We’ve used Right Now Air for years and have always received wonderful service. This time was no different - we had an issue with a unit installed two years ago, and instead of hassle, they arrived quickly and replaced what was needed without any hesitation. Our tech was Eden…..great work, helpful, friendly, got us back up and running. Thank you!!

Being a member of RIGHT NOW AIR for regular A/C & HEAT maintenance is one of the best decisions I've ever made! The company is extremely professional, communication is a breeze (phone, in person or email) and the service technicians are always so polite and kind, and get the job done quickly and efficiently. When they recommend any additional work (if any) I trust them completely! Plus, I love the way they answer the phone! It instantly puts you at ease and you know they are going to treat you as a valuable customer! All businesses should run as they run!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Very happy customer!!

UPDATE 10/31/25: Just had work done and again, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! #1 in my book! The kindest and most professional technicians in the state!

Jeff was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He had reviewed our history with the company installing the system and knew what had been serviced before he arrived.
He noted a potential issue with a capacitor and provided his recommendation to change the part.
We agreed we would have him change the capacitor, which he quickly did.
Anytime we can we recommend Right Now Air! We are very happy with your staff and services.

I called after hours. Jeff called back within a half hour. He already had an idea and came with the new thermostat. He double checked and yes he was correct. He changed it and was done within an hour. Fantastic job. I highly recommend him.

We have always trusted Right Now Air with our heating and air conditioning. They put a system on our guest house a few years ago and it was on the roof and they were so efficient and fast. So when they recommended we replace are old heating and air system in our main house we agreed and they again made it happen fast and efficient and we are pleased with it. The unit is clean and we will continue to have it monitored by Right Now Air. They handled the financing and it was all so easy.

Steve is amazing! Actually, this whole company. I called after a handyman installed a new thermostat and left without it working in my elderly grandparents house. I call DAC and they arrived in twenty minutes and it was fixed in another 10 minutes. Amazing service and an amazing company.

Talked to carrie a couple times on the phone to get to know their processes and she gave me straight forward details and pricing before arriving. DeAndrew came out and diagnosed my leaky evaporator coil causing loss of refrigerant in my unit. Both were very professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. DeAndrew got me a price right away that was reasonable and he scheduled my work the next day. I have the work happening tomorrow and can only assume the best after the experience I've had so far. Thanks to John, Sam, Zack and Alejandro (not necessarily in that order) for their professional, timely and efficient replacement of my A/C and heating system! I had no heat in my master bedroom and it has been very cold. They called quickly and were very prompt. DeAndrew was my technician and he was WONDERFUL! He was so friendly, professional and VERY thorough. I will always use Discount Air Conditioning as long as DeAndrew is my tech. GREAT WORK!

Excellent Service on the Same Day!
We had our air conditioning unit brake down on Sunday. We got scheduled through our warranty company to Discount Air Conditioning. An hour later we got a call from Earl, and he came as soon as he finished his customer. Fixed our unit and gave us really good advice on the filters we used. Thank you for the fast and professional service. Highly recommend Discount Air Conditioning.

Discount Air Conditioning & Heating provides excellent service from start to finish at the lowest price. I called late afternoon yesterday and was surprised to have a technician at my residence within 45 mins. Jesse, my technician is awesome; he is professional and knowledgeable. He started working on our swamp cooler immediately upon arrival and fixed the issue promptly. He was attentive, patient, and polite addressing my questions & concerns. The dispatcher is awesome too. It's nice to speak to a real person and not have to listen to a recording to get service. Middle of the afternoon and the AC decides to start to fail. My wife got their number from a friend and so she called. Stan arrived in about 15-20 minutes as promised and went right to work. Found a bad capacitor and had the correct one on his truck. Changed it out, fired up the unit, completed his checklist and we were good to go. Great guy and very professional demeanor. Two thumbs up Stan !!!!

AC was having an issue. Called this company first and they were able to get a technician (Jesse) out quickly. He was super friendly, got the issue resolved quickly and gave me a good price. I didn't even need to shop for better quotes. Highly recommended.

One of our AC units stopped blowing cold air, and DeAndrew was able to come out next day. He found out that we were low on refrigerant, had some in his truck, and topped it off, no issues. Very friendly and helpful!
