Over the years we have used Pro Tech Air multiple times at two different properties. They always have done great work. John Nelson is trustworthy, friendly, helpful and responsive.

Richard was Awesome! He was on time and was able to resolve my issue. He let us know what was going on and the cost was close to the original estimate. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

I've been without heat since the end of December. I've been involved in a battle with my home warranty company who failed to properly diagnose and repair the system. From the initial meeting to the installation of my new HVAC system Pro Tech Air Las Vegas was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Gary and Terrell who did a great job, they answered my questions, explained how the new system works and the maintenance of the system after spending 8 hours installing the new unit. I will continue to use their services. I would highly recommend Pro Tech Air Las Vegas to everyone.

Thank you Pro Tech Air. Gary Bressem did an exceptional job working on our AC units. He serviced it and eliminated a vibrating noise it was making. He even clean the attic hatch cover when he was done! He is personable and informative. We are extremely pleased with him, his work and Pro Tech Air. We will sure spread the word.

Gary was one of the most pleasant technicians I've ever come across. Other than the fact that he was kinda late but who isn't these days. Besides that he was very cool and knowledgeable guy who made my ac work. It was awesome that he came and got my mini split to work. I'll definitely use them again and again and again

Pro Tech Air has done a great job on my AC units at my rental and my person residence. They were very quick to respond when my AC went out and made the necessary repairs quickly. I really appreciated the fact that they did not try to hard sell me a brand new air conditioner like some companies do. They repaired it for a few hundred bucks and it's been running great ever since. I recommend Pro Tech air to people that ask me for a referral because I know they are honest.

I'm so glad a friend recommended Pro Tech Air. Service was prompt, work was done well, and everything was very professional. John answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with our installation.. We felt we were in really good hands with him and his staff.

When I called to see if I could make an appointment to have my two units looked at the phone was quickly answered and the gentlemen I spoke to talked to me like we'd been friends for years and we even had a few laughs. I didn't expect them to get me in quickly but crossing my fingers I asked and they got someone to my house same day.

Our tech was Terrell. He was super nice and when I asked for an a/c maintenance, he explained at this time they were doing heater maintenance because it's to early for the a/c side. Heck that works for me. Always good to have the heater checked. Terrell listened to my concerns about one of my units and even though it didn't make the noise I had been hearing (we all know things never make the noises when a professional is around), he still listened and was amazing at answering any question I had. Plus his energy level as he bound up and down four flights of stairs over and over was admirable.

Terrell let me know that they have a service plan that would save me money. When I declined he didn't try to continue to push it on me. I've had other companies be super pushy or lie about their service plans, but Terrell was honest and gracious even when told no.

I will definitely be calling them back in May for the tune up on our a/c unit for the coming summer.

Not possible to have had a better experience in a situation upon turning on the a/c the first time for the season, and getting warm air. Once Pro Tech arrived (ON TIME), I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. Glad to have John and his crew as our regular climate system maintenance team...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Robert Stanley always exudes what quality in workmanship is, takes pride in getting everything right, and they don’t more so professional than Robert.

We sought out a company to assist with replacement of our existing HVAC system for our home. We received four quotes during the process, and Robert was the only one of the four who pointed out small details based on our feedback for what our previous system was lacking. They were very down to earth and easy to communicate with. They offered a very competitive bid for comparable services to the other companies we solicited. They also provided easy options for financing that met our budget needs.

Installation was seamless and was rather quick despite some inclement weather (and quieter!). The team kept us appraised of the progress throughout, as well as issues they discovered from the original system that impeded performance. The initial run of the new system was great - with a quicker temperature change as well as a much quiet system. They also walked us through in setting up the new thermostats!

We are looking forward to a much more comfortable summer and winter this year! We definitely recommend the Pro Tech team for installation as well as maintenance.

This is my second time utilizing their services and first review. I previously had another AC company come over and was diagnosed with a crack condensate line. I wanted a second opinion and Pro Tech sent Gary over. Thank you Gary for your work and for being so thorough and informative. Gary was able to determine there was no crack and fixed the issue. Highly recommend and plan on utilizing their other services in the future.

Fantastic service by John. He found the problem which was difficult to spot. Immediately fixed the problem and took care of it on the coldest day of the year. I would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
