I highly recommend Discount Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc! I had issues with our unit at home-it stopped cooling the house and in the Vegas heat, this is miserable! I am so happy I found Discount Air--won't go anywhere else!! Zach was the technician that worked on the unit. He was very professional and was in constant communication on arrival time and how long it would take to fix the unit. He was very informative and did a great JOB!! Kari, the owner scheduled the time for the service! Talk about TEAMWORK!! An owner that is invested!! Zach, thank you for the work and your professionalism!! Call Discount Air Conditioning & Heating Inc for any issues with your AC/Heating Units!! They are AWESOME and do a GREAT JOB!! I am now a loyal customer and will send referrals!

Mike V, Alejanandro and Marcus did a wonderful job at my house today. They were incredibly professional, courteous and punctual. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had several less than ethical service providers come out but this company has been consistently the best.

I want to give a big thank you to Discount air and heating and DeAndrew Lewis for taking such good care of us.. He came out for a follow-up on our heating system and was so polite and kind, got his work done in a short amount of time and explained everything to me as far as recommendations. Discount Air and their employees are great to work with.

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Stan when he repaired our AC. It was last minute and a weekend, but he really did come. He is very professional, has an eye for detail, and he really knows what he's doing. Maria from their office is very kind too. I even got a discount! I will definitely recommend Discount Air Conditioning to anyone in need of AC repair or other HVAC concerns.

My ceiling was dripping a little bit of water from the constant rain these last few days so I had someone come out to inspect the roof and AC area for me to see where it might be coming from. DeAndrew arrived and immediately began to verify why he was there and asked where I would prefer he access the roof from.

He also showed photos that he took of the roof and AC unit after I showed him the bit of ceiling water damage inside. Very quick and very helpful.

Overall this was a very fast and professional experience; and still my AC unit has never had an issue

Same day we called they came out and our technician, Deandrew was so awesome! He was thorough and fixed our problem and helped us and was so affordable! We were very happy and will only call this company for any future service we need! Highly recommend this company.

I called Donna to get some info on the ac unit we just had installed and she was such a gem. She took the time to look up my model number and give me all the information I was looking for. She was so sweet and patient, even with me having to talk with my kids during the call. Very rare to find quality customer service like she gave today!

DeAndrew came out and performed service call. I cannot express how courteous, professional and nice he was. He answered all our questions and took the time to go through everything and make sure we understood everything before he left. He is such a awesome guy!

Called for a service appointment to install two new smart thermostats. I needed additional wiring installed to run the new units. They set me up with a same day appointment and the Service Technician DeAndrew was prompt, knowledgeable and very nice. Service was done quickly and when asked for a rough evaluation of our system he gave us what we feel is an honest review. Would recommend and plan on using them in the future. A great experience and the easiest home service appointment I’ve ever had.

Deandrew Lewis with Discount AC is an absolute angel who genuinely cares for his customers. I had an excellent experience with Discount Air. They diagnosed my problem on Friday night at 5:00 (second opinion) and they replaced my unit on Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. DeAndrew Lewis was very professional and explained the new unit to us. He didn’t rush us and spent as much time with us as we needed. He also told us to ask for him for any problems

I’ve been using this company since 2012 and they have always taken great care of me and given me good prices, even during bad times I was having, they’ve been there to help! Everyone in this team has been amazing I knew I was in good hands the moment Jesse Romero came out of his van and starting talking with me right away he showed he cared and took his time to diagnose the problem properly. I have been having so many issues with my unit for the past 2 years it was in its last legs.The home warranty and discount ac decided it would be best to replace the whole unit which I was so thankful for. Kari gave me a call right away to schedule the replacement of the unit and had availability the next day which was amazing because I wasn’t able to live in my house because it was over 94 degrees in there. Kari was so nice and very responsive. The installers that came the next day were amazing the main installer I spoke with was Michael he was extremely polite and very fast him and his team replaced my whole ac unit inside and out in about 2 hours. Thank you so much everyone at discount ac !
