I called Pioneer Air early in the morning and they had a tech out to my house quickly. The tech, Saul, was friendly and professional. He was able to access the problem with my unit quickly. The estimate for repairs was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would suggest signing up for the VIP program. It’s worth the little extra. I will be using Pioneer Air for all my future needs!

I have been using Pioneer since they were established. They are very professional and courteous when coming to do general A/C and furnace maintenance. I am so happy with them I have been referring them to people I work with all the time.

I did the research for you because we consumers know that reading countless reviews is draining. Michael had the utmost professionalism. I’m glad that I trusted them with my home.

Everyone from Leo to the installers we're very clear, upfront, honest, professional and so easy to work with. They truly listened to my concerns and did an awesome job installing the humidifier!! Great company all around! Robin has been great too with the a/c and humidifier.

BEST customer service I have received by far from any AC company out here! From the phone call into the office personnel to the technician & then from the management!!! I would give them 10 stars but this only lets me do 5! I have & will continue to recommend them to ALL my friends & family! I have an air conditioner that is 3 years old that the coil ended up getting a crack. They wanted to charge me $3,000 in labor when the parts were covered under warranty. And it would be 3 -6 weeks before they could fix it. He also said that they could not just fix the coil, had to have a new one. Living in Las Vegas its extremely hot and my house was reaching 90 degrees at points in the day. Having animals in the house having to spray them down with water every hour to keep them cool. I ended up getting a second opinion and they guy only charged me a 3rd of the price and repaired the coil the next day. I asked him how much a new coil would cost and he said around $3,000. Go figure so the "labor" cost was $3,000 which was the price of a new coil. Apparently even though I have a warranty on the parts and unit, Pioneer Air was still charging me for the part. No good business. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a really good experience with Pioneer Air. They were doing a tune-up on my A/C. Special shout out to Michael King! He was extremely professional and very helpful answering my many questions. He took his time and didn't rush the job.

Pioneer Air did an amazing job on the installation of my Aprilair whole home steam humidifier and air filtration system. Heather was amazing coordinating the whole process with ease. Saul, Joey , Dave were very experienced technicians.They were professional, hard working, and very neat. They made sure everything was done properly. I can set the humidity levels in my home to my liking with ease. I feel better and breathe better. Not only me, but my home and its furnishings are protected from the desert climate and dryness. They have earned my trust. 100% recommend Pioneer Air and home humidifier. Love them.

Almost a year ago we had pioneer Air install a ductless air unit in our sun room. It has made the room livable and comfortable. The technicians were prompt and professional. We had a condensation problem and the came back and fixed it right away. The price was extremely competitive. My experience with other AC companies has been less than happy and especially with the kid who holds the flashlight for his dad. That kid is looking for your wallet.

The office was polite, thorough and professional. The service techs were on time- called 30 mins before they arrived- used boot covers in the home and we’re very thorough in their evaluation and diagnostics. The problem was fixed and the home was left clean and cool. Great job to Emmanuel and Robin!!

So I found out about pioneer air from a craft/ home improvement show and spoke to the manager Leo. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and explained how their A/C units worked. At that time I needed to replace my old unit so I decided to give them a call and from the beginning to the end everything went smoothly. This is the best a/c company I found. Everyone is very friendly and professional they didn't give me any problems and they came out right away to address my problems. They even gave me a call after the job was completed to see how everything went. Thank you Emmanuel for coming out today, you did an awesome job.

I found this company because of wonderful comments on the next door app. I decided to call them. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and immediately came out to fix our problem. Since then, we have used only them for our air conditioning and heating service. Every technician has been top notch. I am from a very small town where people treat you like family, and that is how this company has treated us. They truly care and it shows. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much Pioneer Air!!!

Robin was very professional and knowledgeable and was here for over an hour. He explained what I needed to replace and the price with discounts available. The price was more than I wanted to spend and I need to talk to my daughter as to whether she can help. She's out of the country right now. I have used your company before and have been very satisfied.

