Jeff did a great job. He explained what he was doing and finished his system check in a reasonable amount of time.

Andrew was my technician. He called prior to arrival as promised by the office. He went over the services he performed. He also assured me if I had any questions post service call the office would be happy to answer them. I have been a customer for years and feel Right Now Air is trustworthy, professional and responsive to its customers needs.

I have been a customer of Rite Now Air since 2017 . They are the only AC company I trust in this town . Bob the service manager has so much knowledge and a great team he works with and he’s never to busy to answer a question and today Andrew came to my new house to do an inspection , He was professional and checked everything .
He wanted to make sure that I understood every thing he was explaining to me . I also enjoyed our cat conversation since he is a cat dad to 2. Very nice young man,

Eden was on time , professional respectful of my property. He went above his duties cleaning the filter grates I could not reach . He explained what he found on his examination and knowledgeable .

My mom has used this company for years. I just had my first experience with them and everyone I came in contact with were friendly and professional. Bob who came to the house and explained everything remembered my mom. She has had a contract with this company for at least 14 years. My mom does not tolerate incompetence so for her to be with them 14 years told me everything I needed to know. Bob was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was actually able to understand what Bob was saying and if I didn't he explained until I did understand. I won't use any other company. The staff who put in our new unit kept me up to date and answered my questions also. You can't go wrong with this company.

I woke up to my AC not blowing cold air. Chris from Right Now Air came the same day and repaired the part that was broken. The repair process only took about 15 minutes

The installation of our new air conditioning/heating system by Right Now Air was completed on time and in a very efficient manner. Their installers were organized and systematic so they complemented each other's work. Right Now Air has also given great support and assistance everytime we had inquiries. They addressed all our concerns promptly, as well as provided all the documentation for the warranties re ates, tax breaks, etc.

Right Now Air is a trustworthy, customer service oriented business, rare in this day and age. We have been customers for several years and recently signed back up for their maintenance program. Jose responded quickly, after hours, and was incredibly helpful. He got our unit back up and it should last until we could get scheduled for a full replacement.

As promised Right Now Air came out within a few days to review our needs and recommend the right replacement. Mark E. was our representative and he was exceptional (personable, no pressure, gave us a full range of options, and provided surprisingly easy financing). Can't wait for our new system. Joey, Craig and the team were outstanding! They went over and beyond our expectations. Professional, courteous, and respectful. Very impressed and will recommend them in a heartbeat!

Andrew arrived 15-20 minutes prior to our 2pm appointment, which wasn’t a problem. After providing him with the details of the AC unit, (not cooling & the system is very loud), he immediately went to work.

Andrew was on the roof for approximately 30-45 minutes. Upon finishing, he explained his findings, had taken pics, fixed the problem, especially tighten a few bolts. The unit is very quiet now because you can now actually have a conversation without yelling at the top of your lungs. He also explained how the unit works, and two future problems to be on the lookout for in approximately two years, based on the usage of the unit. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and spoke with clarity! Thank you again Andrew! We appreciate you!!
