Rude man. First he showed up a little later after he had already notified of a delay. Once he showed up, he wasn’t talkative or happy. I saw him poking around in rooms he wasn’t supposed to be, specifically my daughter’s room and I told him to stop. Would not recommend to anyone, even someone I don’t like

This is a great company. Jonny was able to make it to my house at 7:30 PM even though I called in a panic at 5:30 PM when my AC went out. Jonny was knowledgable and professional. He got my AC fixed up in mo time. I definitly recommend them.

Best service ever. Showed up on time, explain the issue to me and made the repair and didn’t try to upsell me on a new unit. I couldn’t have asked for a better service tech.

Always intimidating when you have to have a home repair done. Especially when it's an AC or plumbing issue you can't really say no to. This company is awesome! Not only was the response quick and friendly but they didn't hit me with the over the top upsell. The technician came out, determined the problem and got it fixed. The price was reasonable and fair. This is my AC company forever.

Had a great experience with this company. Sam, the technician, responded to our call in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes of his arrival. He had us back up and running in under an hour. I would highly recommend Fast Affordable Air!

Our A/C went out and we called a different company. The company tried to sell us on a new A/C unit even though the unit was only 6 years old. I called Fast Affordable for a 2nd opinion. When they came out, the tech let us know that the compressor went into lockout mode due to a power surge. Thank you to Fast Affordable for being up front and honest. They made a customer for life! Call them first if you have any issues.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. They're honest, reasonably priced, prompt, and do good work. I feel like they always find a way to make time for you and they are very transparent about everything they do.

We recently had an issue with a unit in 103* heat, and Andrew was over and had it fixed within a couple hours of me calling.

Everyone at Fast Affordable Air were great! From the initial call, where they were kind and professional. I was immediately scheduled for a tech to come out and inspect the air conditioning unit. —the a/c stopped blowing cool air in the house. Nathan inspected the unit and determined the cause quickly, replaced the part that was needed and was completely professional. He provided valuable information regarding the unit and didn’t try to upsell. I’ve already shared his business card with all my friends and will be contacting them back for all future needs.

Jason came out well within the scheduled time frame and after examining the unit found no issues. He went inside my home and measured the temperature coming out of the vents and showed me the temperature readings. He was fast, efficient, and answered any questions that I had. I really appreciate his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to all me additional services or anything else. I highly recommend Jason and Fast Affordable Air for your A/C maintenance!

Sam came out for a second opinion after being told I need 12k in repairs. He confirmed my units were working properly and saved me a lot of time and money. The company had techs available same day and next day which was very convenient. I would highly recommend based on the customer service I received.

Amazing experience with this company- Andrew was incredible and so kind and helpful. We didn’t end up needing any AC work done, but he went above and beyond in explaining our units to us, and gluing some piping together and making sure it was aligned properly in our newly purchased home. He even saw a heavy package on my doorstep and offered to bring it in for me! With any of our air conditioning or heating needs in the future this will be the company we will use.

Nathan was a very honest, knowledgeable and pleasant technician that came out to a home I am prepping to sell as a realtor. He didn't try to upsell and just got down to finding the error in the AC system.He saved thousands for the seller and made him happy. Worked on 4th of July and the whole day. Finished on time and with no real issues. Hard working crew. After getting multiple bids they came out on top! Would highly recommend the company.

Andrew came to our home after calling them last minute because something was leaking in the garage. We had 2 other quotes from 2 different plumbers stop by our home that day, and they both told us that our 4 year old, large, water heater needed replacement. I was surprised and stressed because I didn't think we had it that long, and to replace it would cost over between $8000-$10,000, according to the previous estimates. Andrew came over and quickly diagnosed the problem as an AIR CONDITIONER ISSUE that was causing the leak, NOT the water heater! He saved us hundreds of dollars and stress from replacing a perfectly good water heater. He fixed the AC problem & it was such a relief for my family, esp as a family with a newborn and a toddler. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDREW!!! I will NEVER CALL anyone again. God bless you and your company.

I used Fast Affordable Air 5 yrs ago when my outside A/C unit died, and they were amazing, so I knew exactly who to call when my home experienced air issues! They are true to their name! I was out of the country but on my initial call the rep Artie was so helpful and got me an appointment right away! Then they sent me text updates of my appointment time, which was very helpful! The technician assigned to me Michael Flynn, was awesome! He made contact to me and my son as directed, was on time, explained everything thoroughly, was friendly, fast, and efficient! I appreciate Mike and this company, because they are fair, honest, and operate in integrity; NEVER try to price gouge or do unnecessary services, in order to make money! Mike even gave me his personal cell, if I had any further issues! They will DEFINITELY be my Go-to Air condition service providers! 10/10👍🏾

Fast affordable air really just is such an awesome company, from the beginning meeting with Chris, who did the estimate, to talking to Angie about my estimate to the team that came and did the install, just everyone was so informative and helpful and made a very stressful situation of replacing my AC and furnace split unit one that was such a great experience because they were there to explain things every step of the way. I received quotes from 4 companies and they were the most informative, reasonably priced, and helpful, these folks really care about their customers. I would recommend them to family, friends, just everyone I know.
