Very happy with these guys. Had to have my AC system replaced and they had the best price. They were on time and did a good job. I would definitely call them again.

I had a emergency roof repair on a Friday and after making 22 calls to different company Efficient Air & Roof was the first company to answer the phone and was willing to make accommodations to help me.
After rearranged there schedule to help me out they showed up on Friday and fixed the roof. The price was lower then any of there competitor that I called. Great job, Great pricing, Great company.

The motor on my air conditioner went bad over the summer and they were able to respond same day. They discovered the cause of the problem and worked within my budget to find a good solution. I am very pleased with the level of service and quality of their work.

We had a great experience with Pro Tech Air, John and all his crew. They are true professionals. We trusted them in our home when we were away to complete the central air installation. John even set up a portable A/C unit in the master bedroom so we could stay in our home while we waited for components to arrive. Our A/C died in July (their busiest time) and John showed up the day I called him to evaluate our situation. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and explains different options clearly. He was recommended to me by a friend who is a contractor and uses him all the time. Look no further for quality work at a fair price.

John has been very helpful throughout the years. He started helping us when he was working for another company. He then branched out on his own and has since replaced an air conditioner on one of our rental homes. He did a great job on this and our tenant is very happy!!! Keep up the ethical work John!!!

Excellent service, on time, friendly, and explained the process from start to finish. We had to replace our unit in the August heat, and John and his crew came right out. They took the time to diagnose the issue and offered several options until we realized the unit was on its last legs. The guys worked late to get the job done and then even were sweeping up our hallway when it was cleanup time. Our new unit is running great and I could not have asked for a better experience.

I really appreciate that they didn’t cancel and came all the way out to Pahrump even though it was raining and bad weather all day. They were pleasant and informative. We just moved and wanted the HVAC checked out in case it needed maintenance. Pro Tech Air sent Gary to check the system. He did the most thorough exam possible and found nothing wrong. What a pleasant surprise! We're completely satisfied with this service and look forward to future check-ups.

if you have a home warranty company it is good to have your ac maintained. Warranty company can deny claim if you can't prove you have had your AC maintained. Pro tech provided good service. arrived in the timeframe promised.

GREAT SERVICE! The technicians came on time and they were reasonable. My air conditioner has never worked as well. I have been using my homeowners insurance and each time a service person has come, no one could fix the problem until Pro tech. I will have them come back to service both my heat and cooling system.

The previous A/C technician was taking me in the wrong direction when I contacted John Nelson at Efficient Air. I'm very glad I spoke to John. This saved me a whole lot of money! He gave me vital information about selecting the new 5-ton unit to replace my broken R-22 unit.

John gave me a price of $4500. I investigated the Internet and found pricing for a new unit (not R-22) ranges between $4400 and $7500. I was pleased to discover John's price was excellent at the lowest end of the range. The unit he chose came with 10-yr warranty. And his service was excellent, too.

His company was dependable, on time, very courteous, and the job was clean and beautiful! They even provided extra service at no charge! Efficient Air is my go-to company for all my A/C needs. I recommend them highly.
