We had an issue with our thermostat and Robin came out to our home and made sure everything was working properly. He found the issue, repaired it, and he even changed out our filters! We were so impressed that when he gave us the option of the Club membership we just had to take it. 5/5 definitely recommend Pioneer!

Thanks, Pioneer Air, for once again furnishing us with excellent service on our water heater issue. Ignacio was terrific! He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, tested the unit, and took time to explain the cause. He was very nice and took the time while he was here to check the entire unit. Appreciate your service and commitment to customer satisfaction! Other companies should take a cue from you guys!

Robin is awesome! I rarely post online but the Customer Service we have received from Pioneer Air has been excellent! If you are considering companies, you will not be disappointed. Have been to our home more than once now. Honesty and great communication from the Technicians. Thank you!

A very nice experience working along with this company. The ladies in the office were exceptional. Both Teaney and Brenda. Very helpful during the whole process. 100%. How fortunate to be able to speak and get questions asked and explained so quickly because of them. Would also like to give a shout out for their tech Sebastian. A very polite and mannerly young man. Thank you All once again for your great service.

Our tech was polite and thorough. It took a little less than an hour to determine the problem and gave us the earliest appointment to repair. Pioneer air will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you guys so much.

Didn’t even realize they had the CONTRACTORS LICENSE REVOKED until a friend looked them up while I was complaining about the shitty service. Installed a faulty unit a few years ago and every time they came out said they needed MORE MONEY to fix the issues. Scummy company and apparently now UNLICENSED

UPDATED REVIEW. The company continued to service our system for about a year when the tech advised that our system needed a prefilter for the outside air. The update cost nearly $6,000 and still the filters are charcoal color when changed every 3 months. I sent emails and called Pioneer Air several times, but there has been no response. I assume they went out of business and didn't want to notify their customers. Needless to say the filters are still dirty so the pre filter was a waste of money.
INITIAL REVIEW: We initiated a maintenance contract with Pioneer Air four years ago. It was our smartest decision as a homeowner. The tech is scheduled according to our convenience and always arrives on time. Each tech provides an itemized list of current conditions and explains each aspect in detail. He also makes recommendations and estimates based on our needs. We appreciate the professionalism.

I really like this company. Barbara at the office made it really easy to schedule my appointment and she was great communicating with me when my technician was going to arrive. Robin, the technician is amazing. Did a full assessment of my unit and provided me with photos and videos of the issues that my unit had. They even offer different plans with great discounts. I’m really happy I chose them.

The level of professionalism with Pioneer Air was outstanding. They were on time when I needed them and replaced my system quickly within a good price point. Any maintenance I needed they have come out and made sure system was always working at top efficiency. There customer service reps were so polite. I highly recommend Pioneer over any other company in town.

Pioneer Air staff came to my home and did a great job! They were mindful of my house and put tarps out to protect our floors and furniture. They wore foot booties and installed a new return and a new supply duct to one of our rooms. I was pleased to see how little mess was made during the install process. They cleaned up any mess that was made. It was nice to see a company that treated my house with respect. Thank you very much. I will be using Pioneer again on my next project.

If you are looking for a company that has integrity and communicates well, DO NOT go with Pioneer Air (after the fact, we saw that they have an F rating on BBB)!
Our journey with Pioneer Air and the owner Leo Murrieta was incredibly hard and long. As understanding and patient people, we were taken advantage of. We were sold an AC unit back in 2022 for close to $20k with the understanding that the whole duct work would be included. Found an out a year later by their technicians doing maintenance that our duct work needed to be replaced. Stupidly, we trusted them again to do the duct work by pulling a new loan a little bit higher (as a discount) in exchange to get the old loan paid off in full. When the job was done, we were told that we would receive the full payment in 2-4weeks after installation. At week 4 we started asking questions/updates. I can’t emphasize how difficult it was in communicating with Leo, the owner. He made promises and would not follow through. We had to call, text, and email every other day to try and get answers. He told us a lie that their corporate office in FL was having issues (which his office staff confirmed they did not have a corporate office and that everything is local). His wife, Melissa, was in charge of finance, but no calls or emails returned from her either. We were about to file a lawsuit when he gave us a $9k check and made another false promise of the rest coming in the mail. When that $9k check bounced, we went a different direction and warned him that writing a bad check was a felony. He then, and only then, texted us saying he’ll have a cashiers check to us. 9 weeks later (and truly such time consuming efforts to communicate with the owner), we received our promised payment. No apologies just continued to lie to us. We are glad we are done with Pioneer Air.
Again, if you’re looking for someone that is trustworthy, do not go with Leo Murrieta. Not sure what kind of fraudulent financial game he’s playing, but it was scary for us to think that we were paying off two large loans for AC and duct ($48k total)!

