Many companies out there taking advantage of people. Always get a 2nd opinion for high cost repairs. Alpha Air (Max or Arthur) are honest and fair. Highly recommend them. Saved me over $1000 compared to others I called.

Quite possible the best organization that I have worked with. Terri on the phones is excellent in keeping one informed, automated messages, invoicing etc. The crew is quick, professional and patient, very rare qualities in today's environment. My AC broke on a Tuesday, they attended to my call for help within hours, gave me my options and a portable air conditioner to keep me cool, installed a brand new 5 ton Trane AC on Friday, they had to request help from a crane company that picked up the new AC and placed it in the requisite spot, no dolly for these guys, they did not want to scratch the new machine. Excellent pricing! Just enjoyed working with all of them. Artur the owner personally visited me twice and dropped off some complimentary sensors and air filters. Hats off to Alpha Air. Please keep up the good work.

Max was my tech. This is his 2 nd time. He is professional and knowledgeable. He did my maintenance visit before winter. Checked everything. I recommend this company great service.

It is never a good time for an AC to fail in 110 degree weather in Las Vegas. I immediately called Alpha Air and they came out to diagnose the issue. However, we decided to purchase a whole new AC and Furnace system with a full 10-year warranty for peace of mind versus repairing our old unit. While we were waiting for our appointment date, Alpha Air brought over a portable AC unit for us to use until our new system is up and running. Talk about customer service! We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience from Alpha Air. From the diagnose, consultation, and to the final installation, their team was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and did no damage to any of our walls. Our new system is running flawlessly and our home is more comfortable and energy efficient than before.

A friend referred me to Alpha Air Conditioning so I had them come and give me an estimate to replace both of my heat pump A/C and Heating systems. I decided to go with them because the price and the equipment they use were both very reasonable and top quality. Our Technician was Albert "Alex" Lopez and he was absolutely amazing. Very informative, very detail oriented, friendly, and professional. He is a prime example of someone that knows how to treat Clients and provide exceptional Customer Service. We love using Pioneer Air. Never a bad experience with them. They are our "go-to" company for service & maintenance.

I had Lenox HVAC units installed for my house. From the beginning, with quotes and estimation, to the their responsiveness and help throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend Pioneer Air! All their employees were incredibly professional, the owner, Leo, and Saul, his assistant were incredible! They work with top of the line units and are incredibly honest and hard workers.

Called Pioneer Air for a second opinion on needed heater repairs. Robin was able to come out the next day, did a thorough evaluation of my problem, and was able to restore heat temporarily that same visit while parts were ordered. Very pleased with the service I received, and look forward to using them again in the future.

Robin did an outstanding job servicing the AC units Pioneer installed last year. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and was happy to clue me in on a variety things I was unaware of prior. I saw the ad on fb . Scheduling was easy. They stuck true to their word in wanting to help out with the community in helping out with a small repair. Elvis came out. Sweetest guy. Robin and Joey were very professional in their visit to my home. They arrived on-time, were very effective in servicing our furnace and pointed out a few issues that need to be addressed and replaced. Would definitely recommend using Pioneer Air!

Have been using Pioneer Air for 2 years now and do not have a single complaint. They really do care about their customers. Zachery came to do our maintenance today and was very professional, knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy.

Pioneer employs well-educated tech who share their expertise to me so I can understand my house AC systems. Zach A patiently checked and explained what is going on to the systems. He answered my questions without pressing to sell. He explained what-if scenarios and gave me the best solutions. I have been working with other big AC companies in town, I think Pioneer is best one. We just had our A/C and thermostat replaced at the rental we’re in. Our property management company failed to let us know about the appointment but we could not have received better customer service from both the techs Cesar and Adrian as well as the representative Heather. Cesar and Adrian were very professional and polite. My husband happened to be out of town so I had to leave them alone to finish up when I left for work. They went above and beyond so that I didn’t have to keep my dogs locked up when I left. They locked up my house for me on their way out and I received a message from Heather when they were finished to let me know things with the dogs went well and the ac was good to go. Trustworthy company with great customer service I will be contacting for yearly maintenance when we buy our own home!

We’ve used Pioneer Air for a complete install as well as service. Although the install took longer than expected, the techs were top notch. When you call, they always answer the phone unlike other HVAC companies.
