We had a water leak in our laundry room and couldn’t find the cause. We called Fuse Service and they only charge $25 for trip charge. The person was so kind and found the problem immediately (dryer hose was loose). We were very happy with the service.

Awesome service all around. I called and they were on it right away; quick, professional, and easy to deal with. The tech showed up on time, figured out the problem fast, and had everything working again in no time. My fridge was humming and rattling off and on pretty bad. Andre came out, gave me a quote and fixed the problem. I recommend Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair if you have any problems with your refrigerator. Andre even covered his shoes before stepping inside.

I have a problem with my refrigerator ice maker. Andre, from Fuse Service HVAC & Appliance Repair, came to my home to look at the problem. Ice maker repair is not a service that they provide, however Andre spent a considerable amount of time looking at my problem, explaining to me, and making recommendations on how to search for a company that may be able to resolve my problem. He even researched possible costs if I need to purchase a new ice maker. I really appreciated his knowledge and guidance on how I may proceed. Thank you Fuse for sending your outstanding representative from your company. Should I have another problem with my refrigerator or other appliances, I will definitely contact Fuse.

Fuse was great! I was able to get a same day service appointment for my fridge that wasn’t cooling. They identified the issue, ordered the part and were back the next day for install. Andre the service tech was awesome. Very courteous! Would recommend to anyone.