I wanted to share my positive experience with Pioneer Air regarding our recent condenser replacement. I found their service to be exceptionally reliable and professional. The technician demonstrated impressive knowledge and diagnosed the issue swiftly.

What sets Pioneer Air apart, in my opinion, is their excellent communication and reliability throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them for any AC needs.

The best AC company in Las Vegas PIONEER AIR came to my aid in less than 20 minutes, Michael was a great and profesional help, got our AC running in less than 30 minutes and stayed about an hour more double checking his work and making sure our air was cold and stayed cold
Thank you Michael and Mario for the prompt work, and Leo you the man...

Got a quote from Pioneer air to install a new 16 seer , two stage 5 Tons HVAC unit. They performed the installation 2 weeks ago. Shortly after they left my house I opened the unit to see the model & serial number to register the unit online. When I went to Amana website and entered the model number only to find out they installed a less efficient unit then what I paid for. Leo the owner of the company came to my house and apologize for the mistake. He promised he will make it right the following week and will give me a better warranty than before. The next week I got a call from a rep from Pioneer air telling me they picked up the new unit but it was damaged, they will have to reschedule for next week. Today one of his techs showed up at my house saying he was only instructed to replace the outside unit and leave everything the same. I gave Pioneer an opportunity to make it right, was patient & understanding but they are they taking this issue lightly.
I am pretty sure this is not the first time they "ACCIDENTALLY' install the wrong unit. These tactics are highly used with elder people and people with no sense of basic HVAC knowledge.

Please review your contracts and contact a 3rd party company to make sure they installed the unit they quoted you.

June 2024 the owner Leo of pioneer air came to our condo & engagaed in a friendship with my husband based on both being veterans & the service they provided to this great country.
My husband connected with pioneer air, he then purchased a brand new unit & hired pioneer air to install a 3 ton unit & blower.
We thought all was fine until 2 months later with a new unit ....the AC compressor caught on fire while we were away, could of been a huge disaster but, thank god it only fried our entire new unit. No Air conditioning in 106’!!!!
We called and called and called pioneer air after 5 days they answered the phone to lie & tell us the owner was in meetings and would be calling us back....never called ever !!!!!!
I then called out 2 independent companies to evaluate the situation, they both confirmed the install was compromised (levels of refrigerant on smart unit told the story of the issue).
My husband has Filed complaints with contractors board & will be taking these thieves to court for every dime they took.

I have been using Pioneer Air for several years without a problem, until I had a check up on my unit. Zach came and said there is an airflow problem on this unit and that they would have to do duct work and add two vents so the unit would not fail. I did not have a reason not to trust the information and did not get a second opinion. We chose the less expensive repair option for 6000. The work was never completed. After several calls to Pioneer, I finally got an invoice for the proposed work. Ninety percent of the list was never completed. I finally set up an appointment with the owner Leo. He couldn't explain the invoice and asked what he could do to "make it right". He said he would extend our labor warranty and give us a refund for the 6000.00. He would recharge us for the work provided and include a duct cleaning for 1300.00. To this day we have still not received our money back and he will no longer return our calls. The office no longer exists as they are in the middle of "moving". I have since read several reviews on YELP of the same scam being done to other people. Included is a picture of my 6000.00 vent. STAY AWAY FROM PIONEER AIR.... FAR AWAY

Needed some help with my new thermostat. I was not seeing sufficient voltage in the thermostat wires to use any of the new WIFI thermostats. After trying 2 different brands (including Nest) I called John @ Pro Tech Air. He came to my house on the same day and corrected all of my problems for a very fair price. Nice to do business with someone who knows what they're doing.

These men did a great job. I am a certified A/C idiot, so they could have told me I needed an exorcist and charged me the gross national product of Costa Rica, but they showed up early, explained and demonstrated what was wrong and gave me hints on how to avoid future problems. Get me some business cards to pass out!

I had used at least 4 different ac contractors in the 25 years that I have been here. Name any big name and I have used them and felt used on my end .
This is the first time I have had a truly great experience when using a HVAC contractor . John and his team and professionals in every sense of the word . A+
So much that I have used them for my business and Home, and have already recommended to friends with the same great results.

What a great experience! Robert was so knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our issue and told me what to lookout for in the future. Pro Tech is the only company I’ll use in the future.
