, but as often happens, there were some uncovered fees. Angel was incredible at explaining everything clearly and kept us well informed throughout the entire process—letting us know when the claim was approved, when the water heater was purchased, and when the installation was scheduled.