When my air conditioning unit broke, I was looking for a company that could do an inspection on my AC unit that same day and was willing to work with me along with my home warranty company. Pioneer Air came through from Joannie, who answered the telephone, the technicians, and the management team; they were all professional and truly cared about my experience. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that we had portable AC units in all of our bedrooms so we could sleep comfortably at night while waiting for our new unit to be installed. Pioneer Air not only worked with me and my home warranty company but was compassionate in the process. I will definitely be calling Pioneer Air again in the future if my A/C unit suddenly breaks.

Robin our Tech came to do our annual maintenance and repairs. He so friendly and knowledgeable. He even fixes a sagging pipe at no charge when the another company wanted to charge for a simple fix that Robin did in seconds. These are great guys and we are happy we chose Pioneer as our A/C maintenance company! Thx Again Robin!

There’s no other words to say but THANK YOU!!!!! God bless this company. My A/C wasn’t cooling and my home warranty left me stranded and wanted me to wait one more night without AC in this TRIPLE digit degree weather with a thermostat reading 86F because their authorization department had closed for the weekend. But Ryan (supervisor) came through for me and my family. He is truly a great guy with a BIG HEART as well as the technician (I was so happy with what you guys did for me that I even forgot to ask for his name but THANKS so much to him too). I will always stick to them because I know I will be taken care in an outstandingly efficient manner and rest assured they’re all about HELPING not seeking to drain your pocket, truly I tell you it’s quite the opposite. Again THANK YOU Pioneer Air!!!!!!!!! If it was possible to rate it 100 stars I would do it, without any bit of hesitation.

My a/c went out on the worse night ever when I was feeling miserable after my 2nd Covid vaccination. I have 2 special needs dogs and went into a panic.
I called one of my friends who recommended Pioneer Air and he called them for me. I got a call back immediately.
A technician came out the next day to evaluate my unit. Because my unit was over 22 years old, I decided instead of repairing it, that I would replace it. I didn't want to take a chance that my unit would go out again while I was at work and my babies were home.
Pioneer Air is so amazing that they were able to install the very next day.
My prayers were answered!!!🙏

When they said that they would be at my house at 8am, they were here at 8am on the nose!!!
One week later and I still don't regret my decision!!!
My only regret is that I didn't replace my unit sooner.

I still want to express my appreciation and gratitude towards Pioneer Air.
They are always on their Top Game to make sure that maintenance is done regularly and reaches out to you to get it scheduled.
Yesterday, Michael King came by to service my unit.
As always, he was on time, courteous and professional. There was a small problem with my unit and he didn't have the part in his truck.
He said that he would be back at 7:30 in the morning. 7:30am sharp! He was here and took care of the issue.

It’s been a long haul but all the shady and bad stuff comes to the top after the recent install of a generic fan motor and replacement of fan blade! The unit stopped working on Sunday and called Leo who said it was the compressor! You need to cool off the compressor with your hose, and the short term fix! The next Wednesday, I was informed by the office that they cannot do replacement on My carrier unit under warranty as they do not have any access to parts ??? This is after the supposedly on 4/10 replaced the fan motor with a generic fan and put the fan blade in wrong which did not cool the compressor! This was not an original part by carrier and was installed incorrectly by the tech help. Then two more techs after that even looked at it and did not fix it! Now Sunrise A/C today informs me fan blade is not right and they impacted it so they cannot remove without torque the fan blade. They have to replace fan motor and blade because of incorrect installation and then test compressor. So I’m footing the bill for $1300 and then we will see what the compressor cost! So now I have to file a complaint with contractors board and wait!

One of the most trustworthy and honest companies you will ever encounter. Mario set up an appointment for Michael to come out and diagnose my AC unit. Luckily ended up being just a capacitor and he was very honest about the pricing and will be my air conditioning company for the rest of my life. He was quick and concise and did the repair within 10 minutes. I can't say enough positive things about an honest company in Las Vegas among a bunch of other air conditioning companies that probably wouldn't have taken care of me quite like they did.
